VERKAUFSBEDINGUNGEN UND RICHTLINIEN Die Gravity Card Mitglieder betreiben ihre jeweiligen Seilbahn- und Liftanlagen sowie Bikeparks und Downhillstrecken jeweils eigen-
verantwortlich und rechtlich selbstständig. Der Erwerb der Gravity-Saisonkarte berechtigt den Gast zur Benutzung der umfassten Bergbahnen und Freizeiteinrichtungen, der konkrete
Leistungsvertrag kommt aber jeweils nur mit jenem Betrieb zustande, dessen Anlagen gerade benützt werden (es gelten die jeweiligen AGB´s dieses Unternehmens). Die allfällige Haf-
tung gegenüber den Gästen, sei es aufgrund vertraglicher oder gesetzlicher Bestimmungen, für Vorfälle aus bzw. beim Betrieb und der Benützung der Seilbahn- und Liftanlagen sowie
Bikeparks und Downhillstrecken, trifft daher ausschließlich jenen Betrieb, in dessen Verantwortungsbereich sich der Vorfall ereignet. Eine Haftung der übrigen Gravity-Partner besteht
nicht. Bei Verletzung ist eine Rückvergütung der Saisonkarte innerhalb 9 Wochen ab dem ersten möglichen Nutzungstag durchführbar. Benötigt werden dafür ein ärztliches Attest
eines ortsansässigen Arztes im Original und die Gravity Card. Gerechnet wird immer bis zu dem Tag, an dem die Karte im jeweiligen Bikepark hinterlegt wird. Der Verlust einer Gravity
Card kann unter Angabe der Sperrnummer bei einem der Gravity Partner gemeldet werden. Bei Nachweis der Identität wird die Gravity Card gesperrt und es wird, nach Bezahlung
einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von € 10,00, frühestens 1 Tag nach der Verlustmeldung eine Ersatzkarte ausgestellt. Jeder Ticketinhaber hat seine Gravity Card so zu verwahren, dass Dritte
keinen Zugriff haben. Kein Ersatz bei vergessenen Gravity Cards. Gravity Cards sind nicht übertragbar. Missbrauch führt zum sofortigen Entzug der Karte.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS The members of GraVity are self regulating and legally independent in their operation of respective cable cars and lifts, as well as bike parks and down
hill runs. The purchase of a GraVity season card entitles the guest to use all included lifts and leisure facilities; the actual service level agreement is dependent on the corresponding
company whose facilities are currently being used (the terms and conditions of the respective company apply). Any liability towards guests, whether contractually or legally, for inci-
dents that may arise in the use of cable cars and lifts, as well as bike parks and downhill runs, concern only the company in whose area of responsibility any incident occurs. There is
no liability on the part of the other GraVity partners. In case of injury a refund of the GraVity Card is possible within 9 weeks from the date of purchase. A refund requires a medical
confirmation from a local doctor in original and the GraVity Card. Calculation ends at the date when the card is returned to the current bike park. If you lose your GraVity Card,
go into any GraVity partner business to register the card‘s loss and get it cancelled. You need to provide proof of your identity and pay an administrative charge of € 10,00 and a
replacement GraVity card will then be issued, at the earliest on the following day. All GraVity Card holders must take care of their card to avoid third parties having access to it. No
replacement will be issued if you forget to bring your card with you. GraVity Cards are not transferable. Abuse leads to the immediate withdrawal of the card.
