Auszug aus der Ferienordnung:
 Die wohnungen werden ab 16 Uhr bis 20 Uhr am Ankunft uebergeben und muessen bis 10 Uhr am Abreise
   geraeumt sein.
 Von 23.30 Uhr bis 7.00 Uhr ist Ruhezeit. Waehrenddieses Zeitraums sind laermende Zusammenkuenfte und Treffen
   verboten.
 Es ist streng untersagt, die Wohnungen mit larmverursachenden Schuhen zu betreten.
 Kinder sind von Ihren Eltern zu beaufsichtigen, besonders im Schwimmbecken.
 Schwimmbad: Benutzung nur nach vorheriger Dusche erlaubt. Baelle und Luftmatratzen sind im Becken nicht
   erlaubt.
   HAUSTIERE SIND AUS HYGIENISCHEN GRUENDEN NICHT GESTATTET
Excerpt of the rules:
 The delivery of the apartments is from 16 to 20 o’clock of the arrival day and they have to be left at 10.00 the
   day of departure.
 Time of silence is from 23.30 until 7.00.
 It is forbidden to walk in the flats with shoes which make noise.
 Radio and Television have to be kept on low volume and swiched off during the silence time.
 Children are to be looked after by their parents, specially in the swimming pool.
 Swimming pool: use only after taking a shower. Ball and matresses are forbidden.

Umgebung zurückkehren, die Ihnen nur die toskanischen Hügel bieten können. Hier können Sie
sich dann im Schwimmbad entspannen oder einen Spaziergang im Grünen machen. Wenn
Ihnen all dies gefällt, dann wir Ihnen sicherlich auch gefallen, daß Sie von La Casetta aus durch
die herrliche Landschaft der Toskana leicht Ausflüge zu den bekannten historischen

You will find yourself in a varied landscape. The sea, the beach and the colourful tuscan hills
with the typical olive trees, cypresses and pine trees. The mediterranean climate offers you a
summer without rain and off-seasons with pleasant temperatures. From the far past until the
present time Tuscany with its climate and its beautiful nature has been an inspiration and home
land for many people. Etruscan people, Romans, Middle-ages and Renaissance have left their
seeds in ancient cities as Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Populonia, Siena and Florence.
La Casetta is far enough from the seaside to be away from its daily confusion, yet the sea is
close enough to be reached in a few minutes, so that you can enjoy it before going back to the
peace of the Tuscan inland for a relaxing swim in the swimming-pool or a walk in the
countryside. If you appreciate all this, no doubt you will also appreciate the possibility of easily
reaching the wonderful landscapes and the cultural destinations of historical cities. If you

How to reach the holiday center

On the last Motoway A12 (Genova- Rosignano) when the motorway is finished, after the
"Peage", enter left in the highway (direction south, Grosseto, Roma, Elba Island).

Exit "Cecina Centro".

On the big "Round about" follow the sign to "Casale".

We are on the street between Cecina and Casale, under the name Residence La
Casetta and Camping VALLE GAIA.
