Sie tun es wieder: Frankfurt darf sich auf ein zweites Roomers freuen. Micky Rosen und Alex Urseanu erweitern ihr Portfolio um das Roomers ParkView in Ihrer Heimatstadt Frankfurt. Frankfurt am Main, 1. August 2018 | Mit dem ersten Roomers in der Frankfurter Gutleutstrasse haben die Unternehmer und frisch gekürten „Hoteliers des Jahres“ Micky Rosen und Alex Urseanu Deutschlands Hotellandschaft nachhaltig geprägt. Nun realisieren sie ein zweites Roomers in ihrer Heimatstadt, das Roomers ParkView. Mit 136 Zimmern und Suiten öffnet es voraussichtlich Ende 2021 im Frankfurter Westend mit Blick auf den Grüneburgpark. Das Haus wird sich auf Suiten fokussieren und ein besonderes Gastronomiekonzept wird, wie gewohnt, im Mittelpunkt des Roomers stehen. Die Bar in der 17. Etage bietet einen Blick auf die Skyline und im 18. Stockwerk entsteht ein exklusiver Roomers Spa. Wie bereits im Roomers in Baden-Baden, konnte die Gekko Group für das Interior Design den Mailänder Stardesigner und langjährigen Freund der Gruppe Piero Lissoni gewinnen. Das Gesamtprojekt umfasst zwei Gebäude, der Hotelturm wird dabei 19 Stockwerke umfassen und ein weiterer Turm 26 Stockwerke. Hier entstehen hochklassische Eigentumswohnungen, welche den Service des Roomers in Anspruch nehmen können. Projektentwickler und Vermieter ist ein Joint Venture der RFR Gruppe und Hines. Mit Aby Rosen und Michael Fuchs arbeiten Urseanu und Rosen bereits im ersten Roomers erfolgreich zusammen. Projektentwickler und Gekko Group wurden in den Verhandlungen von den Rechtsanwaltskanzleien HauckSchuchardt und Hogan Lovells begleitet.
Über die Gekko Group Die Gekko Group mit Hauptsitz in Frankfurt am Main wurde im Jahr 2001 von Micky Rosen und Alex Urseanu gegründet. Mit seinen wegweisenden Konzepten hat sich das stetig expandierende Unternehmen international einen Namen gemacht. Zuletzt wurden Micky Rosen und Alex Urseanu im Januar 2018 zu „Hoteliers des Jahres“ durch die AHGZ und die dfv Mediengruppe ausgezeichnet. They do it again: Frankfurt looks forward to a second Roomers Micky Rosen and Alex Urseanu expand their portfolio with Roomers ParkView in their hometown Frankfurt. Frankfurt am Main, 01st of August 2018 | With the first Roomers in Frankfurt's Gutleutstrasse, the entrepreneurs and recently awarded "Hoteliers of the Year" Micky Rosen and Alex Urseanu have made a lasting impact on Germany's hotel landscape. Now they realize a second Roomers in their hometown, the Roomers ParkView. With 136 rooms and suites, it is expected to open at the end of 2021 in Frankfurt's Westend, overlooking the Grüneburgpark. The house will focus on suites and, as usual, a special F&B concept will be central. The 17th- floor bar overlooks the skyline, and the 18th floor is home to an exclusive Roomers Spa and gym. As in the Roomers in Baden-Baden, Gekko Group was able to win Milan's star designer Piero Lissoni, who is a long-time friend of the group, over for interior design. The total project comprises two buildings. The hotel tower will comprise 19 floors and another tower 26 floors. This is where high-class condominiums are built, which can take advantage of Roomers‘ service. Project developer and landlord is a joint venture of RFR Group and Hines. With Aby Rosen and Michael Fuchs, Urseanu and Rosen have already successfully been working together in the first Roomers. Project developers and Gekko Group were accompanied in the negotiations by the law firms HauckSchuchardt and Hogan Lovells.
