Die Standabnahme erfolgt am 08.02.2021 ab 9.00 Uhr. Sie erhalten die Telefonnummer des zuständigen Montageleiters und kontaktieren diesen, sobald Sie auf dem Messegelände eingetroffen sind. Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung erfolgen vor Ort. Die Stände können bis sechs Wochen vor Messebeginn bestellt werden. Die Mietmessestände sind innerhalb von zwei Stunden nach Messeende zu räumen. Frau Werdezki steht Ihnen zu allen Ihren Fragen bezüglich Ihres gewünschten Messestands gerne zur Verfügung. The completed booths will be ready to be occupied 24 hours prior to show start. A hand-over will take place on 08.02.2021 at 9 a. m. The assembly manager‘s mobile number will be passed on to you and you may contact him upon your arrival on site. Key hand-over and instructions will happen on your booth. Booths may be ordered six weeks prior to the opening of the exhibition. Booths on a rental basis must be cleared within two hours upon the end of the exhibition. Mietmessestände 9 – 36 m²
047 MIETBEDINGUNGEN
1. Das Mietgut wird nur für den vereinbarten Zweck und die vereinbarte Zeit zur Verfügung gestellt.
2. Für Schäden und Verluste am Mietgut haftet der Mieter, auch wenn diese durch Dritte verursacht werden. Die Haf-
tung beginnt mit der Anlieferung am Stand und endet mit der Rückgabe oder der Abholung durch den Vermieter,
auch wenn der Mieter den Stand schon vorher verlassen hat.
2.a) Das Wandmaterial in der Ausführung „Messewände, untapeziert“ darf durch den Aussteller oder durch ihn beauf-
trage Firmen mit Stoff bespannt oder tapeziert werden. Hierbei ist unbedingt zu beachten, dass der verwendete
Leim ein einwandfreies Entfernen der Tapete durch den Aussteller oder durch ihn beauftragte Firmen zum Veran-
staltungsende gewährleistet. Das Wandmaterial darf untapeziert nicht gestrichen oder beklebt werden. Es darf
nicht benagelt werden. Beschädigtes Wandmaterial wird dem Standinhaber zum Anschaffungspreis in Rechnung
gestellt. Nicht einwandfrei gereinigte Wände werden von uns mit EUR 1.50 (pro qm Sichtfläche) Reinigungsgebühr
berechnet.
2.b) Das Wandmaterial in der Ausführung „Systemwandelemente“ und „weiß beschichtete Wandelemente“ darf durch
den Aussteller oder durch ihn beauftragte Firmen nur mit den Hilfsmitteln Tesafilm oder Powerstrip beklebt wer-
den. Es ist nicht erlaubt, an diesem Wandmaterial Nägel oder Klebeband zum Befestigen zu verwenden. Beschä-
digtes Wandmaterial wird dem Standinhaber zum Anschaffungspreis in Rechnung gestellt.
3. Es wird empfohlen, das Mietgut für die Dauer der Veranstaltung gegen Diebstahl zu versichern.
4. Nicht zurückgegebenes Mietgut wird im Anschaffungspreis in Rechnung gestellt.
5. Transportkosten sind in der Miete enthalten, sofern die Lieferung zu von uns ständig beschickten Messeplätzen
erfolgt. Bei Lieferung zu anderen Plätzen muss ein Transportaufschlag berechnet werden. Eine Transportkosten-
Vergütung für Selbstabholer ist ausgeschlossen.
6. Die Auslieferung aller Aufträge ohne Terminangabe erfolgt so rechtzeitig zum Messestand, dass das Mietgut zum
Beginn der Veranstaltung zur Verfügung steht.
7. Vorbestelltes und reserviertes Mietgut, das nicht abgenommen wird, muss dem Besteller voll in Rechnung gestellt
werden. Ist eine anderweitige Vernietung noch möglich, so trägt der Auftraggeber die entstandenen Kosten für
den An- und Abtransport sowie den möglichen Mietausfall.
8. Der Vermieter behält sich im Falle höherer Gewalt vor, dem Mieter anstelle der bestellten Mietobjekte gleich-
wertige oder bessere Ersatzstücke zu liefern. Ansprüche können aus derartigen Ersatzlieferungen nicht geltend
gemacht werden.
9. Die Bestellungen müssen 14 Tage vor Ausstellungsbeginn vorliegen. Später eingehende Bestellungen können
nur unter Vorbehalt ausgeliefert werden. Bei Eingang der Bestellung nach der 2. Woche vor Ausstellungsbeginn
berechnen wir 20% Aufschlag
10. Die Rechnung ist umgehend zu prüfen. Reklamationen sind noch während des Messebetriebes uns gegenüber
zu äußern, damit uns die Gelegenheit zur Abhilfe gewährt wird bzw. damit eine ordnungsgemäße Prüfung der
Reklamation vor Ort durch uns erfolgen kann. Die Miete wird zum Aufbaubeginn fällig. Sie ist spätestens nach
Rechnungserhalt ohne Abzug zu entrichten.
11. Erfüllungsort und Gerichtsstand ist Blomberg.

048 RENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Rented material is only supplied for the agreed time and purpose.
2. The tenant is responsible for any damage or loss off rented objects even if they were damaged by another party.
Conditions apply after delivery to the booth and end with return to or collections from the supplier even if the
tenant has left the site early.
2.a) Wall materials named „wall, not wallpapered“ may be wallpapered or covered in fabric by the exhibitor or subcon-
tractors as long as it is assured that all wallpapers can be and will be removed free from residue by the end oft he
fair through the exhibitor or a subcontractor. It is not permitted to paint or stick something on wall material wich
is not walpapered. No nails or screws are to be inserted into walls. Damaged wall material will be invoiced at its
purchase price. A cleaning fee will be issued for all walls that are returned unclean. The fee is €1,50 per qm visible
surface.
2.b) Wall materials named „system wall element“ and „wall element melamine white“ may be covered by the exhibitor
or a subcontractor with the help of cello tape or powerstrips. No use of nails or screws or other adhesive tape is
permitted. Damaged wall material will be invoiced at ist purchase price.
3. It is recommended to insure rented goods against theft for the time oft the exhibition.
4. Rented good wich are not returned will be invoiced at their purchase price.
5. Transport costs are included in the rental charge if goods are transported to frequently vistited fairs. An extra
charge will be invoiced for transports to other locations. No price reductions for self pick up can be granted.
6. Deliveries for agreements without specific dates will we supplied in time for the fair beginning.
7. Pre ordered or reserved rental goods which the tenant has not taken up will be invoiced at full rental price. If those
goods can be rented out otherwise, the tenant has to cover all transport costs and potential loss of rent.
8. The supplier reserves the option to deliver alternative good in the same quality in act of nature beyond control. No
claims can be made for replacement deliveries.
9. All orders need to be made 14 days prior to exhibition begin. Orders after that deadline can only be accepted with
reservations and will be calculated with an extra 20% charge.
10. The invoice ist to be reviewed immediately. Complains and returns have to be discussed with the supplier while
the exhibition is running in order to allow us to restore and replace goods there and then. Charged have to be paid
when assembly starts. They have to be paid after receiving the invoice at latest. Foreign exhibitors are requested
to pay in EURO prior to exhibition start.
11. Place of execution and competent court in Blomberg, Germany.
