    Entwässerung unter höchster Belastung

    Die neue Schwerlastrinne ACO Powerblock für Klasse F 900
    ist unsere Antwort auf die Herausforderung von Entwässe-
    rungsrinnen auf Schwerlastflächen. Im monolithischen Her-
    stellungsverfahren wird der Gussrost mit dem extrem starken
    Polymerbeton-Rinnenkörper untrennbar vereint. Die Dich-
    tung am Rinnenstoß sorgt für eine vollständige Weiterleitung
    des aufgenommenen Oberflächenwassers.

    Drainage under maximum load

    On industrial areas, ports and container terminals drainage
    systems are exposed to high traffic loads and dynamic forces.
    For these application areas, the ACO engineers have consist-
    ently pushed forward the product development and present
    the ACO Powerblock in class F 900. In the monolithic man-
    ufacturing process, the cast iron grate is inseparably united
    with the extremely strong polymer concrete channel body.
    The seal at the channel joint ensures complete transfer of the
    collected surface water.

Die ACO DRAIN® Qmax Neo ist die neue effiziente Variante in
der Qmax Familie und die ideale Einbindung in den Straßen-
bau um Rissbildung zu vermeiden. Geringes Bauteilgewicht
und einfaches Zusammensetzen ermöglicht eine schnelle
Montage.

The ACO DRAIN® Qmax Neo is the new efficient variant in
the Qmax family and the ideal integration into road
construction to avoid damages. Low component weight
and simple assembly enables fast installation.

    ACO Drain®Box
    Eine Kombination aus Linien- und Punktentwässerung

    Gerade bei Starkregen kann tiefstehendes Wasser im
    Verkehrsbereich inner- wie außerorts zu Problemen
    führen. Mit der Drain®Box hat ACO eine Entwässe-
    rungskonzept geschaffen, das mit geringem Aufwand
    Überflutungs-Hotspots entschärft. Die ACO Drain®Box ist
    eine Kombination aus der Punktentwässerung mit dem
    Straßenablauf ACO Combipoint PP und der Linien-
    entwässerung mit der Hohlbordrinne ACO KerbDrain.

ACO Drain®Box
Combining line and point drainage

ACO Drain®Box is the new solution module for dan-
gerous flooding hotspots. The special feature is the
combination of linear and point drainage. Up stream
the gully, the lateral openings of the kerb channel along
the kerb absorb part of the incoming water. With just
a few metres of ACO KerbDrain, a significant hydraulic
performance improvement is achieved. The connec-
tion of the kerb channel with the gully is made via the
sump unit. Suitable for retrofitting, renovation and new
construction projects.

    ACO Multitop System Bituplan
    Einwalzbare Aufsätze

    Ein weiteres Highlight im städtischen Verkehrswegebau ist
    die Neuentwicklung des ACO Multitop Aufsatzes System
    Bituplan für Straßenabläufe. Sie passen zu marktüblichen
    Betonteilen nach DIN 4042 und zu ACO Combipoint Ablau-
    funterteilen. Die Multitop Aufsätze sind in den Straßenbelag
    einwalzbar und können sinnvoll in die einzelnen Bauphasen
    beim Straßenbau integriert werden. Das ermöglicht es
    wirtschaftlich die Schwarzdecke ohne gepflasterte Rinne bis
    zum Bordstein zu ziehen.

    Roll-in attachment for road gullies

    Another highlight in urban traffic route construction is the
    new development of the ACO Multitop attachment system
    Bituplan for road gullies. They fit commercially available
    concrete parts according to DIN 4042 and ACO Combipoint
    drain bases. The Multitop attachments can be rolled into the
    road surface and can be sensibly integrated into the individ-
    ual construction phases during road construction. This makes
    it possible to economically pull the blacktop up to the kerb
    without a paved channel.

ACO Detego Spezialschachtabdeckungen

ACO Detego Spezialschachtabdeckungen werden für unter-
schiedliche größen und Belastungsklassen hergestellt. Die
ACO Detego PowerTop ist einfach zu handhaben. Das Öffnen
wird durch eine mechanische Druckfeder in einem Edelstahl
Führungsrohr unterstützt. Die neue Servokat FM-S ist tagwas-
serdicht und für die Belastungsklasse F 900 konstruiert. Das
Öffnen wird durch sichtbare mechanische Federn unterstützt.

ACO Detego special covers

ACO Detego special covers are made for variable sizes and
load classes. The ACO Detego PowerTop is easy to handle.
Opening of the cover is supported by a mechanical compres-
sion spring. The new Servokat FM-S is a watertight design
for load class F 900 and opening the cover is supported by
visible mechanical springs.

     Die Anforderungen an die Reinigung des Oberflächen-
     wassers von befestigten Flächen ist mit in Kraft treten
     der DWA-A 102 in den Vordergrund gerückt. Mit der
     Entwicklung der zwei neuen DWA-A 102 konformen
     Reinigungsanlagen ACO Stormsed Vortex und ACO
     Stormclean ist ein weiterer Baustein im Systemketten-Seg-
     ment „Clean“ – dem Vorreinigen und Aufbereiten des
     Regenwassers – geschaffen worden. Der Stromsed Vortex
     ist als hydrodynamische Sedimentationsanlage konzipiert
     und entfernt gezielt die abfiltrierbaren Stoffe von Dach-
     und Verkehrsflächen. Der Stormclean entfernt Schadstoffe
     je nach Partikelgröße durch Sedimentation und Filtration
     oder durch Adsorption.

 Sustainable Rainwater management is our responsibility
 for the future. With its integrated approach, ACO pro-
 vides systems for professional surface water drainage,
 efficient cleaning, and the controlled discharge or reuse
 of water. The new ACO clean systems ACO Stormsed
 Vortex and ACO Stormclean are new technologies for
 filtration and adsorption within the ACO pre-cleaning
 portefolio.
 The Stromsed Vortex is designed as a hydrodynamic
 sedimentation system and specifically removes filterable
 substances from roof and traffic areas. The Storm­clean
 removes pollutants by sedimentation and filtration or by
 adsorption, depending on the particle size.
