Stellungnahme Wiederholungangebot Standbau
Nach Rücksprache mit Fa. Pico, Herrn Chris Tan, wird bei einer erneuten
Beauftragung ein Rabatt von 3% auf die Preise von 2017 gewährt.
Dieses Angebot ist aus unserer Sicht gut, da in Singpore die Inflationsrate der
Verbraucherpreise in 2017/2018 zwar nur 0,4 - 0,6% betragen, aber bereits für 2019
Werte von ca. 1,4 % prognostiziert werden. Eine Neuausschreibung wird sehr
wahrscheinlich teurer. Der Wechselkurs hat sich nicht verändert.
Wir empfehlen die Direktvergabe an Fa. Pico, Singapore.

yes the design is the same.
There might be one or two new elements
that we will ask you to give us the price for. But
this will not have any impact on the overall sum
and our suggestion for a repeat.
We will get into more detail after the Dubai Airshow
that is being built up right now.

Vorbemerkungen Leistungsverzeichnis Preliminary Remarks on Specifications
1. Leistungsumfang
Der in der Ausschreibung dargestellte Massenumfang wird durch den Auftrag und eventuelle Nachträge festgelegt. Ergeben sich
dadurch nachträgliche Maßnahmen, Über- oder Unterschreitungen des dargestellten Umfangs, so haben diese keinen Einfluß auf die
Einheitspreise.
Die vertragliche Leistungen erstrecken sich auf: Löhne inklusiv Gemeinkosten, Lohnnebenkosten, Kosten für Gerätevorhaltung (inkl.
eventuell dafür anfallende Transportkosten). Notwendige Leistungen außerhalb der vereinbarten Einheitspreise bedürfen der
Genehmigung durch den Auftraggeber und werden nur genehmigt, wenn sie vor der Entstehung vorgelegt werden. Zusätzliche
Leistungen, die nur auf Stundenlohnbasis erbracht werden können, sind durch gesonderte Stundenlohnzettel mit der Bestätigung des
Architekten nachzuweisen. Dies gilt auch für zusätzliche Materialien.
Scope of work
The quantities presented in this invitation to the bidder are determined by the contract and any follow-up orders. If there are any follow-
up measures or if the quantities presented are not reached or are exceeded, then this has no influence on the unit price.
The contract work encompasses: wages including overheads, non wage labor costs, costs for provision of equipment (including any
cost incurred for transportation). Work that becomes necessary outside the agreed unit price must be approved by the client and will
only be approved if they were disclosed before they arise. Additional work that can only be paid by on an hourly wage basis is to be
evidenced through separate pay slips bearing the architects signature. This also applies to additional materials.
2. Änderungen
Die Änderungen bzw. Ergänzungen bedürfen der Zustimmung des Auftraggebers und des Architekten.
Alterations
Alterations and additions require the approval of the client and the architect.
3. Einheitspreise
In den Einheitspreisen enthalten sind die Herstellung, die Lieferung und der Abbau am Messeplatz der im Leistungsverzeichnis
beschriebene Materialien und Bauteile einschließlich der Verbindungsmittel. Die Abbaukosten sind gesondert auszuweisen. In die
Einheitspreise sind einzukalkulieren alle Abgaben, wie Steuern, Gebühren, Versicherungen (siehe Ziffer 9) usw., die für den Aufbau und
Abbau anfallen könnten. Weiterhin ist eingeschlossen das Vorhalten von Werkzeugen, Maschinen und Gerüsten, die zur Ausführung
der Arbeiten notwendig sind. Kosten für Strom, Beleuchtung und Wasser, die im Rahmen der Aufbauarbeiten entstehen, sind vom
Unternehmer zu tragen. Grundsätzlich gelten die Einheitspreise für die Lieferung und Einbau der entsprechenden Materialien. Werden
bestimmte Teile bauseitig geliefert bzw. nur eingebaut und montiert, so ist dies aus dem Leistungsverzeichnis bei den entsprechenden
Positionen ersichtlich.
Alle im Leistungsverzeichnis angegebenen Leistungen sind mietweise vorzuhalten.
Unit Prices
The prices include manufacture, delivery and assembly of the materials and constructional components including connecting elements
described in the specifications at the exhibition site. The disassembly costs are to be documented separately . All levies such as taxes,
fees, insurances (see number 9) that might incur in carrying out the assembly work, are to be included in the prices. The provision of
tools, machinery and scaffolding that are required for carrying out the work is also to be included. The cost for electricity, water and
lightning as part of the assembly and disassembly work are to be borne by the contractor. In general all prices are to include delivery
and assembly of the corresponding materials. If certain materials are supplied on site and are only to be mounted or assembled then
this is stated in the specifications.
All work listed in these specifications is to be calculated as rent for duration of the exhibit.
4. Ortskontrolle
(nur für Unternehmer zutreffend, die am oder in der Nähe des aussländischen Messeortes ansässig sind) Der Unternehmer hat sich vor
Angebotsabgabe mit den Gegebenheiten der bestehenden Hallen(fläche) vertraut zu machen, so dass Änderungen im Angebot und in
der Herstellung der Produkte ausgeschlossen sind.
Site inspection
(Only for contractors who are resident at or near the foreign exhibition site) The contractor must familiarize himself with the exhibition
site before submitting his bid, so that alterations to his bid in the production thereof are ruled out.

