Preise
Die Netto-Standmieten je qm Bodenfläche betragen: Reihenstand € 163,00, Eckstand € 174,00, Kopfstand
€ 183,00, Blockstand € 196,00. Bei doppelgeschossiger Bauweise wird für die begehbare Fläche 50 % des
Mietpreises der Bodenfläche berechnet. Eine zweigeschossige Bauweise kann nur im Einvernehmen mit der
Messeleitung und dem Bauordnungsamt der Stadt Essen genehmigt werden. Sie ist aufgrund unterschiedlich
lichter Hallenhöhe nicht in allen Hallen möglich. Mindeststandgröße: 20 qm. Alle Preise verstehen sich zuzüglich
Mehrwertsteuer. Es wird ein Energie- und Umweltbeitrag von € 5,00 je qm erhoben. Der Energie- und Umwelt-
beitrag wird bis zu einer Fläche von 200 qm berechnet; jeder weitere qm wird nicht berechnet. Für den Aus-
stellungs- und Messe-Ausschuss der Deutschen Wirtschaft e.V. (AUMA) werden € 0,60 je qm mit der Gesamt-
rechnung erhoben. Die Mitausstellergebühr beträgt € 950,00. Mit der Rechnung wird für jeden Aussteller eine
Medienpauschale von € 495,00 erhoben. Für alle Dienstleistungen, die im Rahmen des Ausstellerservices ange-
fordert werden (wie z.B. Installation von Wasser-, Elektro-, Druckluft-, und Telekommunikationsanschlüssen
sowie die Kosten der Verbräuche und aller anderen Dienstleistungen), werden wir als Servicepauschale eine
Vorauszahlung auf Basis der abgerechneten Leistungen bei der letzten Veranstaltung erheben. Neuausstellern
berechnen wir eine Nebenkostenvorauszahlung von € 30,00 pro Quadratmeter. Diese wird zusammen mit der
Standmiete berechnet. Änderungen vorbehalten.
Prices
The following rentals have been set per square metre of floor space: aisle stand € 163.00, corner stand € 174.00,
end stand € 183.00, island stand € 196.00. The upper floor of a two-storey stand will be charged at 50 % of
the rental for the accessible groundfloor surface. Permission for two-storey structures can only be given by
agreement with the exhibition management and the Essen municipal planning department. It is not possible in
every hall due to different clearance heights. Minimum stand space: 20 sqm. All prices are exclusive of V.A.T.
An energy and environment fee of € 5.00 per sqm will be charged. The energy and environment fee is charged
per meter up to a stand space of 200 sqm; no further charge is made for additional space. A contribution of
€ 0.60 per sqm of space is charged for the German Council of Trade Fairs and Exhibitions (AUMA). A co-exhibi-
tor is charged with a fee of € 950.00. For every exhibitor a media fee of € 495.00 will be charged with the
invoice. We will be charging an advance payment, as a service lump sum, on the basis of the services charged
at the last event, for all orders which are requested as part of the exhibitor service (e.g. installation of water,
electric, pneumatic and telecommunications connections as weil as the cost of consumption and all other
services). We will be charging an advanced payment service of € 30.00 per square metre from new exhibitors.
This lump sum will be charged together with the stand rental invoice. We reserve the right to make alterations
