Zur Ausgangslage UEFA und UEFA «Foundation for children» lancierte im September 2019 für den UEFA- Super-Cup 2020 einen speziellen adidas-Super- Cup-Ball. Auf diesem wurden Zeichnungen von 18 europäischen Jugendlichen abgebildet. Über UEFA «Foundation for children» Partnern wurde ein Wettbewerb in neun europäischen Ländern – mit Zeichnungen und einem kurzen Statement der Kinder zum Thema Fussball gestartet. PluSport Schweiz als Partner wurde auch eingeladen und hat an unsere Mannschaft «axpo-PluSport-Gruppe Team Wiggenhof» Ror- schacherberg, unsere Mannschaft ist ange- schlossen bei PluSport, eine Anfrage gemacht. Die Vorgabe war, dass die Jugendlichen zwi- schen 10 und 13 Jahren sein müssen. So haben von unserer Mannschaft fünf daran teilgenom- men. UEFA Präsident Aleksander Ĉeferin hat aus 200 Einsendungen aus neun europäischen Länder (Deutschland, Litauen, Niederlande, Portugal, Slowenien, Spanien, Tschechien, Ungarn, Schweiz) 18 ausgewählt, die ihre Zeichnung auf dem adidas-Super-Ball 2020 ziehren. darunter auch zwei Zeichnungen der axpo-PluSport-Gruppe Team Wiggenhof. Super!!! So spielten Fussballgrössen wie Neuer, Lewandowski, Martinez, Rakitic den Super-Cup 2020 zwischen Bayern München und Sevilla in Budapest im September 2020 mit einem solchen Ball. Der FC Bayern München gewann das Spiel in der Verlängerung mit 2:1. Die UEFA hat den beiden Gewinnern aus der Schweiz, Mia und Fabio einen dieser Bälle zukommen lassen.

Team Wiggenhof Rorschacherberg gehörten zu den Gewinnern eines UEFA-Wettbewerbs:
Ihre beiden Zeichnungen zierten zusammen mit 16 weiteren den Spielball des UEFA-
Super-Cup 2020. Einen solchen durfte Mia und Fabio in Empfang nehmen.
Ihre Trainer, Urban Auer und Andreas Willi haben sich für die Übergabe etwas spezielles
einfallen lassen. Auf Anfrage hat sich Matthias Hüppi, Präsident des FC St.Gallen spontan
bereit erklärt, diese Ballübergabe im Kybunpark vorzunehmen. Herzlichen Dank.

September 2019 Rorschacherberg Zum Photoshooting für die beiden Gewinner der Zeichnungen für den UEFA- Super-Cup-Ball 2020 reiste im September 2019 ein Photograf der UEFA von Genf in die Ostschweiz um Aufnahmen von Mia und Fabio zu machen. Hier einige «Schnappschüsse» welche von Andreas Willi, Trainer der axpo-PluSport- Gruppe Team Wiggenhof beim Shooting geknippst wurden.
