We are stoked to welcome all teams and athletes at the Audi Skicross Tour!
Wir freuen uns alle Teams und Athleten*innen an der Audi Skicross Tour begrüssen zu dürfen!
Status
Competitions (Open and Kids races) are not permitted in Switzerland.
The FIS and European Cup events of the Audi Skicross Tour may be held at the current time as
planned.

We ask all athletes, coaches and officials to comply with the current protective measures regarding Covid-19.
Any violation may lead to exclusion from the event. The current protection concepts and rules of conduct for all
Swiss-Ski events can be found under Updates Corona.

We only accept online inscriptions and online payments (also for coaches and staff)!
All (athletes / coaches / staff / physio etc.) must be registered with their family name, first name,
date of birth, address place of residence, mobile number and email address. Event protection
concept of Swiss-Ski due to Covid-19 must be strictly hold on to and instructions must be followed.
It's forbidden to pass on or sell discounted tickets to third parties / other people!

# Regulations & Insurance / Regeln & Versicherung
With the registration everyone acknowledges the rules (competitions and Covid-19) and that his equipment
(e.g. no race dress, helmet and back protector are obligatory, etc.) correspond to the regulations, which are
laid down in the competition regulations (WR). The competitor is characterized by fair play and follows the
instructions of the competition jury. Insurance is the responsibility of the participants. The organizer declines
any liability towards competitors and third parties.
Mit der Anmeldung anerkennt jeder die Regeln (Wettkampf und Covid-19) und dass seine Ausrüstung (z.B. kein
Renndress, Helm und Rückenprotektor sind obligatorisch, etc.) den Vorschriften entspricht, die im Wettkampfs-
Reglement (WR) festgelegt sind. Der Teilnehmer zeichnet sich durch Fairplay aus und folgt den Anweisungen der
Wettkampfs-Jury. Die Versicherung liegt in der Verantwortung der Teilnehmer. Der Veranstalter lehnt jede
Haftung gegenüber Wettbewerbern und Dritten ab.

2 # Introduction / Einleitung This factsheet compiles the Covid-19 protection measures for all events of the Audi Snowboard Series, Swiss Freeski Tour & Audi Skicross Tour. We ask all athletes, coaches, officials, and event staff to comply with the current protective measures regarding Covid-19. Any violation may lead to exclusion from the event. Dieses Factsheet umfasst die Covid-19 Schutzmassnahmen aller Events der Audi Snowboard Series, Swiss Freeski Tour & Audi Skicross Tour. Wir bitten sämtliche Athleten, Coaches, Funktionäre sowie Event-Staff die geltenden Schutzmassnahmen betreffend Covid-19 einzuhalten. Es werden keine Zahlungen vor Ort akzeptiert! # FIS Passport & Covid-19 Test (EC & SX NC only) For European Cup & SX NC competitions teams including athletes, coaches and support staff have to submit a medically confirmed antigen or PCR test that is no older than 72 hours before the first TCM! Register on the FIS Passport System. Access Code: FIS2021 Submit a (negative) medically confirmed antigen or PCR test to the FIS Passport System. On every competition day complete the health questionnaire on the FIS Passport System. NO negative Covid-19 test = NO accreditation = NO access to competition site Auf der Stufe Europacup / SX SM müssen Teams von sämtlichen Personen (Athleten, Coaches und Betreuer) einen ärztlich bestätigten Antigen- oder PCR Test, der nicht älter als 72 Stunden vor dem ersten TCM ist, im FIS Passport System einreichen. Registriere dich auf dem FIS Passport System. Access Code: FIS2021 Reiche einen (negativen) ärztlich bestätigten Antigen- oder PCR Test auf das FIS Passport System ein. Fülle an jedem Wettkampftag den Gesundheitsfragebogen auf dem FIS Passport System aus. KEIN negativer Covid-19 Test = KEINE Akkreditierung = KEIN Zugang zum Wettkampfgelände

