Liebe Kollegen und Freunde, im Namen der ESC und in meinem eigenen Namen heiße ich alle Athleten, Trainer, Betreuer, Organisatoren und Gäste der Europameisterschaft Wurfscheiben, 2018 herzlichst willkommen. Die Wettkämpfe finden auf der komplett nach modernsten Standards neu errichteten Anlage des Shootingpark Leobersdorf statt. Hiermit möchte ich dem Sportministerium der Republik Österreich, der niederösterreichischen Landesregierung, der Gemeinde Leobersdorf sowie allen anderen Organisationen und Personen danken, die zur erfolgreichen Planung und dem Aufbau dieser neuen Anlage beigetragen haben. Die letzten in Österreich durchgeführten Europameisterschaften im Wurfscheibenschiessen fanden im Jahr 1975 !, also vor 43 Jahren, auf der Anlage Wien - Haringsee statt. Ich freue mich besonders, daß Österreich nach so langer Zeit wieder an vorderster Front auf der Bühne des Euro- päischen Schiesssports mitspielt. Im Programm dieser Europameisterschaften finden sich sowohl olympische, als auch nichtolympische Disziplinen. Zum ersten Mal in der Geschichte dieses Sports, werden sowohl 3 Mixed Team Bewerbe, als auch das brandneue Format der Teamwertungen durchgeführt. Und dies sowohl im Trap als auch im Skeet bei Frauen und Männern und natürlich bei Juniorinnen und Junioren. Das heisst, daß diese Europameisterschaften nicht nur dazu dienen, ein neues Wettkampfformat zu evaluieren, sondern auch einen Blick in die Zukunft dieses schönen Sports erlauben. Die Euro 2018 in Leobersdorf ist der letzte Wettkampf vor den 52. ISSF Welmeisterschaften in Korea, wo die ersten Quotenplätze für die Olympischen Spiele 2020 vergeben werden. Die besten europäischen Wurfscheibenschützen haben hier also die perfekte Möglich- keit, Ihre Form und Leistungsfähigkeit zu testen, bevor sie in Korea ihren Anlauf auf die olympische Bühne starten. Ich wünsche allen Teilnehmern der Europameisterschaft Wurfscheiben 2018 im Shootingpark Leobersdorf viel Glück. Dear Colleagues and Friends! On behalf of the European Shooting Confederation and myself, I wish to welcome all the athletes, coaches, offi- cials, organizers and guests of the 2018 European Championship Shotgun. The competitions are being hosted at the Leobersdorf Shooting Park which has been renovated and upgraded to high standards. For this, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the Ministry of Sports, the Provincial Government of Low- er Austria, the Municipality of Leobersdorf, and to all those individuals and organizations who contributed to its successful planning and reconstruction. This Championship has several notable features. Let me begin with the fact that the previous European Champion- ship Shotgun in Austria took place as far back as 43 years ago! in 1975. The competitions at that time were held in the Wien-Haringsee. So, I am delighted to see the country is back at the front stage of the European shooting sport. The program of this Championship includes both Olympic and non-Olympic events. For the first time in history there will be three Mixed Team events and the new format of the real Team competitions in both Trap and Skeet among Men / Men Junior and Women / Women Junior. This means, that the Championship will help us to evalu- ate innovations and to look into the future. Our Championship is the last competitions before the 52nd ISSF World Championship in Korea where the first Quota Places for the 2020 Olympic Games will be disputed. So, the best European athletes have a real opportunity to test their level of readiness to start the ascent to the Olym- pic podium. Liebe Sportler und Sportbegeisterte Der Schießsport hat in Österreich eine lange Tradition. Er erfordert nicht nur körperliche Fitness, sondern vor al- lem mentale Stärken wie Konzentrationsfähigkeit und eine präzise Technik. Nicht zuletzt deshalb erfreut sich der Schießsport steigender Beliebtheit – besonders auch bei Frauen - und ist eine generationenübergreifende Sportart, bei der Jung und Alt viel Zeit miteinander verbringen. In den gut 700 Sportschützenvereinen in unserem Land wird zudem Brauchtum hochgehalten und gepflegt. Die hervorragenden Leistungen unserer Sportschützinnen und Sportschützen zeigten sich bereits in den letzten Jahren bei unzähligen Bewerben im In- und Ausland. Zuletzt bei den Österreichischen Staatsmeisterschaften im Luftdruckschiessen im März in Hollabrunn. Deshalb ist mir die Nachwuchsarbeit ein besonderes Anliegen, damit unsere Athletinnen und Athleten die beste Unterstützung bekommen, um auch im internationalen Spitzenfeld ihre Qualifikationen unter Beweis zu stellen. Es freut mich sehr, dass die Europameisterschaften 2018 in den Olympischen Wurfscheibendisziplinen in Öster- reich stattfinden. Ich wünsche den Sportschützinnen und Sportschützen aus den 46 teilnehmenden Nationen in Leobersdorf einen guten und unfallfreien