4. LCHF KONGRESS 29.02. – 01.03. 2020 Mag.rer.nat. Julia Tulipan MSc. Düsseldorf Ketone als Mag.rer.nat. Julia Tulipan MSc. www.juliatulipan.com Signalmoleküle Mehr als nur Energie
Conflict of Interest • Bücher zum Thema – Der Keto-Kompass • Ausbildung zum zertifizierten KetoCoach (LCHF Deutschland Akademie/ Daniela Pfeifer) • Co-Founder von TULIPANS
Schnelle Wiederholung • Ketonkörper sind kleine Moleküle • Energielieferanten • Entstehen in der Leber: • Aceton • Acetoacetat • Beta-Hydroxybutyrat
Wie kommt man in Ketose? Nutritiv induzierte Ketose Hungern (Starvation) Manipulation der Makronährstoffe bzw. Fasten Kohlenhydratrestriktion Fett : Protein/Carb Hunger Ketose 4
A. A. M. Journal of inherited metabolic disease 28.2 (2005), Bougneres PF. J. Clin.

Klement, Rainer J. "Restricting carbohydrates to fight head and neck cancer—is this realistic?." Histone Deacetylase HDAC inhibitors, HDACi, HDIs Inhibitoren
Histone Image Credit: Nature Genomic architecture, and eras of investigation.
• Histone Deacetylase (HDAC) → entfernt Acetylgruppe vom Lysin → Kondensation
Histone Deacetylase Inhibitoren (HDAC inhibitors, HDACi, HDIs) HDAC blockieren Histone Deacetylase und beeinflussen direkt die Genexpression. Anwendung von HDACs • Psychiatrie und Neurologie als Stimmungsaufheller • Anti-Epileptikum • Neurodegenerative Erkrankungen (z.B. Alzheimer, Huntington) • Verbessert kognitive Leistung (Merkfähigkeit) • Depression • ↑ BDNF und Glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) • Tumorerkrankungen (↓Zellproliferation und ↑Tumorsupressor p53) Fuchikami M. 2016.
