Teilnahmebedingungen

Mit deiner Teilnahme an der Mammut «Eiger at Home» Challenge bestätigst du die
Verfügbarkeit, Kenntnisnahme von und Zustimmung zu den nachfolgenden
Teilnahmebedingungen.

So nimmst du teil: Um an der Verlosung teilzunehmen, wählst du einen 360° Video-Abschnitt
der «Heckmair Route», schaust dir das Video an und zählst während dem virtuellen Aufstieg, wie
viele Ostereier auf der Route versteckt sind. Im Teilnahmeformular, das auf
mammut.com/eigerathome ersichtlich ist, gibst du deine Antwort ein.
Von Freitag, 10. April 2020 bis und mit Montag, 13. April 2020 steht jeweils ein neuer Video-
Abschnitt zur Verfügung. Um deine Teilnahmechancen zu erhöhen, kannst du täglich an der
Verlosung teilnehmen. Mehrfachteilnahmen pro Tag sind jedoch nicht erlaubt und die erste
Antwort zählt.

Das ist dein Gewinn: Bei der «Eiger at Home»- 360° Challenge ist jeder ein Gewinner:

Hauptpreis: Trip zum Eiger für zwei Personen!
Inklusive sind die Anreise in die Schweiz per Bus, Zug oder Flugzeug im Maximalwert von CHF
1'000.-, der Transport in der Schweiz nach Grindelwald per Zug in der 2. Klasse (entweder vom
Ankunftsbahnhof/-Flughafen oder deinem Wohnort) für zwei Personen, zwei 2.-Klasse-Tickets
zum Jungfraujoch Top of Europe, drei Nächte in einem Mittelklassehotel in der Jungfrauregion im
Doppelzimmer, privates Training und Privattour mit der Mammut Alpine School in der
Jungfrauregion, Mammut Eiger Extreme Produkte im Maximalwert von CHF 2'000.- (nur
Vollpreis-Produkte) im Mammut Online Shop oder im Mammut Store Grindelwald und die Miete
der benötigten Tourenausrüstung vor Ort für die Tour mit der Mammut Alpine School (max. zwei
Tage).

Der Preis ist gültig für max. zwei Personen. Entscheidet sich der Gewinner den Preis als
Einzelperson in Anspruch zu nehmen, verfällt der Wert der Zusatzleistungen. Der Betrag kann
nicht bar ausbezahlt werden. Der Gutschein ist gültig bis zum 31.10.2021.

Der Transport zum Abflughafen/Abfahrtsbahnhof (für Gewinner ausserhalb der Schweiz) ist nicht
inklusive und muss vom Gewinner übernommen werden. Auch Verpflegung und Getränke, die
während der Anreise nach Grindelwald und während des Aufenthalts in Grindelwald konsumiert
werden, sind nicht inklusive. Zusätzliche Ausflüge und Kurse in der Region sowie anderweitige
Reisespesen (z. B. Visagebühren) sind nicht Teil des Gewinns. Mit der Teilnahme bestätigt der
Teilnehmer fit genug für eine Bergtour zu sein. Versicherung ist Sache des Teilnehmers.

2. Preis: Gewinne ein Eiger Extreme Outfit
im Wert von max. CHF 2'000.- in Form eines Gutscheins. Der Gutschein ist gültig bis zum
31.10.2020 und kann auf Mammut.com für alle Vollpreis-Produkte der Eiger Extreme Kollektion
eingelöst werden. Der Gutschein kann nur für einen Einkauf genutzt werden, allfälliges
Restguthaben verfällt ersatzlos und kann nicht ausbezahlt werden.

3. Preis: Gewinne eine Tour mit der Mammut Alpine School
im Wert von CHF 1'000.- in Form eines Gutscheins. Den Gutschein kannst du bei einer
Tourenbuchung anrechnen lassen, ein allfälliger Restwert verfällt ersatzlos. Der Gutschein ist
gültig für Tourenbuchungen bis zum 31.12.2021.

Jeder ist ein Gewinner:
Jeder Teilnehmer erhält einen CHF 20.- Gutschein, gültig ab einem Einkauf von CHF 100.- für
den Onlineshop mammut.com. Der Gutschein kann für alle Vollpreis-Produkte eingelöst werden
und ist gültig bis zum 30.04.2020. Ausgenommen sind Produkte der Eiger Extreme Kollektion und
Avalanche Safety Produkte. Pro Teilnehmer über die gesamte Teilnahmedauer wird ein
Gutschein ausgestellt.

