000 263 Pulver 200 g, dunkel M+W Interim ist ein kaltpolymerisierender, selbsthärtender Kunststoff zur Herstellung von provisorischen Kronen,
000 266 Pulver 400 g, universal Brücken und Bißregistraten.
M+W Interim bietet eine Vielzahl von Vorteilen, von der vereinfachten Technik bis zum erstklassigen Ergebnis. Gute
Verträglichkeit auf vitalen Stümpfen und zur Schleimhaut.
000 268 Flüssigkeit, 100 ml
M+W Interim enthält kein Methylmethacrylat. Pulver und Flüssigkeit sind so konzipiert, dass eine optimale
000 269 Flüssigkeit, 150 ml Aushärtung erfolgt und praktisch keine Restmonomere vorhanden sind, die auf vitalen Stümpfen schädliche Wirkung
haben könnten.
Große Stabilität an vielgliedrigen Brücken und dünnauslaufenden Kronenrändern durch erhöhte Materialhärte. Selbst
vielgliedrige Brücken, bei denen große Stümpfe und nur wenig Platz für ein Provisorium vorhanden ist, können mit
M+W Interim hergestellt werden. Optimale Verarbeitung in 3 Phasen.
1. Silikon- oder Alginatabdruck wie üblich präparieren und vorbereiten.
2. M+W Interim anmischen: Flüssigkeit in den Mischbecher vorlegen und so viel Pulver der gewünschten Farbe
zugeben, bis eine teigig-cremige Konsistenz erreicht ist. Dieser Teig kann nun sofort in den Abdruck gegeben werden.
3. Den mit M+W Interim versehenen Abdruck in situ bringen und ca. 3 Minuten dort belassen.
4. M+W Interim hat nun seine plastische Phase erreicht und kann zusammen mit dem Abdruck leicht aus dem Mund
entfernt werden, auch wenn Unterschnitte an Präparationen vorhanden sind. Das Rückstellvermögen ist einwandfrei.
5. Provisorium aus dem Abdruck nehmen und zur Sicherheit und exakten Einstellung der Okklusionshöhe nochmals
auf die Stümpfe aufbringen. Nach erfolgter Kontrolle wieder aus dem Mund entfernen. In dieser plastischen Phase
(Dauer 3 bis 5 Minuten) lässt sich M+W Interim hervorragend mit einer Schere bearbeiten; dies vereinfacht die spätere
Ausarbeitung des Provisoriums wesentlich.
6. Während der nächsten 5 Minuten findet die endgültige Aushärtung statt. Zur Beschleunigung empfiehlt sich die
Polymerisation im Drucktopf bei ca. 55° C warmem Wasser und 2 bar. Dies bewirkt außerdem eine noch bessere
Farbstabilität, eine optimale (praktisch restmonomerfreie) Aushärtung und höhere mechanische Festigkeit .
7. Provisorium wie üblich ausarbeiten und mit provisorischem Zement in den Mund einsetzen. Selbstverständlich kann
mit M+W Interim auch nach anderen bekannten Methoden gearbeitet werden (z. B. Herstellung von provisorischen
Kronen und Brücken auf dem Modell).

Instructions for use
000 261 Powder 200 g, universal Intended use
000 262 Powder 200 g, hell self-curing temporary crown and bridge resin.
000 263 Powder 200 g, dunkel M+W Interim is a self curing resin for constructing temporary crowns, bridges and splints. It offers many advantages,
from the simple technic to first-class results.
000 266 Powder 400 g, universal
Good compatibility with vital stumps and tissue. M+W Interim does not contain methyl methacrylate. Due to the
special formula of powder and liquid a perfect polymerization is obtained. There is practically no residual monomer
000 268 Liquid, 100 ml which could effect vital stumps.
000 269 Liquid, 150 ml Great stability on multi-unit bridges and thin-ending crown rims due to increased hardness of the material. M+W
Interim makes it possible to construct even multi-unit bridges on restorations with large stumps and little space.
Easy handling in three steps:
1. Mixing phase: Powder and liquid are mixed to a doughy, guaranteed bubble-free consistency. This avoids air
inclusion in the temporary restoration.
2. Plastic phase: Period 3 to 5 minutes. There are no distorsions while removing from the mouth due to the extremely
high withdrawal of the material.
3. Curing phase: The final polymerization takes place during the next 5 minutes. For faster curing a pressure pot can
be used. This also results into an even better color stability and optimum, practically monomerfree polymerization.
Security instructions: The liquid is irritable. It has to be stored at a cool place. Immediately close bottle after every use.
Directions:
1 Prepare the silicone or alginate impression as usual.
2. To mix provisional M+W Interim, pour liquid in a mixing bowl and add sufficient powder in the desired color until a
doughy consistency is obtained. This mixture can now be placed immediately into the impression.
3. Insert the impression furnished with M+W Interim into the mouth of the patient and leave it for 3 minutes.
4. M+W Interim has now reached its plastic phase and can be easily removed with the impression from the mouth,
even if there are undercuts on the preparation. The withdrawal of the material is excellent.
5. Remove the temporary restoration from the impression and place it for security and to establish a proper
occlusion over the prepared stumps. After this control remove it from the mouth again. In this plastic phase (period
3 to 5 minutes) M+W Interim can be easily trimmed with a scissor which simplifies the finishing of the temporary
restoration.
6. During the next 5 minutes the final polymerization takes place. For faster curing we recommend to use a pressure
pot filled with warm water of approx. 55° C and cure at a pressure of 2 bar. This also results into an even better color
stability, optimum (practically monomerfree) polymerization and higher mechanical strength.
7. Finish the temporary restoration as usual and insert with temporary cement. Temporary restorations with the
M+W Interim can of course be constructed after any common technics (e. g. indirect method).

000 263 Poudre 200g, foncé M+W Interim est une résine auto-durcissante polymérisable à froid pour la fabrication de couronnes et bridges
provisoires ainsi que d‘enregistrements occlusaux.
000 266 Poudre 400g, universel
M+W Interim présente de nombreux avantages, depuis la technique simplifiée jusqu‘au résultat hors pair. Bonne
tolérance sur les moignons vitaux et sur la muqueuse.
000 268 Liquide, 100 ml M+W Interim ne contient aucun méthacrylate de méthyle. Poudre et liquide sont formulés pour garantir un
000 269 Liquide, 150ml durcissement optimal et l‘absence quasi totale de monomères résiduels dont les effets nocifs sont sur les moignons
vitaux.
Grande stabilité sur les bridges à plusieurs éléments et les bords minces de couronne grâce à la dureté supérieure
des matériaux. M+W Interim permet même la fabrication de bridges à plusieurs éléments caractérisés par de larges
moignons et un espace réduit pour une restauration provisoire. Procédure optimale en 3 phases.
1. Préparer l‘empreinte au silicone ou à l‘alginate en suivant la procédure habituelle.
2. Mélanger M+W Interim : verser le liquide dans le bol de mélange et ajouter la poudre de la teinte souhaitée jusqu‘à
obtention d‘une consistance pâteuse-crémeuse. Remplir sans attendre l‘empreinte avec cette pâte.
3. Positionner l‘empreinte avec M+W Interim et laisser env. 3 minutes en place.
4. M+W Interim a maintenant atteint sa phase plastique et se retire aisément de la bouche avec l‘empreinte, même
en cas de contre-dépouille sur des préparations. La mémoire élastique est excellente.
5. Retirer la restauration provisoire de l‘empreinte et la placer encore une fois pour contrôle et ajustement précis de
la hauteur occlusale sur les moignons. Après contrôle, retirer de la bouche. Dans cette phase plastique (durée : 3 à 5
minutes), M+W Interim est facile à découper avec des ciseaux, ce qui facilite la réalisation ultérieure de la restauration
provisoire.
6. Pendant les 5 minutes suivantes, le durcissement final a lieu. Pour accélérer le processus, la polymérisation en cuve
sous pression dans une eau à env. 55 °C et 2 bar est recommandée. Cette opération permet de renforcer la stabilité
chromatique et d‘obtenir un durcissement optimal (teneur quasi nulle en monomères résiduels) et une résistance
mécanique supérieure.
7. Retoucher selon le procédé habituel la restauration provisoire et fixer en bouche avec du ciment provisoire. La
résine M+W Interim peut aussi être travaillée selon d‘autres méthodes connues (exemple : fabrication de couronnes
provisoires et bridges sur le modèle).

Conservation : à l‘abri de la lumière, de la chaleur et de l‘humidité - refermer immédiatement après
utilisation.

000 261 Polvere 200 g, universale Destinazione d‘uso
000 262 Polvere 200 g, chiaro Resina autopolimerizzante per la realizzazione di corone e ponti provvisori.
000 263 Polvere 200 g, scuro M+W Interim è una resina polimerizzante a freddo, autopolimerizzante, per la realizzazione di corone, ponti e
materiali per la registrazione del morso.
000 266 Polvere 400 g, universale
M+W Interim offre numerosi vantaggi, dalla tecnica semplificata ai risultati di prima classe. Buona tollerabilità su
monconi vitali e con le mucose.
000 268 Liquido, 100 ml M+W Interim non contiene metilmetacrilato. Polvere e liquido sono concepiti per dare una polimerizzazione ottimale
000 269 Liquido, 150 ml ed escludere praticamente la presenza di monomeri residui che potrebbero avere un effetto dannoso sui monconi
vitali.
Grande stabilità sui ponti a più elementi e corone a bordi sottili grazie all‘elevata durezza del materiale. Con M+W
Interim è possibile realizzare ponti a più elementi, in cui sono presenti grossi monconi e con poco spazio disponibile
per un provvisorio. Lavorazione ottimale in 3 fasi.
1. Preparare l‘impronta in silicone o alginato con la procedura consueta.
2. Miscelare M+W Interim: versare il liquido nel mixer e aggiungere la polvere del colore desiderato in quantità tale da
ottenere una crema pastosa. Questa pasta può essere inserita immediatamente nell‘impronta.
3. Inserire in situ l‘impronta con M+W Interim e lasciarvela per 3 minuti circa.
4. M+W Interim ha raggiunto ora la sua fase plastica e può essere rimossa facilmente dal cavo orale, anche se le
preparazioni sono dotate di sottosquadri. La capacità di resilienza è perfetta.
5. Estrarre il provvisorio dall‘impronta e applicare ancora una volta sui monconi per sicurezza e per una registrazione
esatta dell‘occlusione. Effettuati i controlli, rimuovere nuovamente dal cavo orale. In questa fase plastica (durata 3 - 5
minuti) M+W Interim può essere lavorato senza difficoltà con le forbici; questo facilita notevolmente la lavorazione
successiva del provvisorio.
6. La polimerizzazione definitiva avrà luogo nei 5 minuti successivi. Per accelerare questa fase si consiglia la
polimerizzazione nella pentola a pressione con acqua calda a circa 55°C e 2 bar. Questa operazione favorisce inoltre una
stabilità ancora maggiore del colore, una polimerizzazione ottimale (praticamente priva di monomeri residui) e una
più elevata resistenza meccanica.
7. Lavorare il provvisorio come di consueto e inserire nel cavo orale con cemento provvisorio. Ovviamente con M+W
Interim si può lavorare anche seguendo altri metodi noti (ad es. realizzazione di corone e ponti provvisori sul modello).
Avvertenze di sicurezza: rispettare anche la scheda dei dati di sicurezza
Conservazione: conservare in ambiente oscuro e fresco e richiudere accuratamente subito dopo l‘uso.

000 261 Prášek 200 g, univerzální Účel použití
000 262 Prášek 200 g, světlý Samovytvrzující plast k výrobě provizorních korunek a můstků.
000 263 Prášek 200 g, tmavý M+W Interim je samovytvrzující plast polymerující zastudena určený k výrobě provizorních korunek, můstků a
registrátů skusu.
000 266 Prášek 400 g, univerzální
M+W Interim má mnoho výhod od jednodušší technologie až po prvotřídní výsledek. Je dobře snášen i na vitálních
pahýlech a na sliznici.
000 268 Tekutina, 100 ml M+W Interim neobsahuje methyl-methakrylát. Prášek a tekutina jsou vyrobeny tak, aby probíhalo optimální vytvrzení
000 269 Tekutina, 150 ml prakticky beze zbytků monomerů, které by mohly mít škodlivý účinek na vitální pahýly.
Vysoká stabilita i u můstků z mnoha členů a na tenkých okrajích korunek díky tvrdšímu materiálu. Pomocí materiálu
M+W Interim lze vyrábět i můstky s mnoha členy určené na velké pahýly a pouze s omezeným místem na provizorní
náhradu. Optimální zpracování ve 3 fázích.
1. Preparujte a připravte silikonový nebo alginátový otisk jako obvykle.
2. Smíchejte materiál M+W Interim: Tekutinu nalijte do míchací nádobky a přidejte do ní tolik prášku požadované
barvy, dokud nevznikne hmota krémové až těstové konzistence. Hmotu můžete ihned přenést na otisk.
3. Otisk s materiálem M+W Interim vložte na místo a nechte ho asi 3 minuty vložený.
4. Materiál M+W Interim je nyní v plastické fázi a lze ho spolu s otiskem snadno vyjmout z úst, a to i v případě
podsekřivin při preparaci. Materiál má vynikající schopnost vracet se do původního stavu.
5. Sejměte provizorní náhradu z otisku a pro jistotu a přesné nastavení výšky okluze ještě jednou nasaďte na pahýly.
Po zkontrolování opět vyjměte z úst. V této plastické fázi (trvá 3 až 5 minut) lze materiál M+W Interim výborně
opracovávat nůžkami, což podstatně zjednodušuje pozdější úpravu provizorní náhrady.
6. Během dalších 5 minut probíhá definitivní vytvrzení. K urychlení doporučujeme provádět polymeraci v tlakovém
hrnci s teplovou vodou o teplotě přibl. 55 °C a při tlaku 2 bar. Toto zpracování zaručuje ještě lepší barevnou stabilitu,
optimální vytvrzení (prakticky bez zbytkových monomerů) a vyšší mechanickou pevnost.
7. Upravte provizorní náhradu obvyklým způsobem a vložte ji s provizorním cementem úst. S materiálem M+W
Interim lze samozřejmě pracovat i podle jiných známých metod (např. výroba provizorních korunek a můstků na
modelu).

000 263 por 200g, sötét Az M+W Interim egy hidegen polimerizálódó, önkeményedő műanyag ideiglenes koronák és hidak, valamint
harapásminták készítéséhez.
000 266 por 400g, univerzális
Az M+W Interim számos előnnyel jár, az egyszerű alkalmazástól a kiváló eredményekig. Kompatibilis a
nyálkahártyával és a vitális csonkokkal.
000 268 folyadék, 100 ml Az M+W Interim nem tartalmaz metil-metakrilátot. A por és a folyadék úgy van tervezve, hogy a kikeményedés
000 269 folyadék, 150ml optimális legyen és gyakorlatilag ne maradjanak monomerek, melyek a vitális csonkokra káros hatással lehetnek.
Az emelkedett anyagkeménységnek köszönhetően magas stabilitást biztosít soktagú hidakon és vékonyan kifutó
koronaszéleken is. Különösan olyan soktagú hidak készíthetőek M+W Interim segítségével, melyeknél nagy csonkok
mellett csak kevés hely van a provizóriumnak. Optimális feldolgozás 3 fázisban.
1. A szilikon, illetve az alginát lenyomatot a szokásos módon kell preparálni és előkészíteni.
2. Az M+W Interim keverése: Öntse a folyadékot egy keverőedénybe és olyan sok kívánt színű port tegyen hozzá, hogy
egy tésztás-krémes konzisztenciát kapjon. Ez a tészta azonnal a lenyomatba vihető.
3. Az M+W Interim-mel ellátott lenyomatot kb. 3 percig kell in situ tartani.
4. Az M+W Interim elérte a plasztikus fázist és a lenyomattal együtt eltávolítható a szájból, akkor is, ha a
preparációkon vágások vannak. Az ellenállóképesség kiemelkedő.
5. Vegye ki a provizóriumot a lenyomatból és az okklúziós magasság pontos beállításának ellenőrzése érdekében
helyezze fel a csonkokra. Sikeres ellenőrzés után ismét távolítsa el a szájból. Ebben a plasztikus fázisban (3-5 perc) az
M+W Interim ollóval még alakítható, egy jelentősen egyszerűsítheti a provizórium későbbi kidolgozását
6. A végleges kikeményedés a következő 5 percben következik be. Az eljárás gyorsításához polimerizáció túlnyomásos
edényben kb. 55°C -os meleg víz és 2 bar nyomás mellett végezhető. Ez még jobb színstabilitást, optimális
(gyakorlatilag monomermentes) kikeményedést és magas mechanikai szilárdságot eredményez.
7. A provizóriumot a szokásos módon készítse el és ideiglenes cementtel helyezze be a szájba. Az M+W Interim
természetesen más ismert módszerekkel is feldolgozható (pl. ideiglenes koronák és hidak készítése modellen).

Tárolás: hűvös, sötét, száraz helyen, használat után azonnal visszazárandó
