Liebe Eltern / Dear parents
Für die restlichen drei Monate im Schuljahr 2020/21 sowie zur guten Vorbereitung für
das neue Schuljahr 2021/22 stellen wir Ihnen nachstehende Informationen zu.
For the remaining three months of the school year 2020/21 as well as for good
preparation for the new school year 2021/2022, we are sending you the following
information.

1. Start neues Schuljahr / Start of the new school year
Das neue Schuljahr 2021/22 startet am 16. August 2021. Am ersten Tag werden wir
voraussichtlich zwischen 09.00 und 10.00 Uhr neue Eltern und Kinder begrüssen. Der
Abschluss wird auf einem nahegelegenen Spielplatz sein, wo die Kinder auch noch
weiterspielen und sie sich mit den anderen Eltern austauschen können.
The new school year 2021/22 will start on August 16, 2021. On the first day we will most
probably welcome new parents and children between 09.00 and 10.00. The finish will be at a
nearby playground where the children can continue playing and parents can get to know
each other.

2. Mitteilungen über unser Team / Information about our team
Die Praktikumszeit von Adsaya endet im Juli 2021. Wir danken ihr herzlich und wünschen Ihr
auf dem weiteren Lebensweg alles Gute.
Herzliche Gratulation an Céline und Sabrina, die diesen Sommer die Lehre zur Fachfrau
Betreuung Kind abschliessen werden! Mit dem Ende der Ausbildung endet auch die
Anstellung von Sabrina. Celine wird den Mutterschaftsurlaub von Dragana übernehmen.
Liliana wird ab August eine neue Stelle annehmen. Wir danken ihr für ihre Arbeit und ihren
Einsatz bei uns. Die Kinder werden von bestehenden und neuen Mitarbeitern übernommen.
Adsaya's internship ends in July 2021. We thank her very much and wish her all the best for
the future.
Congratulations to Céline and Sabrina, who will complete their apprenticeship as childcare
specialists this summer! With the end of the apprenticeship, Sabrina's employment also
ends. Celine will take over the maternity leave of Dragana.
Liliana will start a new job in August. We thank her for her work and engagement with us.
The children will be taken over by existing and new employees.

3. Mitarbeiter Board / Staff Board
Das aktuelle Mitarbeiter Board (Mitarbeiterliste) ist jeweils im geschützen Bereich auf unserer
Homepage abgelegt.
The current employee board (employee list) is stored in the protected area on our
homepage.
4. Wochenplan und Details zu den Aktivitäten / weekly schedule and overview of the
details of the activities
Im Anhang (ebenfalls auf unserer Homepage) erhalten Sie eine detaillierte Übersicht unserer
Aktivitäten sowie den Wochenplan für das Schuljahr 2021/22. Ohne Rückmeldung besuchen
die Kinder auch im neuen Schuljahr alle bisherigen kostenpflichtigen Aktivitäten. Falls sie Ihr
Kind für neue Aktivitäten oder zum Schnuppern anmelden möchten, bitten wir um eine kurze
Mitteilung.

Attached (also on our homepage) you will find a detailed overview of our activities and the
weekly schedule for the school year 2021/22. In the new school year, the children continue to
attend all previous paid activities without re-registration. If you would like to register your
child for new activities or to give him or her a trial, please let us know.
5. Zusatzinformationen zu einzelnen Aktivitäten / additional Information on specific
activities
Kostenpflichtige Aktivitäten starten am 16.08.2021 (Schulstart Kanton Zug). Falls Sie
möchten oder Ihr Kind an einer kostenpflichtigen Aktivität Interesse zeigt, lassen wir es
teilnehmen (schnuppern) und senden Ihnen danach eine E-mail, wo wir Sie anfragen, ob das
Kind weiterhin teilnehmen darf.
Fee-based activities start again on 16.08.2021 (school start Canton Zug). If you would like
your child to try out or your child shows interest in a chargeable activity, we will let your child
join in and then send you an e-mail asking you if the child is allowed to continue.
Speziell erwähnen möchten wir das neu angebotene Programm Spezialförderung Deutsch
(Deutsch als Zweitsprache). Details findet ihr auf der Homepage.
We would like to make special mention of the newly offered program Special Support for
German (German as a Second Language). Details can be found on the homepage.
Hoppla-Fit und Hoppla-Tandem (Aktivitäten zusammen mit Senioren) finden bis auf
weiteres nicht statt (Covid-19).
Hoppla-Fit and Hoppla-Tandem (activities together with pensioners) will not take place until
further notice (Covid-19).
Die Stufen im Schwimmen und für Ski/Schlittschuhlaufen sind auf verschiedene Tage
verteilt. Falls eine Gruppe voll ist, wird eine Warteliste geführt.
The levels in swimming and for skiing/skating are spread over different days. If a group is
full, a waiting list is kept.
Zurzeit werden wegen Corona gewisse Aktivitäten nicht angeboten (im Wochenplan gelb
markiert).
At the moment, certain activities are not offered because of Corona (marked yellow in the
weekly schedule).
Der «Sport im Schulhaus Sennweid» ist leider noch nicht definitiv. Wir werden erst im
Mai/Juni über den Belegungsplan der Schule informiert.

informed in May/June about the occupancy plan of the school.

6. Jahreskalender / annual calendar
Zu Ihrer Information sind wiederum die Unterrichts- und Projektthemen der Kinder während
der Woche im Kalender aufgeführt. So können sie auch zu Hause darauf aufbauen. Wir
freuen uns über Ihre Mithilfe! Die Themen und Projekte sind natürlich dem Alter angepasst
(z.B. setzt das Nido mehr Schwerpunkte auf den Alltag).
Der Jahreskalender mit allen Aktivitäten, unseren Events, Projekten und Themen ist in Form
eines Google Kalenders direkt auf unserer Homepage eingebettet.
For your information, the children's teaching and project topics during the week are listed in
the calendar. So you can build on them at home. We are looking forward to your help! The
topics and projects are naturally adapted to the age (e.g. the Nido puts more emphasis on
the everyday life).
The annual calendar with all activities, our events, projects and topics is embedded in the
form of a Google calendar directly on our homepage.
7. Kommende Veranstaltungen / upcoming Events
Elternbrunch und Pflanzentag
Am 27.5.2021 haben wir den Elternbrunch und Pflanzentag geplant. Leider können wir diese
Veranstaltung noch nicht mit den Eltern durchführen. Kinder, die möchten, können eine
Pflanze mitbringen und diese mit uns im Garten pflanzen (bitte darauf achten, dass die
Pflanze nicht giftig ist! Am besten eignen sich essbare Pflanzen wie Tomaten, Kräuter,
Erdbeeren ect.). Euer Kind kann dann die Pflege für seine Pflanze übernehmen.
Parents brunch and plant day
On 5/27/2021, we have planned Parent Brunch and Plant Day. Unfortunately, we are not yet
able to hold this event with parents. Children who would like to bring a plant, can plant this
with us in the garden (please make sure the plant is not poisonous! Edible plants like
tomatoes, herbs, strawberries ect. are best). Your child can then take care of their plant.
Sommerfest / summer party
Aus heutiger Sicht kann das Sommerfest am 1.7.21 um 16:00 -17:30 Uhr stattfinden. Nähere
Informationen folgen.
As of today, the summer party can be held on 7/1/21 at 4:00pm - 5:30pm. More information
will follow.

Wir informieren alle und insbesondere neue interessierte Eltern über unsere tägliche Arbeit
mit den Kindern, über unsere Angebote sowie weitere interessante Aspekte unseres
Kindergartens.
We inform all interested and in particular new parents about our daily work with the children,
about our offers and other interesting aspects of our kindergarten.

Ernährung für gesunde Kinder / nutrition for healthy children

Wir führen wiederum einen Informationsanlass zum Thema freiwilliges Kindergartenjahr,
obligatorischer Kindergarten und Übertritt in die erste Primarschulklasse in Zusammenarbeit
mit der Privatschule Elementa durch.
We will again hold an information event regarding the voluntary kindergarten year,
compulsory kindergarten and transfer to the first primary school class in collaboration with
Elementa Elementary School.
Rückmeldungsgespräch einen Monat nach Eintritt / Feedback talk one month after
entry
Bitte füllen sie das Formular aus und stellen es uns eine Woche vor dem Gespräch zu, damit
wir uns vorbereiten können.

Kiss & ride
Es ist für die Sicherheit der Kinder sehr wichtig, dass alle Eltern unsere Regelungen
betreffend Kiss & ride dauerhaft beachten. Dies ist auch ein oft geäusserter Wunsch bei der
Elternumfrage.
It is very important for the safety of the children that all parents observe our regulations
regarding Kiss & ride permanently. This is also an often expressed wish in the parents'
survey.