Verlauf und danke dem Austria Sportschützen Fachverband (ASF) für die Organisation und Durchführung dieser Sportveranstaltung. Dear athletes and sport enthusiasts Shooting has a long tradition in Austria. It requires not only physical fitness, but above all mental strengths such as the ability to concentrate and precision. This is one of the many reasons why shooting is becoming an increasingly popular sport - especially among women - and is a sport in which young and old can spend a lot of time together. In over 700 shooting clubs in our country historic customs are being upheld and maintained. The outstanding achievements of our marksmen have already been shown over recent years in countless compe- titions in both Austria and abroad. Most recently at the Austrian Air Rifle Shooting State Championships this March in Hollabrunn. That’s why I think supporting our young athletes is particularly important so that they receive the best possible sup- port enabling them to prove their qualifications on an international level. I am very pleased that the 2018 European Championships of the Olympic discipline of Shooting is taking place in Austria. I wish the athletes from over 46 participating nations accident free and pleasurable events here in Leobers- dorf, further I would also like to thank the Austria Sport Shooting Association (ASF) for the organization and imple- mentation of this sporting event. Tolle Leistungen und großartige Vorführungen Wenn die Europameisterschaften in den Olympischen Wurfscheibenbewerben heuer in Leobersdorf über die Bühne gehen und daran auch viele Zukunftshoffnungen teilnehmen, dann freut mich das in mehrfacher Hinsicht. Zum einen bin ich als Landeshauptfrau davon überzeugt, dass die internationalen Wettbewerbe mit rund 700 Sportlern und Betreuern aus 46 Nationen dieser interessanten Sportart viele neue Freunde bringen werden. Und zum anderen schätze ich auch sehr die Arbeit im Nachwuchsbereich, die sich mit viel Fachkenntnis, Engagement und Verständnis unserer Jugend widmet. Für solche Erfolge braucht man eine ruhige Hand, ein sicheres Auge und eine enorme Konzentrationsfähigkeit. Dazu kommen aber noch eine gewaltige Kondition und ein enormes Trainingspensum. Als Landeshauptfrau bewundere ich diese Leistungen aufrichtig, darüber hinaus beweisen aber die etwa 19.997 Mitglieder in rund 119 Vereinen, dass neben dem Spitzensport auch der Breitensport im Austria Sportschützen Verband seinen festen Platz hat. In diesem Sinne heiße ich alle Sportlerinnen und Sportler, Betreuer und Fans sehr herzlich in unserem Bundesland willkommen und danke für die viele Arbeit, ohne die eine solche Veranstaltung nicht möglich wäre. Das freiwillige Engagement, das hier geleistet wird, ist absolut beispielhaft. Allen viel Spannung an diesem sportlichen Ereignis, vor allem wünsche ich den Schützinnen und Schützen auch weiterhin viel Freude an ihrem Sport und große Erfolge. Exceptional accomplishment and great performances As the European Championships in the Olympic discipline of shooting progresses this year in Leobersdorf with many hopefuls taking part, I am happy in a number of ways. On the one hand, as head of the provincial government, I am convinced that this international competition with around 700 athletes and supervisors from over 46 nations will bring many new friends to this interesting sport. On the other hand, I also appreciate the work that has gone into the area of training the next generation of athletes with expertise, commitment and understanding. To succeed one needs a steady hand, a sure eye and an enormous aptitude to concentrate. In addition, personal fitness and a tremendous amount of training is required. As a provincial governess, I sincerely admire these achievements, but beyond that the approximately 19,997 members in around 119 clubs prove that in addition to the elite side of the sport a more broad appreciation is firmly in place in the form of the Austria Sportschützen Verband. With this in mind, I warmly welcome all athletes, supporters and fans to our state and thank you for all the work that you have put in, without which such an event would not have been possible. August 2018 rund 700 Sportlerinnen und Sportler aus 46 Na- tionen zu den Europameisterschaften im Wurfscheibenschießen in den Olympischen Disziplinen Trap, Mixed Team Trap und Skeet sowie in den ESC Disziplinen Double Trap, Mixed Team Double Trap und Mixed Team Skeet bei uns begrüßen dürfen. Es ist eine große Ehre, dass die European Shooting Confederation Österreich und in weiterer Folge Niederös- terreich mit der Durchführung dieses wichtigen, internationalen Events beauftragt hat. Der Shootingpark Leobersdorf wird dafür mit seinen modernen und großzügigen Schießanlagen sowie der Ruhe im ländlichen Idyll die perfekte Kulisse bieten. Das Wurfscheibenschießen