Teilnahmeschluss und weitere Bedingungen:
Teilnahmeschluss ist Dienstag, 14. April 2020 (um 23:59 Uhr).
Die Teilnahme ist kostenlos und hat keine Kaufverpflichtungen zur Folge. Zur Teilnahme
berechtigt sind alle natürlichen Personen, die das 18. Altersjahr erreicht haben. Mitarbeiter der
Mammut Sports Group AG und der Mammut Sports Group GmbH sowie deren Angehörige sind
von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen. Es erfolgt keine Barauszahlung, der Rechtsweg ist
ausgeschlossen. Über die Verlosung wird keine Korrespondenz geführt. Die Gewinner werden
bis spätestens am Freitag, 17. April 2020 per E-Mail kontaktiert. Gewinne, die nicht spätestens
zwei Wochen nach Gewinnbenachrichtigung vom Gewinner per E-Mail bestätigt werden, verfallen
ersatzlos und es kann ein Ersatzgewinner gezogen werden.

Mammut behält sich das Recht vor, Teilnehmer aufgrund von falschen Angaben, Manipulationen
oder Verwendung unerlaubter Hilfsmittel von der Promotion auszuschliessen. Mammut behält
sich vor, die Promotion jederzeit zu beenden oder zu unterbrechen. Dies gilt insbesondere beim
Vorliegen von Gründen, die einen planmässigen Ablauf der Promotion stören oder verhindern
würden.

Conditions of participation

By taking part in the MAMMUT “Eiger at Home” challenge, you confirm availability, knowledge
and acceptance of the following conditions of participation on your behalf.

How to enter: To take part in the prize draw, select a 360° video clip of the “Heckmair Route”,
watch the video and count how many hidden Easter eggs you can spot along the route during the
virtual ascent. Record your answer on the entry form which you can find on
mammut.com/eigerathome.

A new video clip will be available every day from Friday April 10, 2020 up to and including
Monday April 13, 2020. To increase your chances, you can enter the prize day each day.
However, multiple entries on the same day are not permitted and only the first answer will count.

Your prize: In the “Eiger at Home” challenge, everyone is a winner:

Top prize: Trip to the Eiger for two people!
Including travel to Switzerland by bus, train or plane up to a maximum value of CHF 1,000.00,
transportation in Switzerland to Grindelwald by train, 2nd class, (either from the arrival train
station/airport or your home city) for two people, two 2nd class tickets for the Jungfraujoch Top of
Europe, three nights in a middle-class hotel in the Jungfrau region in a double room, private
training and private tour with the MAMMUT Alpine School in the Jungfrau region, MAMMUT Eiger
Extreme products up to a maximum value of CHF 2,000.00 (full price products only) in the
MAMMUT online shop or the MAMMUT Store Grindelwald and rental of the equipment required
locally for the tour with the MAMMUT Alpine School (max. two days).

The prize is valid for a maximum of two people. If the winner decides to take up the prize alone,
the value of the additional benefits shall be forfeited. The amount cannot be paid in cash. The
voucher is valid up to October 31, 2021.

Transportation to the departure airport/train station (for winners outside Switzerland) is not
included and this cost must be paid by the winner. Food and drinks consumed during the journey
to Grindelwald and during the stay in Grindelwald are not included. Additional excursions and
courses in the region as well as any other travel expenses (e.g. visa fees) are not included in the
prize. By entering, the participant confirms that he or she is fit enough to take part in a mountain
tour. Participants are responsible for arranging their own insurance.

2nd prize: Win an Eiger Extreme outfit
up to a max. value of CHF 2,000.00 in the form of a voucher. The voucher is valid until October
31, 2020 and can be redeemed on mammut.com against all full price products in the Eiger

Extreme collection. The voucher can be used for just one purchase; any remaining credit shall be
forfeited with no entitlement to replacement and cannot be paid.

3rd prize: Win a tour with the MAMMUT Alpine School
worth CHF 1,000.00 in the form of a voucher. The voucher can be redeemed against a tour
booking; any residual value shall be forfeited with no entitlement to replacement. The voucher is
valid for tour bookings up to December 31, 2021.

Everyone is a winner:
Each participant will receive a voucher for CHF 20.00, valid from a purchase value of CHF 100.00
in the mammut.com online shop. The voucher can be redeemed against all full price products and
is valid until April 30, 2020. Products from the Eiger Extreme collection and avalanche safety
products are not included. One voucher will be issued for each participant over the entire
participation period.

Closing date and other conditions:

The closing date is Tuesday April 14, 2020 (at 11:59 pm).
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Participation is open to all individuals age 18 or over.
Employees of MAMMUT Sports Group AG and MAMMUT Sports Group GmbH and their relatives
are not eligible to take part. Cash payments are not permitted; there shall be no legal recourse.
There will be no correspondence about the prize draw. Winners will be contacted by email no
later than Friday April 17, 2020. Prizes that have not been confirmed by the winner at the latest
two weeks after receiving email notification of the win shall be forfeited with no entitlement to
replacement and another winner may be drawn.

MAMMUT reserves the right to exclude participants from the promotion in the event of false
information, manipulations or use of unpermitted assistance. MAMMUT reserves the right to end
or suspend the promotion at any time. In particular, this applies in the event of circumstances
which would disrupt or prevent the orderly running of the promotion.

En participant au challenge MAMMUT « Eiger at Home », tu confirmes avoir pris connaissance
des conditions de participation suivantes et les accepter.

