The VideoPoster-III, engineered and manufactured by Data Display Group, is an
industrial-grade Full HD network digital signage playback system for videos and
still images. It supports display resolutions up to Full HD and plays MPEG-4 AVC (H.264) videos.
VideoPoster-III utilizes its Ethernet interface to load updated media content. The two basic
update mechanisms „push“ and „pull“ are available to load new content (see page 4).
The playlists can be switched at any time. Additionally the start and stop time can be set via
playlist (scheduling).
As an alternative, content can be updated via an integrated USB interface using a flash
memory device. An easy configuration of the device is possible via web interface.
Das VideoPoster-III ist ein netzwerkfähiger Full HD Digital Signage Mediaplayer für
Videos und Bildershows, der nach industriellen Maßstäben von der Data Display
Gruppe entwickelt und gefertigt wird. Der Player unterstützt Bildschirmauflösungen
bis einschließlich Full HD und spielt Videos im MPEG-4 AVC (H.264)-Format ab. Den Content
erhält das VideoPoster-III über das Ethernet in Form von Playlisten, wobei mit „Push“ und
„Pull“ zwei grundsätzliche Updateverfahren verfügbar sind (siehe Seite 4).
Die Playlisten können zu beliebigen Zeiten umgeschaltet werden. Außerdem können sowohl die Start-
als auch die Stop-Zeit des Players über die Playliste festgelegt werden (scheduling).
Alternativ ist der Content-Update auch mit einem USB-Stick über die integrierte USB-Schnittstelle
möglich. Das Gerät kann vom Anwender über das Web-Interface leicht konfiguriert werden.

VideoPoster-III browses the assigned FTP server in predefined intervals for new
content. If new content is available, it is automatically loaded and played back („pull“
update mechanism).
VideoPoster-III durchsucht in konfigurierbaren Intervallen einen zugeordneten
