Liebe Kaiserinnen und Kaiser!
Herzlich Willkommen in der Olympiaregion Seefeld und
zur vierten Auflage des Kaiser Maximilian Laufs am 12.
und 13. Januar 2019! Unter dem Motto #WeildueinSieger-
bist nehmen jedes Jahr immer mehr Teilnehmer die He-
rausforderung an, die der Kaiser stellt. Die Strecke wird
als eine der herausforderndsten aber auch schönsten der
Saison beschrieben und bietet sowohl spannende Abfahr-
ten und längere flache Partien als auch einige sportliche
Anstiege an. Ob man als Erster oder erst etwas später
ins Ziel kommt spielt keine Rolle, denn JEDER, der sich
diesem besonderen Lauf stellt, ist ein wahrer Sieger und
nimmt unvergessliche Eindrücke und Erlebnisse mit nach
Hause.
Mit einer beeindruckenden Naturkulisse und einem ab-
wechslungsreichen Freizeitangebot begeistert die Olympia-
region Seefeld als Urlaubsparadies inmitten der Tiroler Al-
pen. Die Ganzjahresdestination mit den fünf Orten Seefeld,
Leutasch, Mösern-Buchen, Reith und Scharnitz empfängt
ihre Gäste mit gelebter Tradition und authentischer Tiroler
Herzlichkeit, die bei jeder Begegnung zu spüren ist. Die
gesundheitsfördernde Höhenlage (1.200m) und die hervor-
ragende Infrastruktur überzeugen auch Top-Athleten und
Mannschaften, die regelmäßig hier auf Trainingslager an-
zutreffen sind.
In Seefeld sind es nur wenige Schritte zu Fuß zu den Lift-
anlagen, Loipen und Winterwanderwegen. Die Fußgänger-
zone lädt mit kleinen Boutiquen zum Shoppen und Flanie-
ren ein und ein vielfältiges Gastronomie-und Hotelangebot
rundet das Ortsbild perfekt ab. Somit ist die Teilnahme
beim Kaiser Maximilian Lauf nicht nur eine rein sportliche
Angelegenheit, sondern bietet Athleten aus aller Welt auch
unvergessliche Urlaubstage und facettenreiche Eindrücke.
Nur wenige Wochen nach dem Kaiser Maximilian Lauf
findet das nächste Großevent in der Region statt. Die FIS
Nordische Ski-WM 2019. Vom 19. Februar bis zum 03. März
kämpfen Athleten aus über 60 Nationen in 21 Disziplinen
um die Medaillen. Obwohl Seefeld sowie das ganze Plateau

per E-Mail an dich verschickt. Wenn du diese nicht erhal-
ten hast, überprüfen bitte deinen Spam-Ordner.
NACHMELDUNGEN können bis 2 Stunden vor dem Rennen
vor Ort bei der Startnummernausgabe berücksichtigt wer-
den. Jede Nachmeldung ist nur gegen Barzahlung möglich!
Mit der Startnummer wird jedem Teilnehmer auch der
TRANSPONDER für die Zeitmessung übergeben, welcher
am Renntag zu tragen ist (ohne Transponder gibt es keine
Zeitmessung) und nach dem Erreichen des Ziels dem Ver-

Jeder Teilnehmer bekommt mit dem Starterpaket einen

NAME CHANGE
Every registration is in a particular name and cannot be given
to any other person. A name change for a registration is sub-
ject to a fee of € 30,-. Only cash accepted! A name change can
be made at the race office until one hour before the race.
If a participant is unable to start the race for any reason,
the registration fee will not be refunded, and it cannot be
applied to any races in subsequent years.
BAGGAGE DEPOT
Every participant will receive as a start gift an original Kai-
ser Maximilian Lauf backpack, which should be used as
baggage storage option during the race. Because of space
limits, only clothing which is stowed in these backpacks
can be accepted and stored in the official baggage depot.
The baggage depot is located in the race office in the new
WCS-Arena near the start and finish area. After the end of
the race, stored backpack will be handed back to the partic-
ipants. Evidence in form of the start number is obligatory for
collection. Attention: the race organisers accept no respon-
sibility or liability for items stored in the baggage depot.
For the participants of the 30km race starting in
Leutasch, the clothes in the rucksacks are brought back
to Seefeld in the luggage depot by bus (race office). After
completion of the run, they can be picked up at the bag-
gage depot at the arena.