Pour participer : Pour participer au tirage au sort, choisis un extrait vidéo à 360° de la « voie
Heckmair », regarde la vidéo et, pendant cette ascension virtuelle, compte le nombre d’œufs de
Pâques cachés sur la voie. Saisis ta réponse dans le formulaire de participation disponible sur
mammut.com/eigerathome.
Du vendredi 10 avril 2020 au lundi 13 avril 2020 inclus, un nouvel extrait vidéo sera disponible
chaque jour. Pour augmenter tes chances, tu peux participer tous les jours au tirage au sort. Il est
cependant interdit de participer plusieurs fois par jour, c’est la première réponse qui compte.

Prix : Avec le challenge « Eiger at Home », tout le monde est gagnant :

Premier prix : voyage à l’Eiger pour deux personnes !
Sont inclus : le voyage vers la Suisse en bus, en train ou en avion d’une valeur maximale de
1 000,- CHF ; le transport en Suisse jusqu’à Grindelwald en train (soit depuis la gare/l’aéroport
d’arrivée, soit depuis la ville de résidence) pour deux personnes en seconde classe ; deux billets
de seconde classe jusqu’au Jungfraujoch Top of Europe ; trois nuits en chambre double dans un
hôtel de moyenne gamme de la région de la Jungfrau ; une formation et une expédition privées
dans la région de la Jungfrau avec la Mammut Alpine School ; des produits MAMMUT Eiger
Extreme d’une valeur maximale de 2 000,- CHF (hors produits en promotion), à acheter sur la
boutique en ligne MAMMUT ou à la boutique MAMMUT Grindelwald ; la location de l’équipement
nécessaire sur place pour l’expédition avec la Mammut Alpine School (deux jours max.).

Le prix est valable pour deux personnes au maximum. Si le gagnant décide d’utiliser le prix pour
une seule personne, il perd la valeur des prestations supplémentaires. Cette valeur ne peut être
versée en espèces. Le bon d’achat est valable jusqu’au 31/10/2021.

Le transport vers l’aéroport/la gare de départ (pour les gagnants résidant hors de Suisse) n’est
pas compris et doit être pris en charge par le gagnant. Les repas et boissons consommés
pendant le voyage vers Grindelwald et pendant le séjour à Grindelwald ne sont pas inclus non
plus. Les excursions et cours supplémentaires dans la région, ainsi que les autres frais de
voyage (par ex. frais de visa) ne font pas partie du prix. Par sa participation, le participant
confirme être apte à effectuer une expédition en montagne. L’assurance relève de la
responsabilité du participant.

2. Prix : remporte une tenue Eiger Extreme
d’une valeur maximale de 2 000,- CHF, en bon d’achat. Le bon d’achat est valable jusqu’au

31/10/2020 sur Mammut.com, sur tous les produits de la collection Eiger Extreme (hors
promotions). Le bon d’achat est valable une seule fois, l’éventuel crédit restant est perdu sans
contrepartie et ne peut être remboursé.

3. Prix : remporte une expédition avec la Mammut Alpine School
d’une valeur de 1 000,- CHF, en bon d’achat. Le bon d’achat est valable pour la réservation d’une
seule expédition, l’éventuel crédit restant est perdu sans contrepartie. Le bon d’achat est valable
jusqu’au 31/12/2021.

Tout le monde est gagnant :
chaque participant reçoit un bon d’achat de 20,- CHF, valable pour tout achat d’un minimum de
100,- CHF sur la boutique en ligne mammut.com. Le bon d’achat est valable jusqu’au 30/04/2020
sur tous les produits hors promotions, sauf sur les produits de la collection Eiger Extreme et les
produits Avalanche Safety. Un seul bon d’achat par participant sera délivré pendant toute la
durée de l’offre.

Date limite de participation et autres conditions :

La date limite de participation est fixée au mardi 14 avril 2020 (à 23 h 59).
La participation est gratuite et sans obligation d’achat. Sont autorisées à participer toutes les
personnes physiques âgées de 18 ans révolus. Les collaborateurs de Mammut Sports Group AG
et de Mammut Sports Group GmbH, ainsi que leurs proches, ne sont pas autorisés à participer.
Tout paiement en liquide ou recours en justice est exclu. Le tirage au sort ne fait l’objet d’aucune
correspondance. Les gagnants seront contactés par e-mail au plus tard le vendredi 17 avril 2020.
Les gains non confirmés par e-mail par le gagnant au plus tard deux semaines après la
notification sont perdus sans contrepartie et un autre gagnant peut être désigné.

MAMMUT se réserve le droit d’exclure des participants de l’offre promotionnelle s’ils ont recours
à de fausses informations, à des manipulations ou à des moyens illicites. MAMMUT se réserve le
droit de mettre un terme à l’offre promotionnelle ou de l’interrompre à tout moment, notamment
en présence de raisons de nature à perturber ou empêcher son bon déroulement.