5. Sicherheitsbestimmungen
Für die Materialien und den Auf- und Abbau sind die Sicherheitsbedingungen der örtlichen Messeleitung bzw. des Veranstaltungslandes
verbindlich.
Safety regulations
The safety regulations of the local exhibition management and host country are binding for materials, assembly and dismantling work.
Die Regelungen zu Aufbauzeiten und Gebühren/Strafen des Veranstalters sind zu beachten.
Please contact the venue owner for exact dates and penalties for overtime charges.
6. Standreinigung
Im Leistungsumfang des Unternehmers ist die Reinigung der Standflächen nach dem Auf- und Abbau enthalten sowie die
Instandsetzung von evtl. Standflächenbeschädigungen, die er verursacht hat.
Cleaning of stand
The specification of work to be performed by the contractor include the cleaning of the stand surfaces after assembly and dismantling as
well as the repair of any damages to these surfaces caused by the contractor.
7. Ausführungszeichnungen
Für die Herstellung bzw. den Abbau sind die Pläne des Architekten massgebend, bzw. die von Architektenseite geprüften
Werkstattzeichnungen der zur Ausführung kommenden Hallenkonstruktion des Bieters.
Drawings
The architects drawings or workshop drawings of the chosen construction approved by the architect are binding for the assembly and
disassembly of the construction.
8. Bestandteil des Angebotes
Diese allgemeine Vorbemerkungen, das Leistungsverzeichnis und die Ausführungspläne werden Bestandteil der Beauftragung.
Integral part of contract
These general preliminary remarks, the specification list and the enclosed drawings are an integral part of the contract.
9. Für Proben und Muster wird keine Vergütung gewähr
There will be no payment for samples and specimens.
10. Die Schuttbeseitigung hat jeder Auftragnehmer selbst zu besorgen. Die Kosten hierfür sind in die angebotenen Preise mit
einzurechnen
The contractor has to organize all necessary waist disposal on his own. All charges must to be included in the prices.

13. Typenstatik
Beim Einsatz von Systemtragwerken sind die geprüften und derzeit gültigen Typenstatiken in der jeweils gültigen Landessprache bzw.
in englischer Übersetzung vor Ort (Messestand) bereitzuhalten.

necessary in respect to his contracted work.
17. Sollten einzelne Teile oder Bestimmungen des Vertrags oder der Vertragsunterlagen nicht wirksam sein, so wird hierdurch
das Vertragswerk im übrigen nicht in seiner Gültigkeit beeinträchtigt. Zwischen den Parteien besteht Einigkeit darüber, daß an die Stelle
unwirksamer Formulierungen oder Regelungen eine Vereinbarung zu treten hat, die dem wirtschaftlichen Zweck der Abmachung in
zulässiger Form am nächsten kommt.

agree that void regulations and parts of the contract will be replaced by a permissible agreement that is nearest / closest to the