ist eine sehr anspruchsvolle Sportart. Dieses verlangt ein hohes Maß an Konzentration, Reaktionsvermögen, Präzision und eine saubere Technik. Mit Geduld muss auf die Zielscheibe gewartet werden, damit im richtigen Moment der Schuss erfolgt. Das Anvisie- ren der sich bewegenden Zielscheibe ist eine weitere Herausforderung, die reaktionsschnell gemeistert werden muss. Oftmals entscheiden Sekunden über Sieg oder Niederlage. Also Hut ab vor unseren Schützinnen und Schützen, die Beeindruckendes leisten! Ich wünsche euch alles Gute für die Wettkämpfe, aber natürlich auch viel Spaß und verliert das Ziel nicht aus den Augen – im wahrsten Sinne! Ein großes Dankeschön möchte ich dem Österreichischen Sportschützen Fachverband, dem Shootingpark Leobersdorf sowie der Marktgemeinde Leobersdorf aussprechen, die in toller Zusammenarbeit diese Europameisterschaften organisiert haben. Mei- ne besondere Anerkennung gilt auch den vielen helfenden Händen sowie dem Engagement der Sponsoren. In diesem Sinne wünsche ich einen guten Verlauf sowie spannende und faire Entscheidungen! It is truly an honor that the European Shooting Confederation commissioned Austria and subsequently Lower Austria to carry out this important, international event. The Shootingpark Leobersdorf, with its modern and generous shooting ranges in this tranquil rural idyll, will provide the perfect backdrop. Target shooting is a very demanding sport. This requires a high degree of concentration, responsiveness, precision and a clean technique. Patience is also a virtue when waiting for that perfect shot, however a quick reaction is essential to ensure the targeting can be hit. Often seconds decide on victory or defeat. So all the best for our shooters going forward, I wish you all the best for the competitions and lots of fun during the whole event – may your shots aim true. This leaves me to say a big thank you to the Austrian Sportschützen Fachverband, the Shootingpark Leobersdorf and the market town Leobersdorf, who organized this European Championships in true sporting cooperation. Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren! Als Bürgermeister der Marktgemeinde Leobersdorf freue ich mich, dass im heurigen Jahr ein Großsportereignis in unserer Heimatgemeinde, im Shootingpark Austria, nämlich die Europameisterschaften in den Olympischen Wurf- scheibendisziplinen stattfinden, zu der Sportschützen aus über 47 Ländern Europas anreisen werden. Die Finalwettkämpfe der Europameisterschaften werden sogar im Internet und TV live zu sehen sein. Unsere Region wird daher im Blickfeld der Medien stehen. Zu dieser Veranstaltung werden sehr viele Teilnehmer, Betreuer und interessierte Zuseher erwartet. Seitens der ver- antwortlichen Personen des Shootingparks Leobersdorf wurden daher schon zahlreiche Vorbereitungen getroffen, z.B. Umbau der Schießanlage auf Barrierefreiheit, diverse Renovierungen und Lärmschutzmaßnahmen. Wie in so vielen anderen Bereichen unseres Lebens auch, ist der Erfolg für den Veranstalter jedoch mit hohem persönli- chen Engagement und viel Zeiteinsatz verbunden, für das ich mich bei dieser Gelegenheit herzlich bedanken möchte. Ich darf allen verantwortlichen Personen für diese große Veranstaltung in Leobersdorf alles Gute für die Organisation und viel Erfolg für die Teilnahme wünschen. Dear Ladies and Gentlemen! As mayor of the market town of Leobersdorf I am pleased that this year sees a major sporting event take place in our home town, specifically the European Championships in the Olympic Discipline of Shooting in Shootingpark Austria. Athletes from over 47 European countries will be coming together for this event. The final competitions of the European Championships will be shown live on the TV and will be streamed on the in- ternet, bringing our region further in to the focus of the media. A large number of spectators and participants are expected at this event, and as such the Shootingpark Leobersdorf has made numerous changes and upgrades to their facilities in preparation including conversion of the shooting range for accessibility as well as noise abatement measures. As in most things in life, the success of this upcoming event is closely linked to the personal commitment and time invested by the organisers and as such I would like to take this opportunity to thank them for all their hard work. Der Austria Sportschützen Fachverband Wurfscheibe und Kombination ist der Bundes-
verband Österreichs für das Wurfscheiben- und Kombinationsschiessen in den Olym-
pischen, Internationalen und Österreichischen Disziplinen. Der Bundesverband ASF
wurde 1952 gegründet und ist Österreich weit tätig. Seine Mitglieder sind die neun Lan-
desverbände mit ihren 122 Vereinen und über eine ASF-Mitgliedskarte auch deren
Schützen. Der gesamte Mitgliederstand betrug mit Ende 2017 rund 10.020 Mitglieder.
