hiermit erhalten Sie alle Informationen zum Tortenwettbewerb:

Sollten Sie nicht teilnehmen können bitten wir um kurze Info bis spätestens zum 07.04.2019.
Personen die nicht erscheinen ohne abzusagen, können von dem IGT für weitere IGT-Veranstaltungen gesperrt wer-
den.

Ablauf der Anlieferung
03.05.2019: 17.00 - 19.30 Uhr
04.05.2019: 08.00 - 09.00 Uhr
1. Das Schaustück muss verpackt angeliefert werden. Zur Unterstützung ist nur eine Begleitperson erlaubt. Kinder haben nur dann
Zutritt zum Wettbewerbsbereich, wenn sie selbst Teilnehmer sind.
2. Am Anmeldetisch werden dem Teilnehmer zwei Klebe-Etiketten ausgehändigt, eines davon platziert er unter dem Cakeboard, ei-
nes am Rand des Cakeboards. Hier wird ihm auch ein Dauerticket ausgehändigt, auch wenn mehrere Exponate geliefert werden.
3. Verwendete Glitzerfarben müssen zur Überprüfung bereitgehalten werden.
4. Das Schaustück darf nur in einem dafür ausgewiesenen Bereich ausgepackt, ggf. zusammengebaut oder kleinere Reparaturen
dort durchgeführt werden. An ein eigenes Reparatur-Set denken! Verweildauer hier max. 5 Minuten, danach muss der Platz
geräumt werden.
5. Schaustück wird vom Teilnehmer im Ganzen ohne Verpackung zum vorgesehenen Platz an den Wettbewerbstisch gebracht und
abgestellt. Hier sind keinerlei Reparaturen oder Korrekturen am Schaustück mehr erlaubt.
6. Ein Foto vom eigenen Schaustück ist hier erlaubt – keine anderen Schaustücke fotografieren! Die Inhalte dieser Seite sind Ei-
gentum des IGT e.V. und unterliegen dem Urheberrecht Regeln 4
7. Die Messehalle ist danach vom Teilnehmer und seiner Begleitperson umgehend ohne Aufforderung zu verlassen. Das Verpa-
ckungsmaterial muss entfernt werden, es gibt keine Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeit. Der Eintritt zur Messe ist danach nur zur regu-
lären Öffnungszeit durch den Haupteingang möglich.

Anlieferungen der Exponate zur Tortenausstellung

Bei der Anlieferung Ihrer Torten mit einem PKW nutzen Sie bitte ausschließlich die Messezufahrt TOR 1.
Halten Sie bitte Ihre Wettbewerbsanmeldung und 50,00 € Einfahrtskaution für das Wachpersonal bereit.
Halten Sie sich rechts und folgen Sie den Anweisungen des Wachpersonals. Fahren Sie über das Freigelände zu Hal-
le 2. Fahren Sie in die Halle 2. Parken Sie dort Ihr Fahrzeug und bringen die Torte zur Anmeldung/Registrierung am
Übergang (Eingang) zur Halle 1. Nach Registrierung und Abgabe der Torte verlassen Sie bitte umgehend die Halle 2
wieder mit Ihrem Fahrzeug über TOR 4. Die Anlieferung fußläufig, (bei Nutzung des Parkhauses, oder ÖPNV) erfolgt
über das TOR 4.

herewith you receive all information about the cake competition:

Cancellation
We would like to ask you if your participation is safe. If you should not attend we ask for a brief information until
07.04.2019.
Persons who do not appear without canceling, can be blocked by the IGT jury for other IGT events.

Delivery schedule
03.05.2019: 5pm – 7.30pm
04.05.2019: 8am – 9am
1. The packaging must be delivered packed. To support is only one accompanying person allowed. Children only have access to
the competition if they themselves are participants.
2. At the registration table, the participant is given two adhesive labels, one of which he places under the Cakeboard, one at the
edge of the Cakeboard. Here is him also a continuous ticket, even if several exhibits are delivered.
3. Glitter colors used must be held for review.
4. The exhibit must only be unpacked in a designated area or assembled. Minor repairs can be carried out there. Bring your own
repair set. ! Length of stay max. 5 minutes, then the place has to be cleared.
5. The participant will be presented without packaging to the designated place on the competition table. There are no more repairs
or corrections to the exhibit permitted.
6. A photo of your own exhibit is allowed here - no photos of other exhibits !
7. Afterwards, the participant and his companion have to leave the exhibition hall immediately. The packaging material must be
removed. There is no storage facility. After this, the entrance to the fair is then only possible at the regular opening time through
the main entrance.

Deliveries of the exhibits to the cake competition

If you deliver your cakes in a car, please use only the TOR 1 access road to the fair.
Please have your competition registration and 50,00€ security deposit ready for the security staff.
Keep to the right and follow the instructions of the security staff. Drive over the open-air area to Hall 2.
Drive into Hall 2, park your car there and bring the cake for registration to the entrance to Hall 1
After registering and handing in the cake, please immediately leave Hall 2 again with your car via TOR 4.
Delivery on foot (when using the car park or public transport) via TOR 4.
