INDUSTRY WORKSHOPS
BOOKING FORM
SERVICES/EQUIPMENT INCLUDED
★★ Rental of workshop room for up to 5 days, during ECR 2019 (February 27 – March 3)
★★ Online registration for Industry workshops via the ESR registration system in the MyUserArea at myESR.org. If online
registration is not required, the workshop programme will be put online in the MyUserArea without the online booking
option (please note that in this case, booking is only permitted via your company’s website or onsite).
★★ Your company’s name on general signage and floorplans.
★★ Seating arrangement as required.
★★ Lectern or desk for instructor.
★★ Amplification/PA set + microphone for rooms bigger than 40m2.
★★ Electrical connections (incl. power consumption) for all installed units.
★★ Standard projector and screen or plasma screen (for Software Demonstration Workshops only).
★★ Welcome counter in front of workshop room.
COSTS
★★ € 247/m²
This rate does not include VAT (10%), which will be charged accordingly.
CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
★★ Industry Workshops may only be booked by companies or associations in the imaging industry.
Exceptions may only be granted by the ESR Office.
★★ Industry Workshops may be held in any language.
★★ Workshops can be booked all year round, however companies should consider
–– that rooms are allocated on a first-come, first served basis. Should the payment not be received within the agreed
payment terms, the ESR reserves the right to cancel the order.
–– that the extension of deadlines (e.g. printed or online Industry Programme) will only be granted under very special
circumstances.
★★ Cancellations will be accepted in writing only. Terms of cancellation:
50% of the estimated costs will be due in case of cancellation between September 1 and October 31, 2018
100% of the estimated costs will be due in case of cancellation between November 1 and ECR 2019
★★ Payments of Industry Workshop bookings are non-transferable.
★★ Participation to the Workshops has to be free of charge for registered ECR attendees.
★★ The workshop hosts will rent the room, provide the staff and equipment. Any additional equipment (internet,
workstations, HD projector, etc) must be provided by the host company or rented from the ESR. Any necessary radiation
protection measures (advisory meetings and reports, personnel present onsite, etc) and the costs arising from those
must be borne by the lessee.

★★ Workshops must adhere to the designated days and hours of operation.
★★ The main goal of Industry Workshops is education. Promotional or commercial activities of any kind must be restricted.
★★ Depending on the point of time, the ESR will publish confirmed Workshops in the Preliminary Programme/IPP,
mentioning only the company‘s name.. The Industry Programme will contain all details submitted by the appropriate
deadline. An extension will only be granted in special circumstances.