Der Bundesverband wird vom Präsidium und den Präsidenten der Landesverbände geleitet.

8 KEIMELMAYR Christian / WAGNER Inge MIXED TEAMSehr geehrte Damen und Herren In den letzten Jahren erleben die olympischen Wurfscheibendisziplinen in Österreich einen kontinuierlichen Auf- schwung. Dazu haben u.a. der Europameistertitel im Jahr 2014 (Trap FO) durch Andreas Scherhaufer und der 2. Platz beim Weltcup (Skeet) in Gabala (AZE) von Sebastian Kuntschik im Jahr 2015 maßgeblich beigetragen. Beide Schützen haben an den 1. European Games 2015 in Baku (AZE) teilgenommen, Sebastian hat sich außerdem für die Olympischen Sommerspiele 2016 in Rio de Janeiro (BRA) qualifiziert. Die Topleistungen unserer SchützInnen sind nicht zuletzt das Ergebnis einer konsequenten Professionalisierung im Schießsport; u.a. in den Bereichen Sportpsychologie und Motorik. Das internationale Niveau erfordert von unseren Sportlern ganzjährigen Einsatz mit Unterstützung durch unseren Bundestrainer. Dabei wird in vielen Fällen das Privatleben dem (Spitzen-)Sport untergeordnet. Zudem ist unser Verband international gut aufgestellt und aktives Mitglied in der European Shooting Confederation (ESC) und der International Shooting Sport Organisation (ISSF). Am 19.07.2015 hat der Austria Sportschützen Fachverband nach einer Abstimmung den Zuschlag zur Durchfüh- rung der Europameisterschaft 2018 erhalten. Auf der einen Seite ist diese Großsportveranstaltung eine organisato- rische Herausforderung. Andererseits bin ich überzeugt, dass es positive Effekte für den gesamten Schießsport in Österreich geben wird – nicht zuletzt durch die mediale Berichterstattung. Ich möchte mich auf diesem Weg bei allen Projektbeteiligten für ihren unermüdlichen Beitrag in der Vorbereitung und Organisation sowie allen unseren Unterstützern und Sponsoren herzlich bedanken und freue mich auf eine spannende und perfekt organsierte Europameisterschaft. Dear ladies and gentleman In recent years, the Olympic discipline of shooting has been experiencing a continuous upswing in Austria. The European Championship title in 2014 (Trap FO) by Andreas Scherhaufer and the 2nd place at the World Cup (Skeet) in Gabala (AZE) by Sebastian Kuntschik in 2015 are certainly contributing factors to this increased popularity of the sport. Both shooters participated in 2015 at the First European Games in Baku (AZE), in addition Sebastian also qualified for the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro (BRA). The achievements of our shooters are further defined by their consistent professionalism in all areas of the sport, for example in the fields of sports psychology and motor skills. The level at which our athletes are competing means there is a real requirement for year-round support by our national coaches. In many cases, private life is secondary to the sport. In addition, our association is well positioned internationally and is an active member of the European Shooting Confederation (ESC) and the International Shooting Sport Organization (ISSF). On the 19th of July 2015 the Austria Sportschützen Fachverband was awarded the bid to host the European Champion- ship 2018. On the one hand, this major sporting event is an organizational challenge, on the other hand I am convin- ced that there will be positive effects for the entire shooting sport in Austria - not least because of the media coverage. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of those involved in the project for their tireless contribution throughout the preparation and organization of this event, as well as to all our sponsors. The Preliminary Competition Schedule of the European Shooting Championship is attached to this
General Information. The Final Competition Schedule (including Training Schedule) will be distrib-
uted after the Final Entry Deadline (30 days before the Official Arrival day). The latest Schedule
updates will be provided at the Technical Meeting.