# Event / Event
Any violation of the covid requirements may lead to exclusion from the competition!
In advance of the event:
1. Do not attend if you feel sick or experience any typical symptoms of the coronavirus (such as respiratory
problems, fever, loss of smell and/or taste or other flu-like symptoms) within 10 days ahead of the event.
2. Do not attend if you are tested positive of the coronavirus within 10 days ahead of the event.
3. Do not attend if you spent more than 24 hours in a state or area with an increased risk of infection as defined by
the FOPH (Federal Office of Public Health) within the last 10 days ahead of the event. The current list can be
found here. Exceptions are transit passenger (=stay/layover less than 24 hours).
4. Swiss-Ski needs to know the names as well as the contact data of all coaches, physios, technicians etc., who will
attend the event in advance (online registration!). No online registration = no access to the event area
5. EC / SX NC only: Every Person has to submit a medically confirmed antigen or PCR test that is not older than 72
hours to the FIS Passport System. More infos here
During the event:
6. In general: Observe a distance of at least 1.5 meters!
7. TC meetings are held online. Links and instructions can be found in the respective event info sheet.
8. The race office as well as the marked start, course and finish area has a general mask obligation! (Exceptions:
athletes may take off the mask for their runs)
9. Do not mix up with other teams/nations if not mandatory!
After the event:
10. Inform David Ortlieb (head of project, +41 79 781 60 02) if you test positive for the coronavirus within 10 days
after the event.
Jeglicher Verstoss gegen diese Covid-Auflagen kann zum Ausschluss des Wettkampfes führen!
Vor dem Event:
1. Melde dich ab, falls du dich innerhalb von 10 Tagen vor dem Event krank fühlst oder für den Coronavirus typische
Symptome verspürst (wie insbesondere Atemwegsbeschwerden, Fieber, Verlust des Geruchs- und/oder
Geschmackssinns oder sonstige grippeähnliche Symptome).
2. Melde dich ab, falls du innerhalb von 10 Tagen vor dem Event positiv auf das Coronavirus getestet wurdest.
3. Melde dich ab, falls du innerhalb von 10 Tagen vor dem Event mehr als 24h in einem vom BAG (Bundesamt für
Gesundheit) definierten Staat oder Gebiet mit erhöhtem Infektionsrisiko aufgehalten hast. Die aktuelle Liste
findest du hier. Ausgenommen sind Transitpassagiere (=Aufenthalt weniger als 24h).
4. Swiss-Ski muss vor dem Event (→ via Online-Anmeldung) sämtliche Namen inkl. Kontaktdaten aller Trainer,
Betreuer, Serviceleute etc., welche am Event teilnehmen, erhalten. Keine Online Anmeldung = kein Zugang aufs
Eventgelände!
5. Bei EC & SX SM: Sämtliche Personen müssen einen ärztlich bestätigten Antigen- oder PCR Test, der nicht älter als
72 Stunden alt ist, im FIS Passport System einreichen. Mehr Infos hier
Während dem Event:
6. Generell: Halte immer einen Abstand von mindestens 1.5 Meter!
7. TC Meetings finden online statt. Links und Instruktionen befinden sich in der jeweiligen Eventinformation.
8. Im Raceoffice sowie im sowie im markierten Start-, Kurs- und Zielbereich herrscht generelle Maskenpflicht!
(Ausnahmen: Athleten*innen dürfen für ihren Lauf die Maske abnehmen)
9. Vermische dich nicht mit anderen Teams/Nationen falls nicht notwendig!
Nach dem Event:
10. Informiere David Ortlieb (Projektleiter, +41 79 781 60 02) falls du innerhalb von 10 Tagen nach dem Event positiv
auf das Coronavirus getestet wurdest.

for the technical operational command.

• Immobilization device: mattress, splints, and cervical necklaces
• Intensive care device, oxygen therapy device, and semi-automatic defibrillation device
• Communication device: connected with radios
Controllers will stand along the slope with yellow flags to stop the race
Everybody will have a radio to give the alert.
9. Evacuation protocol for training and races
Rescue case Level 1:
• The controllers on site give the alert
• Transmission to the Central Control Room and to the ski patrol at the top of the slope
• A 1st member of the ski patrol comes down to determine the type of injury
• A 2nd first member of the ski patrol comes down at the same time with the required immobilization
and evacuation device
• Intervention of the race doctor depending on the gravity of the injury (transported on a skidoo)
• Evacuation towards the bottom of the slopes
• The stretcher-bearer team then takes care of the injured person.
• Transport to the designated medical practice.
Rescue case Level 2:
• The controllers on site give the alert
• Transmission to the Central Control Room and to the ski patrol at top of the slope.
• A 1st member of the ski patrol comes down to determine the type of injury
• The rescue involves the functional prognosis and requires a emergency medical intervention
• The other members of the team assist the first member of the ski patrol.
• Intervention of the race doctor (transported on a skidoo)
• The Central Control Room gives the alert to the REGA based.
• The rescue ski patrol organizes and prepares the landing zone.
• The Mountain Rescue Department provides medical care on board for the injured person along withthe Emergency Unit doctor
• The best way to evacuate the injured person and his final destination are determined by the
Emergency Unit doctor.
