to curate documenta. Hailing from Jakarta, Indo-
nesia, the collective consisting of nine core
members jointly realizes exhibitions, festivals,
and other projects. ruangrupa can therefore look
back on participation in the Aichi Triennial,
Nagoya (2016), the São Paulo Biennial (2014),
and the Singapore Biennial (2011), among others.