2. Rules and Regulations
European Shooting Championship will be conducted according to the ISSF Rules and Regulations
“Edition 2017 (Second Print, 01/2018). Detailed information about rules of non ISSF events is
available on the ESC website
www.esc-shooting.org.
Jury members (Jury of Appeal, Competition Jury, and Equipment Control Jury) will be designated
by the ESC to supervise the European Shooting Championship. Qualified Range Officers / Refer-
ees holding applicable ISSF licenses will conduct the competitions.
Shotgun Equipment
All skeet athletes must have ISSF seals with serial on their marker tapes. Any shooting vests that
do not have ISSF seals on the marker tapes must be submitted to Equipment Control for inspec-
tion and the affixing of a seal before the competition.
Equipment Control will be conducted according to ISSF Rules using approved, calibrated instru-
ments. Pre-competition testing is not mandatory, however, athletes are responsible for competing
with legal equipment and clothing. All athletes are urged to submit any doubtful equipment and
clothing to Equipment Control or the Shotgun Jury for checking before the competition. All ath-
letes are subject to being selected for random testing during the competition. Athletes found to be
in violation of the rules for guns or skeet marker tapes will be disqualified.
Cartridge Controls
During Qualification, athletes whose cartridges are to be tested are selected by a computer draw.
Between 10% and 18% of the athletes participating in an event will be selected for cartridge test-
ing. Two (2) plus four (4) cartridges will be selected from each athlete and placed in separate la-
beled envelopes. The two (2) cartridges must be tested, first. If both cartridges weigh 24.50 g and
below, no further action will be taken. If one (1) or both cartridges weigh more than 24.50, then the
four (4) cartridges in the second envelope must be tested. If the average of the six (6) cartridges
weigh more than 24.50 g, then the athlete must be disqualified (DSQ) (Rules 9.4.3.1. & 9.4.3.2).During Final, all six (6) finalists must be tested using the same procedure. The Finalists or their
Coaches/Officials must bring, as early as possible, but not later than 30 minutes before the sched-
uled start of the Final (Reporting Time), all the cartridges that will be used during the Finals and
place them in separate Cartridge Control Boxes on the Finals field of play. The Finalists must
report at least 15 minutes before the start of the Final. The Equipment Control Jury will take the
necessary samples from the boxes. The boxes must be left under the supervision of a Shotgun
Jury Member. Once ammunition is placed in the box, only the Equipment Control Jury or the Fi-
nalist can remove ammunition from the box. If additional cartridges are brought to a Finalist during
Finals, samples from those cartridges must also be selected for testing. All cartridge controls must
be completed before the start of the Presentation of the Finalists. Any disqualified (DSQ) athlete
will not be allowed to participate in the Finals (There will be no elimination for 6th place; the first
elimination will be for 5th place).
Colored Wad
Only transparent or translucent wads with no colour may be used. For a violation of this Rule, the
athlete must receive a Warning (Yellow Card) for the first occurrence. For a repeat violation, the
athlete must receive a Deduction (Green Card) of five (5) targets from the last five (5) hit targets in
the last completed round (Rule 9.4.1).

