PLATTFORM
•   Platform construction: steel frame with aluminium infill profiles

•   Overhead beam: operated by a single lift cylinder mounted in a beam at vehicle roof level, and a
    set of steel cables and pulleys
•   Double steel cable system: 2 main lift cables + 2 safety cables
•   Specially designed for containers, demountable bodies, road trains with sliding bodies and trucks
    with draw-bar coupling
•   Short columns and extra long lift runners: the lift does NOT protrude BELOW the underside of the
    vehicle body
•   Hubhöhe bis zum (1.) Ladeboden des Fahrzeuges
•   Flache Plattform mit waagerechter Plattformbewegung
HYDRAULISCHE EIGENSCHAFTEN
•   Einzelbewegter Liftzylinder in Oberen Balken auf Dachhöhe, plus Sicherheitsventil
•   Hydraulic closure. 2 single acting tilt cylinders, positioned vertically [OVH002.0]
•   The platform orientation is adjustable by means of the tilt cylinders
•   Robustes Hydraulikaggregat 12V oder 24V DC, separat geliefert für Montage am Chassis des
    Fahrzeugs
•   Elektrische Sicherheitsventile auf allen Zylindern
•   Manuelle Notbedienung auf allen Elektroventilen

•   Elektrische Bedienung ohne störanfällige elektronische Komponenten

MONTAGE
•   Robust steel columns and steel cylinder beam, for welded mounting to the vehicle chassis and the
    rear frame of the body
•   CE-conforming toe-guard to be built by the body builder at the outboard edge of the loading
    floor(s). Advice available at DHOLLANDIA
FINISH & UNTERHALT
•   Aluminium Plattform oder Plattformteile in natur Verarbeitung
•   Wartungsarme Lager in allen Gelenken
•   Behandlung: Zinkgrundierung mit hoher Qualität + Polyesterpulver-Deckschicht
•   Not included in basic configuration: loading floor extension; toe-guard protection at the rear end of
    the loading floor; and guard rails
