Schloss Moosham
in Unternberg – das Schloss wurde erstmals 1256 erwähnt und weist heute reizvolle archi-
tektonische volkskundliche, historische und kunstgeschichtliche Aspekte auf.

Burg Finstergrün
Eine imposante Burg welche im 13. Jahrhundert erstmalig urkundlich erwähnt wurde und
heute im Besitz der „Evangelischen Jugend Österreich“ ist. Neben Führungen werden
auch Ereignis-Bildungsangebote und Abenteuerprojekte geboten.
Finstergrun Castle – An imposing castle that was first mentioned in records in the 13th century and
today is owned by the Evangelischen Jugend Österreich (protestant youth association in Austria). In
addition to guided tours, educational programme events and adventure projects are on offer.

Wallfahrtskirche St. Leonhard
1433 wurde die Wallfahrtskirche eingeweiht und wird seither als „schönste gotische Land-
kirche im süddeutschen Sprachraum“ bezeichnet. Besonders sehenswert sind die wertvol-
len Glasfenster, hier speziell das „Goldfenster“.

Pfarr-, Wallfahrts- & Stille Nacht Museum
1816 schrieb Joseph Mohr in Mariapfarr den Text zum wohl berühmtesten Weihnachts-
lied „Stille Nacht, heilige Nacht“. Eine Dokumentation darüber, sowie zahlreiche sakrale
Ausstellungsgegenstände finden sich in diesem Museum, welches der Wallfahrtskirche
angeschlossen ist.
Parish, Pilgrimage & Silent Night Museum – In 1816 in Mariapfarr, Joseph Mohr wrote the text to what
is the probably the most famous Christmas carol “Silent Night, Holy Night”. Documentation of this,
as well as numerous sacral exhibition items, can be found in this museum, which is attached to the
pilgrimage church.
