Systemlösung der GUTMANN Bausysteme GmbH für hohe

Im Anschlagbereich der WESER-Bodenschwellen wird keine Flügeldichtung
eingesetzt, seitlich und oben bleibt die Flügeldichtung unverändert. An Stelle der
Flügeldichtung wird eine rechteckige EPDM Zellkautschuk-Dichtung mit
einem selbstklebenden Acrylklebeband angebracht. Der Übergang von der
senkrechten Flügeldichtung zu waagrechten Zellkautschuk Dichtung ist spaltfrei
anzuschließen.
Die Dicke des Zellkautschuks richtet sich nach der tatsächlichen Fuge zwischen
Dichtungsanschlag der WESER Bodenschwelle und Dichtungsanlage am Flügel.
Der Zellkautschuk sollte min. 2 mm breiter als die tatsächliche Fuge sein. Die
Höhe des Zellkautschuks richtet sich nach der Falzhöhe der Flügeldichtung.
Durch den Einsatz der EPDM Zellkautschuk Dichtung kann die Schlagregen-
dichtheit auf bis zu 1350 Pa erhöht werden.

∙ Falzmaße von 25-30 mm, 32 mm, 34 mm, 35-40 mm, 41-46 mm, 47-52 mm und 53-58 mm umsetzbar.
∙ Erfüllt die Anforderungen der Wiederstandsklasse RC 2 nach DIN 1627 : 2011-09.
∙ Geeignet für barrierefreies Bauen nach DIN 18040 Teil 1 & 2, durch entsprechenden Einbau.
∙ Zwei Dichtebenen für die Mitteldichtung und Überschlagsdichtung.
