Beim TC Rutesheim (im Sportgelände Bühl in Rutesheim), beim TSC Renningen (im
Sportpark Renningen) und der TA Spvgg Warmbronn. Bei schlechtem Wetter
werden die Spiele in die Hallen verlegt (Schuhe mit glatten Sohlen erforderlich).
At TC Rutesheim (in the “Sportgelände Bühl” in Rutesheim), at TSC Renningen (in the
“Sportpark” in Renningen) and at TA Spvgg Warmbronn. In case of bad weather,
matches will be played on indoor courts (shoes with smooth soles are required).

Regeln / Regulations Mit Abgabe der Nennung erkennt der/die Teilnehmer/in die Bedingungen der
Ausschreibung an und unterwirft sich den Ordnungen und Satzungen von TE, DTB
und WTB. Ebenso ist jeder Teilnehmer durch seine Nennung mit der Verwendung
seiner Daten für weitere Turnierinformationen einverstanden. Die Veröffentlichung
ereignisbezogener Fotos und Bilder ist eingeschlossen. Der jeweilige Erziehungsbe-
rechtigte haftet für den Gesundheitszustand seines Kindes und die Teilnahme
erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr.
By entering, players recognize the conditions of the advertisement and agree to
observe to the rules and the code of conduct of TE, DTB and WTB. Likewise each
participant agrees by its denomination with the use of its data for further tournament
information. The publication event-referred photos and pictures are enclosed. The
respective legal guardian is responsible for the state of health of its child and the
participation takes place on own risk.

Alle Spieler müssen einen gültigen Ausweis vorlegen und sich persönlich vor
Ort beim Schiedsrichter einschreiben. All players must have a valid passport and they
must sign-in personally on site with the referee.
Auslosung / Draw Die Spielpläne für den nächsten Tag werden jeweils am Vorabend veröffentlicht
(auch auf der Homepage). The order of play for the next day will be announced every
evening (also on the homepage).

Alle Spieler müssen sich rechtzeitig vor jedem Match bei der Turnierleitung des
entsprechenden Austragungsortes anmelden (mind. 30 Minuten vor Spielbeginn).
Before each match all players must register in time with the tournament office of the
corresponding site (at least 30 minutes before the start of play).
Transportservice / Ein Fahrdienst zwischen den Turnieranlagen, den Turnierhotels und den Trainings-
Travel Assistance plätzen ist für Spieler und Betreuer ab Freitag, 09. 08., ab 17.00 Uhr verfügbar.
Shuttle–service between venues, tournament hotels and practice courts will be
available for players and coaches beginning Friday, August 09 at 5.00pm.
Trainingsplätze / Über die Turnierleitung in Rutesheim können kostenlos Trainingsplätze bei
Practice Courts benachbarten Clubs gebucht werden. Practice courts can be booked free of charge in
neighbouring clubs at the tournament office in Rutesheim.

und Krankenhaus liegen bei der Turnierleitung aus.
Physios are always on site for initial treatment of injuries and by appointment for
massage. Phone numbers of the doctor on duty and hospital are available at the
tournament office. It is required that all players have adequate medical insurance
cover, which cannot be provided by either Tennis Europe, the host national association
or the local organizer.

Main Draw players receive meals and soft drinks for free until elimination. Players in
Qualifying Draws receive meals and soft drinks at a reduced price until elimination.
Unterkunft / Unser bisheriges Turnierhotel IB-Jugendgästehaus Leonberg ist in diesem Jahr
Accommodation wegen Renovierungsarbeiten geschlossen. Daher bieten wir unseren Turnierteil-
nehmern die nachstehend beschriebenen Hotelalternativen.
Due to renovations our previous tournament hotel IB-Jugendgästehaus Leonberg is
closed this year. So we offer our tournament participants the following hotel alterna-

Unterkunft / Die Reservierungen erfolgen nicht über das Turnierbüro. Sie sind mit dem Stichwort
Accommodation “JCUP2019” bis spätestens 01. 08. direkt beim Hotel vorzunehmen. Wir empfehlen
eine rechtzeitige Reservierung, da nach dem 01.08. Reservierungen nur noch zur
normalen Tagesrate und nach Verfügbarkeit möglich sind.
Reservations are not made by the tournament office. They must be done directly with
the hotel no later than 01.08. with reference to “JCUP2019”. We recommend a timely
reservation, because after 01.08. reservations are only possible at the normal daily rate
and according to availability.
Stellplätze für Wohnmobile und Zelte stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.
Locations for mobile homes and tents are available free of charge.
