Sehr geehrter Kunde,
fast vier Wochen sind seit unserer letzten Veröffentlichung über die Regelungen, Maßnahmen und Auswirkungen dieser beispiellosen Krise, die die wichtigsten Größenordnungen unseres Sektors
betrifft, vergangen, und wir freuen uns, unsere Eindrücke, Analysen und Schlussfolgerungen zur Entwicklung dieser Krise Covid_19 erneut zur Verfügung zu stellen.
Während dieser Zeit wurden Hilfsmaßnahmen von den Regierungen jedes analysierten Landes genehmigt, und ein großer Teil der Immobilien hat Solidaritäts- und Unterstützungsentscheidungen
für die Mieter getroffen, um die Lebensfähigkeit und Kontinuität des Unternehmens mittel- und langfristig zu erreichen. Die Erholung des Immobilienmarktes wird nicht nur von der Dauer dieser
Krise abhängen, sondern auch von der Fähigkeit der wirtschaftlichen Anreize, die aus allen Blickwinkeln durch fiskalische, arbeits- und aktivitätsbezogene Reaktivierungsmaßnahmen in jedem der
Teilsektoren erhalten werden können.
In jedem Fall wird die Erholung nicht in allen Segmenten gleich verlaufen, von denen einige sehr widerstandsfähig sind, während andere unter einem langsameren Tempo der Erholung leiden
werden.
Obwohl sich einige europäische Märkte zu erholen begonnen haben, könnte das Risiko bei der späten Erholung der von der Pandemie am stärksten betroffenen Länder innerhalb der
Europäischen Union entstehen: Italien, Spanien und Frankreich.