Participation EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS ESC Member Federations may enter a maximum of three (3) athletes per European Championship event and up to two (2) additional athletes per Olympic event to shoot “out-of-competition” (called MQS Extra in the ISSF Online Registration Service). The additional “out-of-competition” athletes will be listed separately according to their results, but without ranking – these results cannot be recognized as World Records. The Official list of the events and the maximum number of starts per event of the European Shooting Championship Leobersdorf AUT 2018 are attached to this General Information. If the maximum number of starts is reached during the Final Entry process, a “waiting list” for that event(s) will be established. If cancellations are subsequently received, entries from the waiting list will be entered on a first come, first served basis. ESC Headquarters and the Organizing Commit- tee will cooperate to determine if additional entries from the waiting list can be accommodated. Three (3) participants represent the team size in all events and in all categories of the European Shooting Championship Leobersdorf AUT 2018. Juniors may participate in the men’s and women’s competitions, but in one category only (either in the junior’s or in the senior’s events) at the same championships (place and period). Exchange of an athlete competing for individual and/or team results with a “out-of-competition” athlete is not permitted. “out-of-competition” athlete may replace a withdrawn team athlete. The withdrawn athlete may not shoot for “out-of-competition”. Replacements may only be made in the teams of three (3) registered for team events, but only from those (including “out-of-competition” athletes) already registered for this Championship. Mixed Team Events (Trap and Skeet) Men/Women ESC Member Federations may enter a maximum of two (2) teams per mixed team event, consisting of one (1) man and one (1) woman. Mixed Team Events (Trap and Skeet) Men Junior/Women Junior ESC Member Federations may enter a maximum of two (2) teams per mixed team Junior event, consisting of one (1) man junior and one (1) woman junior. Mixed Team Final (Double Trap) Men/Women ESC Member Federations may nominate a maximum of two (2) mixed teams, consisting of one (1) man and one (1) woman. Based on the total of the results of each nominated team (150 + 150) af- ter the qualification stage, as per ISSF rules for team rankings, the top nine (9) mixed teams (max- imum one mixed team per nation only) will qualify for the European Games 2019. Also, the top six (6) mixed teams (maximum one mixed team per nation only) will compete in a Mixed Team Final. New Team Finals (Trap & Skeet) Men, Men Junior, Women, Women Junior The top eight (8) teams (3 members each team) in the Men, Women, Men Junior and Women Junior categories, after the qualification stage will compete on day 3 of the shotgun schedule of Trap and Skeet, in a Final stage with Quarter Final, Semi Final and 2 Medal Matches, to decide the European Championship top 3 teams (Gold, Silver, Bronze), in each category.
5. Shooting Range The European Shooting Championships Leobersdorf AUT 2018 will take place at the Shootingpark Leobersdorf. The Range is situated at a 35 minutes driving distance from the city centre of Vienna and 50 km from the Vienna International Airport (VIE). Address: Shootingpark Austria Leobersdorf Am Lindenberg 1 A - 2544 Leobersdorf, Austria Shotgun Ranges The Shootingpark Leobersdorf has 5 combined ranges for Trap / Double Trap / Skeet. The shooting ranges are equipped with Laporte machines and Elettronica Progetti acoustic release system. All ranges are equipped with Elettronica Progetti electronic scoreboards. The firing direction of the shooting range is north. The standard orange Laporte targets will be used for the Qualification and flash orange Laporte targets for the Finals of the European Shooting Championships Leobersdorf AUT 2018. 6. Competition Related Procedures at the Shooting Range Technical Meeting The Technical Meeting will take place on 31 JUL 2018, at 15:00h, at the shooting range. Each participating ESC Member Federation should have at least one representative present at the Technical Meeting to receive updated information regarding Final Competition Schedule (in- cluding Training Schedule), draw procedures and other important issues related to the European Shooting Championship. Storage of Firearms and Ammunition According to the Austrian law all firearms and ammunition can be stored at the shooting range but the athletes are also allowed to take their firearms and ammunition out of the range. Doping Control Tests The Organizing Committee will conduct Doping Controls Tests according to the ISSF Anti-Doping Rules and the ISSF Test Distribution Plan. 7. Ceremonies Opening and Closing Ceremony The Opening Ceremony will take place on 31 JUL 2018, in the centre of the city of Leobersdorf. The time of the Ceremony will be announced at a later stage. Victory Ceremony The Victory Ceremonies will take place at the shooting range immediately after the end of each Finals (see also: Final Competition Schedule). During the ceremonies the athletes are required to present themselves in their official national uniform or national tracksuits (tops and bottoms). Flags and Anthems All participating teams are required to bring with them their national flag (minimum size: 1m x 1.5m approximately) and one (1) national anthem on standard CD or USB.
8. Weather Information
During the period of August, the weather in Leobersdorf, AUT is normally pleasant. The average
temperature is about 25 – 30°C during the day and 20 – 25°C during the night.
9. Media Relations
All Media representatives must register by using the Media Accreditation Form (Annex 9). On site,
media facilities will be available for accredited media personnel. Local and national media will
cover the European Shooting Championship Leobersdorf AUT 2018.
10. Industry Service
Limited industry services / exhibitions will be present during the European Shooting Championship
Leobersdorf AUT 2018.
11. Social and Cultural Activities
