C onveyors
CONVEYORS
For the feed to and from machinery included in your automation
project, Viscon supplies conveyors which can be finely tuned to
virtually any product. The range of conveyors that Viscon can offer
comes in a variety of widths which vary from 200 up to 3.000 mm, the
variety on offer include plastic chain belt, chain conveyors fitted with a sprocket
or a flexible plastic chain, chain conveyors for pallets, flexible plastic slat band
conveyors, driven, accumulating and gravity roller conveyors, curved conveyors,
spiral conveyors, trough type conveyors, bucket elevators and several types of
‘walking beams’ for trolleys. When necessary, Viscon will look at the integration
of their conveyor systems to form an automated system solution incorporating
‘loose’ products, racking and trolleys, etc.

TRANSPORTEURS
Voor de aan- en afvoer naar en van de in uw automatiseringsproject
opgenomen machines levert Viscon transporteurs die afgestemd kun-
nen worden op vrijwel alle producten. De standaard transporteurs uit
het leveringspakket van Viscon zijn als volgt; diverse bandtranspor-
teurs met breedtes van 200 tot 3.000 mm, transporteurs voorzien van kunststof
schakelband, kettingbanen voorzien van schalmen of kunststof ketting, pallet-
kettingbanen, flexibele kunststof lamellentransporteurs, aangedreven, accumu-
lerende en zwaartekrachtrollenbanen, palletrollenbanen, rondtransporteurs,
Viro round conveyor spiraaltransporteurs, trogbanden, bekerelevatoren, en diverse soorten ‘walking
beams’ voor transportwagens. Indien nodig kunnen bovenstaande transpor-
teurs aangepast worden aan speciale producten zoals ‘losse’ producten, rekken,
transportwagens, etc.

FÖRDERER
Für den An- und Abtransport zu und von den in Ihrem Automatisie-
rungs- project aufgenommenen Maschinen, liefert Viscon Förderer, die
auf nahezu alle Produkte abgestimmt werden können. Die Standard-
förderer aus dem Lieferungspaket von Viscon sind wie folgt: diverse
Bandförderer mit einer Breite von 200 bis 3.000 mm, Schaltbandförderer aus
Kunststoff, Kettenbahnen versehen mit Glieder- oder Kunststoffketten, Palet-
tenkettenbahnen, flexible Lamellenförderer aus Kunststoff, angetriebene-, ak-
kumulierende- und Schwerkraftrollenbahnen, Palettenrollenbahnen, Rundför-
derer, Spiralförderer, Trogbänder, Becherelevatoren und unterschiedliche Sorten
von ‘Walking Beams’ für Transportwagen. Oben genannte Förderer können, falls

CONVOYEURS
Afin d’assurer l’alimentation depuis et vers les machines intégrées à

To release the full potential when looking at logistics or product flow,

Pour la manutention de produits vers et depuis les machines de votre

STACKING AND DE-STACKING SYSTEMS
Viscon’s stacking and de-stacking systems are available for a whole
variety of uses. For example, stacking/de-stacking for crates and
trays, wooden pallets, boxes, buckets, punnets, cardboard sheets,
steel racks, pallet bins, vacuum and polystyrene trays. The type of
machine required is determined by the product and by the capacity required. The
machine can be manufactured in single or multiple formats to cope with
product outputs of over 3000 products per hour.

Viscon’s palletising and de-palletising units are able to process a large variety of products. There are for
instance palletising and de-palletising units for boxes, crates, various types of trays and virtually any product of a
rectangular design. The choice of the correct palletising and the palletising unit depends on the capacity,
stacking patterns, pallet formats and the stability of the product. These units can be integrated with pallet
strapping or wrapping units. Depending on the product, the palletising and de-palletising units for crates and some boxes
can be supplied as ‘semi’ or fully automatic models.

To provide stability for pallets during transport and storage,
Viscon supplies both horizontal pallet strapping machines as well
as stretch foil wrapping machines. The pallet strapping machine
can provide the pallet with one or more straps and comes with
the option of a corner board dispenser. The machine can be supplied in
semi-automatic as well as fully automatic mode. The stretch foil wrapping
machine comes in a variety of styles for pallets, which have been stacked
in either a stable or unstable manner. This machine can also be supplied in
semi-automatic as well as fully automatic mode.

zur Lagerung ausreichende Stabilität zu geben hat Viscon sowohl

folienwickelmaschinen in ihrem Lieferpaket. Die Paletten-Um-
schnürungsmaschine eignet sich dazu, eine oder mehrere Umschnürungen

BANDEROLEUSES ET CERCLEUSES

WAREHOUSE SYSTEMS
Viscon supplies various automated warehouse systems for the stora-
ge, grading and dispatching of goods. Thanks to it’s extensive and
modular structured product range, Viscon is capable of supplying a
concept for practically every logistical challenge. The range of products
this applies to varies from boxes to crates (and stacks of), to pallets and similar
size products. Together with other systems from Viscon, stand alone storage
systems can be integrated into larger concepts to achieve custom made
solutions for each client. Software (VLC) that has been specifically
designed for these systems, serves the client with many functions and options.
These include an intelligent storage location indentifier based in the input and
output frequency of the goods, automatic pre-sorting of orders, tracking and
tracing and replenishment.
MAGAZIJNSYSTEMEN

selected manufacturers, like desk top scales, floor scales and belt weigh
systems, but also check weighing systems (with or without metal
detectors), which can be part of a production line as well as an “end of

Zum automatischen Transport, beispielsweise in einem
Produktionsproze oder in einem Lager, liefert Viscon fah-
rerlose Transportsysteme oder Lösungen mit unbemannten
lasergesteuerten oder drahtgesteuerten Fahrzeugen (FTF).
Die Rentabilität einer FTF-Lösung ist ausgezeichnet durch eine erhe-
blich erhöhte Produktionskapazität, weniger Kosten und dazu keine
Beschädigungen mehr an Produkten und Material. Diese Systeme
garantieren zurückverfolgbare Produkte, vorhersagbare Produktflüs-

When packing for example bakery products, fruits, vegetables, meat
and fish, Viscon supplies several types of packaging machines. To

VERPAKKINGSMACHINES

To pack goods into their final package, Viscon supplies various
case-packers for a wide range of products. There are standard case-
packers for packed product (that has been packed in stretch film, been
flow-wrapped or lidded), case-packers for single products in a bag or
net package and case-packers for bread and bakery products. Besides these
standard case-packers there are also systems for block packaging and bigger
final packages. Other products that are not mentioned can often be packed

CASE-PACKERS

Zum verpacken der Produkte in eine Endverpackung liefert Viscon diverse Case-Packer für die unterschiedlich-
sten Produkte. So gibt es standardisierte Case-Packer für Verschlossene Schälchen (versehen mit Dehnfolien,
Flowpack oder Deckel), Case-Packer für lose Produkte in Tüten- oder Netzverpackung und Case-Packer für
Brot- und Feingebäckprodukte. Neben diesen Standard Case-Packern gibt es auch Systeme für Blockverpac-

SORTING SYSTEMS
Viscon’s sorting systems can sort various products by code, weight, shape, size, colour and quality. The sorting
can take place by means of camera technology, weighing systems or by help from transponders and barcode
labels. As well as the extensive possibilities of these systems, Viscon can also supply bespoke sorting machinery
for specific products. Camera systems can also be used for other purposes such as counting, assembly control,
product identification and location of randomly positioned products.

SORTEERSYSTEMEN
Viscon sorteersystemen kunnen diverse producten sorteren op code, gewicht, vorm, grootte, kleur en kwaliteit.
Het sorteren kan geschieden door middel van cameratechnieken en weegsystemen of met behulp van trans-
ponders en barcodelabels. Naast de uitgebreide mogelijkheden van deze systemen bevat ons leveringspakket

The cleaning of product carriers is a crucial part within the Viscon projects to guarantee an optimal hygienic
production process. Based on experience, the use of new ideas, methods and techniques a product range is
developed to make perfect cleaning possible. The design combines this cleaning performance with a simple and
predictable machine to operate, to service and to maintain, all at minimum costs. The washing machines are
available in different configurations and can be expanded with a variety of filter systems, drying systems, several options as
well as automated loading and unloading systems.
