3. Schweizer Meisterschaften / Swiss National Championship
In den folgen Kategorien werden die Schweizermeisterschaften ausgetragen. Daher sind nur
Athleten*innen mit einer Schweizer Staatsbürgerschaft zur Teilnahme berechtigt.
Ausnahmen können beim Verband beantragt werden.
In the following categories the Swiss Championships are held. Therefore, only participants
with a Swiss citizenship are eligible to participate. Exceptions can be requested by the
federation.
U17 Hard (Swiss Champ)
Masters
Junioren & Juniorinnen
Elite Frauen (inkl. U23)
Elite Herren (inkl. U23)
Das Rennen wird mit Ausnahme für die Kategorie U17 Hard nicht im PROFFIX Swiss Bike Cup
Gesamtklassement gewertet.
The race will not be counted in the PROFFIX Swiss Bike Cup overall classification except for
the U17 Hard category.
4. Punkteskala & Preisgeld / Pointscale & Prize Money
Die Punkteskala und das Preisgeld richten sich nach den UCI MTB XCO Richtlinien und dem
Swiss Cycling Reglement.
The point scale as well as the prize money will follow the UCI MTB XCO rules and Swiss
Cycling rules.

5. Official Training
Das Trainieren auf der Rennstrecke vor dem Rennen ist strikte verboten. Im
Industriequartier wird gearbeitet. Bei einem Verstoss muss mit Sanktionen und Bussen
gerechnet werden. Das Gelände ist privat.
Training on the racetrack before the race is strictly prohibited. Industrial work is still in
progress. Sanctions and fines must be expected in the event of a violation. The property is
private.

Training Freitag / Friday:
XC Course: 17:30 Uhr auf eigne Gefahr ohne Streckensicherung. / on your own risk and
without course safety and medical assistants.
Training Samstag / Saturday:
Kids Parcours: 08:15 – 09:15 Uhr
XC Course: 09:00 – 12:00 Uhr für Kinder ohne Start & Zielbereich / for children without the
start & finish area
Das Trainieren am Samstag nach dem letzten Rennen auf eigene Gefahr ist gestattet. /
Training on Saturday after the last race on your own risk is allowed.
Training Sonntag / Sunday:
XC Course: 08:00 – 09:15 Uhr

6. Versicherung / Insurance
Die Versicherung ist Sache der Teilnehmenden. Der Veranstalter kann nicht für Schäden
jeglicher Art haftbar gemacht werden.
All participants must be covered by sufficient health, accident and liability insurance. The
event organizer shall not be held liable for any damages caused to persons or
material/equipment.

7. Vorstart / Prestart
Alle Teilnehmenden werden dazu aufgefordert, mindestens 15 Minuten vor offiziellem
Rennbeginn sich bei Start/Ziel einzufinden.
All participants are requested to arrive at the start/finish line at least 15 minutes before the
official start of the race.
8. Teammanager Meeting
Der Zeitpunkt sowie der Besammlungspunkt des Teammanager Meetings wird im offiziellen
Teilnehmenden E-Mail etwa eine Woche vor dem Rennen bekannt gegeben.
The time and the meeting point will be announced in the official information e-mail about
one week before the race.
9. Anmeldung / Registration
Die Online-Anmeldung ist auf der Homepage bis 7 Tage vor dem Rennen möglich. Eine
kurzfristige Anmeldung ist bis 60 Minuten vor dem Start vor Ort möglich.
The online registrations can be reached until 7 days before the race. Late registrations are
possible until 60 minutes before the start of the race at the race office.
10. Starnummerausgabe / Bib number pick up
Die Startnummernausgabe ist geöffnet zwischen 08:00 und 14.00 Uhr am Samstag und ab
07:30 – 09:30 Uhr am Sonntag.
The registration desk / bib pick up is open from 08.00 am to 02.00 pm o’clock on Saturday
and from 07:30 – 09:30 am on Sunday.

11. Siegerehrungen / Award Ceremonies
Die Siegerehrungen finden unmittelbar nach den Rennen statt. Die Top 5 der jeweiligen
Kategorie finden sich bitte zur Siegerehrung ein.
Shortly after the race the award ceremonies shall take place. The Top 5 riders of each
category will be awarded.
Die Sieger und Siegerinnen der Schweizer Meisterschaften werden gebeten, sich unmittelbar
nach den Rennen, in der Mixed Zone vor dem Backdrop einzufinden und die Interviews mit
den Medienschaffenden dort zu absolvieren.
The winners of the Swiss Championships are requested to find themself in the mixed zone in
front of the backdrop immediately after the races and to complete the interviews with the
media representatives there.
12. Resultate / Results
Resultate können Online eingesehen werden.
The results are available online.
13. Anti Doping
Es stehen separate Räumlichkeiten für die Anti-Doping-Kontrolle zur Verfügung. Diese sind
entsprechend ausgeschildert. Unmittelbar nach dem Rennen begleiten gekennzeichnete
Personen die ausgewählten Fahrer zur Kontrolle.
Separate facilities as well as restrooms near the gravel pit will be used for anti-doping
controls and will be marked accordingly. The responsible staff members at the end of the
race are waiting at the finish line to take out and accompany the selected riders.

15. Parking
Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es auf dem Flugplatz, beim Bahnhof Saanen oder im Parkhaus beim
Dorfeingang. Die Parkplätze sind ausgeschildert. Es fallen Parkgebühren an.
Parking is available at the airport, at the Saanen train station or in the car park at the village
entrance. The parking lots are signposted. Parking fees apply.

17. Team Area
Austeller-, Klubs und Teams können ihre Standflächen über die Website buchen. Bitte
beachten Sie, dass die Teamarea limitiert ist und Reservationen bis mindestens zwei Wochen
vor dem Event gemacht sein müssen.
Exhibitors, clubs and teams can book their stands via the website. Please note that the team
area is limited and reservations must be made at least two weeks before the event.
