Media Broadcast Satellite (MBS) ist Betreiber von Deutschlands größtem
Teleport und langjähriger Serviceprovider von maßgeschneiderten
Kommunikationslösungen für Regierungsorganisationen und Militär.
Für eine flexible und souveräne Vernetzung von temporären, mobilen und
dauerhaften Einsatzstandorten, hält MBS dem Bedarf entsprechend
angepasste Kommunikationslösungen parat.
Unser Kommunikationsnetzwerk bestehend aus Satellit, terrestrischer
Infrastruktur, Fiber sowie Funk ermöglicht eine Bandbreite an Anwendungen
für Missionen zu Land, Luft und Wasser. Die agilen Kommunikations- und
Datenübertragungslösungen von MBS sind Hardware unabhängig und lassen
sich an wechselnde Änderungsanforderungen schnell und einfach anpassen.
MBS erreicht von seinem deutschen Teleport aus, Regionen in Europa, dem
Mittleren Osten, Afrika, Asien und Amerika. Hinzu kommt eine maritime
Abdeckung für den Atlantik, das Baltikum, das Mittelmeer sowie für den
indischen Ozean.
MBS stellt eine hohe Verfügbarkeit, EU/US/NATO sicherheitskonforme und
ISO 27001 zertifizierte Infrastruktur sowie Services bereit. Diese reichen von
Military-off-the-shelf bis hin zu vollständigen Managed-Services.

• MBS ermöglicht Konnektivität in staatlich genutzten Frequenzbändern (X-Band & MIL Ka-Band) und in kommerziellen Bändern
(C-, Ku- und Ka-Band) sowie über das weltweite Glasfasernetz
• Dies erlaubt eine Reihe von Anwendungen, wie z. B. Konnektivität für Einsatzgebiete, Vernetzung und Interoperabilität von
institutionellen oder Verteidigungsstandorten, Command & Control (C2), Nachrichtengewinnung, Überwachung, Lage-, Ziel-

Verlegefähiges und stationäres SATCOM
Für hochverfügbare und robuste Kommunikation im Einsatzgebiet,
Einsatzszenario: z. B. für die Vernetzung der Forward Operating Base (FOB) und
mobilen Einheiten. Um eine Reachback-Konnektivität zu
Vernetzung der Forward Operating Base (FOB) mit dem Hauptquartier
über kommerzielles Bodensegment
ermöglichen, wird die FOB über kommerzielles Bodensegment mit
dem Hauptquartier verbunden.
Je nach Anwendung sind sowohl verlegefähige als auch stationäre
Antennen in verschiedenen Größen verfügbar.
Der Datendurchsatz kann je nach Missionsanforderungen bis zu
mehreren hundert Mbps betragen.
