BPG402-Sx ATM to Ultra-Hoch Vakuum Sensor
Das INFICON Kombinationsmessgerät BPG402-S vereinigt die Vorteile
zweier Technologien in einem einzigen, kompakten und wirtschaftlichen
Gerät, zur Messung im Bereich von 5×10-10 mbar bis Atmosphäre
(3,8×10-10 Torr bis Atmosphäre). Die Kombination zweier Technologien
in einem Gerät verringert die Komplexität der Messgerätenstallation und
der Integration in die Anlage. Wählen Sie die BPG402-S mit zwei
yttriumoxid-beschichteten Iridiumheizfäden für doppelte Sicherheit und
eine preiswerte, sowie reproduzierbare Messung von Prozessdruck bis
hin zum Basisdruck. Die Sensorelemente mit On-Board-Kalibrierdaten
garantieren maximale Reproduzierbarkeit beim Austausch der
Sensoren.
