Was Sie wissen sollten: Die Wohnungspreise verstehen sich für 2 Personen am Tag bei Typ A,B,C,D und für 4 Personen bei Typ E. Für jede weitere
Person berechnen wir € 11,- am Tag, während des Zeitraumes bis 30. 06. und ab 15. 10. berechnen wir € 13,- am Tag. Kinder unter 2 Jahre sind frei. Pro Tier
werden € 6,- am Tag berechnet. Für Frühstück auf Anfrage berechnen wir € 13,-/Tag pro Person. Wir bitten um Vormerkung. Die Endreinigung beträgt €
40,- für die Einraum- und € 50,- für die Zweiraumwohnung. Die Zwischenreinigung auf Wunsch beträgt € 30,- für die Einraum- und € 40,- für die Zwei-
raumwohnung. Bei Verschmutzung des Backofens Reinigungsaufpreis von € 10,-. Alle anderen Abgaben (MwSt., Heizung, Wasser, Strom) sind enthalten.
Evtl. MwSt.-Änderungen werden belastet. Für alle Personen ab 14 Jahre wird ab 01.01.2014 eine Gemeindeaufenthaltsabgabe in Höhe von € 1,80 pro Person
und Nacht eingehoben.
Am Anreisetag ist die Wohnung ab 14.00 Uhr bezugsfertig. Falls sie später als 18.00 Uhr anreisen, bitten wir um Benachrichtigung. Am Abreisetag bitten
wir die Wohnung bis 10.00 Uhr und an Sonn- und Feiertagen bis 9.00 Uhr freizugeben.
Bei der Buchung bitten wir um ein Angeld von € 300,- für die Zweiraum- und € 200,- für die Einraumwohnung. Bei einem Aufenthalt von 21 und mehr
Tagen erhalten Sie einen Wohnungspreisrabatt von 3%. Bezahlung mit EC- und Kreditkarte (VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD) möglich.
Bei verspäteter Anreise und vorzeitiger Abreise werden die Tage in Rechnung gestellt. Bei Stornierungen berechnen wir bis zum 28. Tag vor Reiseantritt da-

In den Wohnungen und im Innenbereich des Hauses besteht Rauchverbot. Gratis Internetzugang. Jede Wohnung verfügt über einen DSL-Internetan-
schluss über LAN und W-Lan .Weiters befindet sich im Aufenthaltsraum ein Internet-Point.

All’arrivo troverà l’appartamento a Sua disposizione alle ore 14,00. In caso di arrivo dopo le ore 18,00 chiediamo un avviso. Il giorno di partenza Vi preg-
hiamo di liberare l’appartamento entro le ore 10,00, la domenica ed i giorni festivi entro le ore 9,00.
Alla prenotazione preghiamo di versare una caparra di € 300,- per il bilocale e € 200,- per il monolocale. Con il soggiorno di 21 e più giorni riceverete uno
sconto del 3% sul prezzo d’appartamento. Accettiamo anche bancomat e carte di credito (VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD).
In caso di ritardato arrivo e anticipata partenza i relativi giorni vengono messi in fattura. In caso di disdetta della prenotazione effettuata vengono previste le
