Allgemeines Das Turnier wird nach den gültigen Wettkampfrichtlinien der ICF durchgeführt
(Bitte auf gleichfarbige Boote, Schwimmwesten und Trikots achten).

Spielzeiten Festlegung erfolgt nach Meldeeröffnung,

Preise Wanderpokal für beide Spielklassen und Ehrenpreise
Schiedsrichter Jedes Team muss ein vollständiges Schiedsrichterteam, bestehend aus
2 Schiedsrichtern (mind. 1 B-Schiedsrichter), 1 Protokollführer, 1 Zeitnehmer, stellen.
Übernachtung es ist keine Übernachtung im Schwimmbad möglich, die Teams müssen
sich selber um Übernachtung kümmern. Nach Absprache mit der Organisation,
können begrenzte Schlafplätze in Bootshäusern angeboten werden

The entry fee should not be paid until one Week before the tournament. This way we do not
need to refund the money in case the tournament has to be cancelld due to Corona.
(including 5,00 € contribution for the national team per entry, in case of withdrawal after the announcement of par-
ticipating teams, you will be charged twice the entry fee)

General information The tournament follows the current rules of the ICF. Please
make sure to have matching boats, jersey and PFD colours. Further information will be pro-
vided after team entry.
Pitch 1 pitch | 35x23m in indoor swimming pool
Schedule Schedule will be determined after team announcements,
presumably: Sat 7am to 12pm & Sun 7am to 5pm.
Prizes challenge trophy for both divisions and more prizes
Referees Each team must provide an entire referee team, consisting of 2 referees,
one score keeper and one time keeper.
Accommodation It is not possible to spend the night in the swimming pool area, teams must make arrange-
ments for accommodation themselves. There are limited spots available in boat houses,
please check with the organizers if you are interested.

Swimming pool order
If you have a contagious disease or have taken intoxicating substances, you are not
allowed to use the swimming pool.
You may not endanger, hinder, damage or harass anyone.
Outdoor shoes are not allowed in the swimming pool area.
You must shower before entering the swimming pool.
Jumping into the water is not allowed.
It is forbidden to push other people into the water, using glass containers, bringing
animals, shaving or bringing objects that can hurt others.
You may only eat in the designated areas. The waste must be disposed of in the trash
cans.
No smoking in the swimming pool area!!!!!!!
Whoever does not follow the rules must leave the tournament.
The organizer assumes no liability.
In case of damaging something, the person responsible has to pay for it. These costs

Das Bad wird außerhalb des öffentlichen Badebetriebes genutzt.
Das Hygienekonzept wurde unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen Corona - Schutzverordnung des Landes NRW sowie
nach den Empfehlungen zum Vereins- und Wettkampfbetrieb (CoronaSchVO) erstellt.
Jede(r) Teilnehmende und Zuschauer*in muss folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllen:
Sport drinnen: 2G+ (gilt unverändert)
Für Sport in Innenräumen gilt ausnahmslos 2G+.
Aber: Folgende Personen sind von der Testpflicht ausgenommen:
• Personen mit Auffrischungsimpfung (Als Auffrischungsimpfung gelten immer drei Impfungen - gilt auch für Geimpfte
mit Johnson & Johnson - sie benötigen 2 weitere Impfungen))
• Personen, die vollständig geimpft sind (ab dem 15. Tag nach der zweiten Impfung und bis zum 90. Tag nach der
Impfung)
• Personen, die im Besitz eines Genesenennachweises sind und über einen positiven PCR-Test verfügen (ab dem
29. Tag bis zum 90. Tag ab dem Datum der Abnahme des positiven Tests)
• Genesene (Nachweis über positiven PCR-Nachweis), die min. eine zusätzliche Impfung haben.
• Impfnachweis einer vollständigen Impfung bzw. gültiger Genesungsnachweis
• Zugangskontrolle durch den Veranstalter.
• es bestehen keine gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen oder jegliche Krankheitssymptome.
• es bestand für min. zwei Wochen kein Kontakt zu einer infizierten Person.
• vor sowie im Gebäude muss ein Mund-Nasen-Schutz getragen werden.
• die Hygienemaßnahmen (Mindestabstand von 1,5 m, Desinfizieren der Hände etc.) werden eingehalten.
Auf dem Parkplatz nahe dem Schwimmstadion gibt es ein Testzentrum was schon ab 06:00 Uhr geöffnet hat. Um evtl.
Kapazitäten mit dem Betreiber des Zentrums abzusprechen wäre es wichtig die Anzahl der zu testenden Personen
dem Testzentrum mitzuteilen bitte gebt uns Bescheid damit wir die Gesamtkapazitäten anmelden können. Eure Leute
müssen sich dann nur zum Testen dort anmelden.
Teilnehmerzahlen:
Ca. 160 Sportlerinnen und Sportler aus 20 Teams
Ca. 60 Trainerinnen und Trainer, Betreuerinnen und Betreuer
Ca. 20 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter aus der OrganisationVORHER
1. Im gesamten Gebäude ist durchgehend ein medizinischer Mund, Nasenschutz zutragen und wenn möglich ein
Abstand von 1,5m einzuhalten. Ausnahme ist während des Spieles. Wenn Schiedsrichter mit Spieler*innen oder
Trainer*innen muss so hat der Schiedsrichter auch wieder eine Maske aufzuziehen, wenn der Abstand von
min. 1,5 m nicht eingehalten werden kann.
2. Die Hände sind in jedem Fall zu desinfizieren.
3. Für die Teams werden Aufenthalts Bereiche auf der Zuschauertribüne generiert und voneinander separiert.
4. Der Zuschauerbereich ist vom Beckenrand abzusperren.
NACHHER
Die Teilnehmer*innen verlassen die Halle zeitlich versetzt unter den Abstandsregeln.
Beim Verlassen der Schwimmhalle und beim Umziehen nach den Spielen ist der Mund-Nasen-Schutz wieder zu
tragen.
Die Hände werden am Ausgang erneut selbstständig desinfiziert.
Die Trainer*innen führen Anwesenheitslisten (mit Kontaktdaten). Diese Listen werden zur Nachverfolgung für vier Wo-
chen aufbewahrt. So kann im Falle einer Infektion die Kontaktkette zurückverfolgt werden.
Das Konzept wird regelmäßig, den sich aktualisierenden Vorgaben angepasst. Das Hygienekonzept und die aktuellen

The pool is used outside regular service hours
The hygiene and safety measures are established corresponding to the current NRW Corona regulations
as well as to the recommendations of the club and competition operations (CoronaSchVO)
All participants have to meet the following requirements:
Sport inside: 2G+
2G+ applies for sport inside, but the following people are excluded from having to test yourself:
People with booster vaccination (a booster vaccination consists of three vaccinations, people
who are vaccinated with Johnson & Johnson also need two more vaccinations)
People who are fully vaccinated (valid from 15th day after second vaccination and until 90th after
the vaccination)
People who have proof of recovering from a Covid infection (proof of recovery and proof of
poitive PCR test)
Recovered people (proof of positive PCR test) who have at least one additional vaccination
Proof of full vaccination or valid proof of recovery
Must be healthy without any symptoms of disease
No contact with an infected person for at least two weeks
A mask must be worn inside as well as in front of the building
Follow hygiene measures (minimum distance of 1,5m, disinfecting your hands etc.)
There is a test center at the parking lot next to the swim stadium which opens at 6 a.m. If you would like to
get tested there, please let us know with how many people you are planning to come.

1. You must wear a medical mask throughout the building and keep a distance of 1,5m to other people.
You must disinfect your hands with the exception of during the games. When a referee or coach gets
in contact to players, he/she has to put on a mask as well, if the 1,5m distance cannot be kept.
2. The teams will get their own separated areas on the grandstands where they can stay during the tour-
nament.
3. The area for the spectators is to be closed off from the edge of the pool.

3. The participants must disinfect their hands at the exit.
The coaches keep attendance sheets including contact information. These sheets will be stored for four
weeks to be able to retrace contacts in case of an infection.
These measures are adapted to current guidelines regularly. The hygiene and Corona safety measures are
