Da die Kokosfaser ein natürliches Produkt ist, empfehlen wir die Kokosmatten nur in
überdachten Außenbereichen zu platzieren. Dauerhafte Sonneneinstrahlung und Nässe
sollten vermieden werden. Die Farben können aufgrund der Naturfaser ausbleichen.
Zur Reinigung sollte ebenfalls kein Wasser verwendet werden, da dies die Fasern
aufweicht und die Matte unbrauchbar machen kann. Ein Ausklopfen genügt um den
getrockneten Schmutz aus der Matte zu lösen. Bei gröberen Verschmutzungen können
Kokosmatten mit einer Bürste zusätzlich gereinigt werden.
Coir is a natural product, this is why we recommend placing coir mats only in covered outdoor
areas. Permanent sun and moisture should be avoided. Colours can fade due to the natural fibre.
Also, water should not be used for cleaning, as this softens the fibers and makes the mat unusable.
Beating is sufficient to remove the dried dirt from the mat. For rough dirt coir mats can additionally
be cleaned with a brush.

Das Säubern der Synthetikmatte hängt von den verwendeten Kunstfasern sowie
von der Rückenbeschichtung ab. Ein Großteil der Synthetikmatten ist nicht für die
Waschmaschine geeignet. Daher empfehlen wir, die Matte durch vorsichtiges Ausklopfen
oder absaugen zu reinigen. Der PVC- bzw. Gummirand ist mit einem feuchten Tuch leicht
zu reinigen.
Einige Synthetikmatten können aufgrund spezieller Materialzusammensetzung anders
gesäubert werden oder sind waschmaschinengeeignet. Diese sind jedoch gesondert
gekennzeichnet.
Washtex: Bei 30 °C in der Waschmaschine waschbar, nicht im Trockner trocknen,
sondern flach auslegen zum Trocknen.
Portacolor: Diese Matte ist für Handwäsche geeignet, kann aber auch mit einem
Gartenschlauch abgespritzt werden.
Linee: Diese Matte ist nur für die Handwäsche geeignet.
Cleaning the synthetic mat depends on the used synthetic fibers as well as on the back coating. Most
of the synthetic mats are not suitable for the washing machine. Therefore, we recommend cleaning
the mat by gently knocking or vacuuming as detailed above. The PVC or rubber edge is easy to clean
with a damp cloth.
Some synthetic mats can be cleaned differently due to special material composition or are suitable
for washing machines. These are marked separately.
Washtex: Machine washable at 30 °C, do not tumble dry, lay flat to dry.
Portacolor: This mat is suitable for hand washing, but can also be sprayed with a garden hose.
Linee: This mat is only suitable for hand washing.
