PLATTFORM
• Platform construction: steel frame with aluminium infill profiles
• Unbewegliche Vorderkante an der äußeren Plattformkante (klappbare Rampen optional montierbar)
• Fixed tube at the inboard platform edge. A CE-conforming toe-guard must be built by the body
builder at the outboard edge of the loading floor(s). Advice available at DHOLLANDIA.
FUNKTIONELLE & MECHANISCHE EIGENSCHAFTEN
• Overhead beam: operated by a single lift cylinder mounted in a beam at vehicle roof level, and a
set of steel cables and pulleys
• Lift-System mit mechanischer Lade-Sicheheits-Vorrichtung ausgestattet
(Stahlkabel-Bruch-Vorrichtung)
• The lift runners can pass beyond the vehicle roof. Max lifting height up to 930 mm below the roof, if
options OVP406 and OVF001 are used.
• Lifting height in function of the vehicle width
• Flache Plattform mit waagerechter Plattformbewegung
HYDRAULISCHE EIGENSCHAFTEN
• Einzelbewegter Liftzylinder in Oberen Balken auf Dachhöhe, plus Sicherheitsventil
• Hydraulic closure. 2 single acting tilt cylinders, positioned horizontally [OVH001.0]
• The platform can be tilted down to the ground, and be used as walk-on ramp [OVH006]
• Robust pump unit with air cooled 24V DC motor, or standard 12V motor, supplied loose for
mounting on the vehicle chassis. (12V operation is strongly advised against)
• Elektrische Sicherheitsventile auf allen Zylindern
• Manuelle Notbedienung auf allen Elektroventilen
ELEKTRISCHE EIGENSCHAFTEN
• Außenbedienung mit Batterietrennschalter und abnehmbarem Schlüssel [OAE030.BT.0]
• Elektrische Bedienung ohne störanfällige elektronische Komponenten
• Sichere Außenbedienung: es ist Plicht diese mit 2 Händen zu bedienen
MONTAGE

rear frame of the body

• Not included in basic configuration: loading floor extension; toe-guard protection at the rear end of
the loading floor; and guard rails
