Kommunikationsprüfung
Auf den folgenden Seiten finden Sie Hilfen, Tipps und Übungen zur Kommunikationsprüfung in Englisch.
Tandem- oder Einzelprüfung?
Sollten Sie sich für eine Einzelprüfung entscheiden, wird Ihr Gesprächspartner / Ihre Gesprächspartnerin
der Lehrer / die Lehrerin sein.
Bei einer Tandemprüfung werden Sie gemeinsam mit einem Klassenkameraden / einer Klassen
kameradin geprüft. Das hat den Vorteil, dass Sie schon vor der Prüfung miteinander üben können und
somit die Nervosität während der Prüfung häufig geringer ist.
Prüfungsinhalt
15 Minuten mündliche Prüfung ohne Vorbereitungszeit und Pause
5 Minuten entfallen auf je einen Aufgabenteil:
Monologisches Sprechen (Präsentation des Schwerpunktthemas)
Dialogisches Sprechen
Mediation (Sprachmittlung)
Good to know
Es geht nicht darum, mit Fachvokabeln oder komplizierten Satzkonstruktionen zu glänzen, sondern
zu zeigen, dass Sie in der Lage sind, klar und strukturiert zu präsentieren sowie dem Partner zuzuhören,
auf ihn/sie einzugehen, nachzufragen, wertschätzend miteinander umzugehen und Kompromisse
auszuhandeln.
Im Teil Mediation soll sinngemäß zwischen zwei Sprachen vermittelt werden.
Ihnen fällt ein Wort nicht ein? Keine Panik. Umschreiben Sie es einfach mit Vokabeln, die Sie wissen.

Monologisches Sprechen (Präsentation):
Erklären Sie; worüber Sie sprechen werden und wie Ihre Präsentation aufgebaut ist. ➞ My presentation is
about … oder First I´d like to talk about ….
Sprechen Sie möglichst frei und üben Sie Ihre Präsentation daheim vor dem Spiegel oder vor anderen
Personen.
Dialogisches Sprechen:
Zeigen Sie, dass Sie mit Ihrem Partner / Ihrer Partnerin ein Gespräch auf Augenhöhe führen. Beide sollten
gleichermaßen zum Zug kommen.
Kleine Formulierungshilfen halten das Gespräch am Laufen, z. B.:
Would that be ok with you? ➞ That’s fine by me
What would you suggest – how do we go about this?
I’m not really sure whether this would be helpful. / … if this makes any sense.
I think we’re going round in circles. That won’t get us anywhere.
Where do we go from here?
