VERSTEIGERUNGSBEDINGUNGEN Das Auktionshaus H.D. Rauch führt die Versteigerung im Auftrag und für Rechnung der Eigentümer unter Einhaltung der Bestimmungen der österreichischen Gewerbeordnung durch. Mit der Abgabe eines schriftlichen Gebotes erkennt der Kaufinteressent die Auktionsbedingungen im vollen Umfang an. Die Beschreibung im Katalog, sowie die Erhaltungseinstufungen wurden mit äußerster Sorgfalt vorgenommen. Die Abbildungen der Stücke sind Bestandteil der Beschreibung; im Zweifelsfall hat der Text Priorität. Die Angaben der Erhaltungseinstufungen wurden streng nach den im europäischen Münzhandel üblichen Erhaltungsstufen vorgenommen und gelten als persönliche Beurteilung. Die im Katalog angegebenen Ausrufpreise sind Mindestpreise in Euro (€), die nicht unterschritten werden können. Teilname an der Auktion. Alle Personen, die an der Auktion teilnehmen wollen, müssen bei uns registriert sein. Die Anmeldung neuer Kunden für die Auktion muss mindestens 2 Arbeitstage vor dem Auktionstermin erfolgen. Aufgrund des neuen Datenschutzgesetzes ist der Identitätsnachweis durch Übersendung einer Kopie des Personalausweises und gültiger Kreditkarteninformation (VISA, MASTER, AMEX) zu erbringen; möglich ist auch die Errichtung eines Depots von 25 % der Gebotssumme. Der Betrag wird dann mit dem Kauf verrechnet bzw. die eingezahlte Summe zurücküberwiesen. Schriftliche Auktionsteilnahme: Kaufinteressierte können schriftliche (Fax, per Postzusendung, e-mail oder vom online- Katalog) oder telefonische Gebote abgeben. Gebote können bis 7 Uhr früh (MEZ) am Auktionstag abgegeben werden. Der Eingang der Gebote, die am letzten Tag vor der Auktion und am Auktionstag selbst gemacht werden, können aus zeittechnischen Gründen nicht mehr bestätigt werden. Unser Auktionshaus ist bemüht, jeden dieser Aufträge sowie eventuelle Sonderwünsche bezüglich Oder-Gebote, Beschränkung der Kaufsumme usw. gewissenhaft auszuführen, kann aber dafür keine Gewähr übernehmen. Irrtümer bei der Gebotsabgabe gehen zu Lasten des Bieters. Telefonische Gebote bedürfen einer schriftlichen Bestätigung (fax oder e-mail) um Hörfehler zu vermeiden, die zu Lasten des Bieters gehen. Telefonisches Live-Bieten: Die vom Kunden gewünschten Losnummern und eine zu diesem Zeitpunkt gültige Telefonnummer müssen mindestens 24 Stunden vor dem Auktionsbeginn bekannt gegeben werden. Telefonisches Live- Bieten ist nur bei Losen über € 100,- möglich und es wird der Rufpreis als Mindestgebot vorausgesetzt. Sollte keine telefonische Verbindung rechtzeitig zustande kommen oder unterbrochen werden, so kann dafür nicht das Auktionshaus verantwortlich gemacht werden. Saalbieter: Jeder Kunde muss sich vor Betreten des Auktionssaales eine Bieternummer nehmen und registrieren. Die Auktionsware kann während der laufenden Auktion besichtigt werden, daher sind Einwände, dass ein gekauftes Lose nicht besichtigt wurde, irrelevant. Der Saalbieter kauft wie besehen; kann jederzeit abrechnen, bezahlen und die Münzen mitnehmen. Bei Bezahlung von Beträgen über € 5.000,-- muss sich der Kunde laut Gesetz mit einem gültigen Personaldokument ausweisen. Die Steigerungsstufen betragen in der Regel 5-10%. Bei mehreren gleich hohen schriftlichen Aufträgen erhält das zuerst eingetroffene Gebot den Zuschlag. Unlimitierte Gebote, wie "Kauf" oder „Best“ können nicht angenommen werden. Gebote zwischen den Steigerungsstufen werden automatisch an die nächste volle Steigerungsstufe angepasst. Zuschlagspreis: Der Zuschlag erfolgt nach dreimaligem Ausruf des höchsten Gebotes und verpflichtet zur Abnahme und Zahlung. Der Zuschlagspreis erfolgt Interesse wahrend für den Höchstbieter eine Steigerungsstufe über dem vorliegendem Höchstgebot des Unterbieters. Wenn der Auktionator nichts anderes bestimmt, werden die Lose in der Nummernfolge des Kataloges verkauft. Der Auktionator hat aber auch das Recht Gebote nicht anzunehmen, Lose zurückzuziehen oder zusammenzuziehen. Bei Missverständnissen während der Auktion ist der Auktionator berechtigt, die Steigerung neu zu eröffnen. Im Falle eines Irrtums im Katalog gibt der Auktionator die Korrektur bekannt und verkauft das Los gemäß dieser Änderung, wobei schriftliche Gebote nicht berücksichtigt werden können, außer der schriftliche Bieter hat uns bei Abgabe des Gebotes darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass er den Irrtum bemerkt hat. Im Saal besteht Möglichkeit nur die halbe Steigerungsstufe zu bieten. Dies kann aber pro Los nur einmal gemacht werden. Wird dieser Bieter übersteigert, kann er bei diesem Los nicht mehr mitsteigern. Alle Verkäufe im Saal sind unwiderruflich. Preisgestaltung: Der Zuschlagpreis ist ein Nettopreis im Sinne des Umsatzsteuergesetzes und bildet die Berechnungsgrundlage für das vom Käufer zuzahlende Aufgeld. Der Buchstabe vor der Losnummer kennzeichnet, welcher Steuersatz erhoben wird. Die Versandkosten zahlt der Käufer. B = Mehrwertsteuerbefreite Münzen: in der Regel Goldmünzen, die als gesetzliches Zahlungsmittel gelten oder seit 1800 gegolten haben, bzw. die laut Liste der Europäischen Kommission, die Kriterien für mehrwertsteuerfreies Anlagegold erfüllen. Der Kunde zahlt auf den Zuschlagpreis nur das Aufgeld von 18,5 %. D = Differenzbesteuerte Münzen und Medaillen: Der Käufer zahlt auf den Zuschlagspreis 22%. In dieser Summe ist die gesetzliche Mehrwertsteuer enthalten. V = Vollbesteuerte Münzen. Der Käufer zahlt auf den Zuschlagspreis 18,5 % Kommission + 20 % Mehrwertsteuer.
Ausländischen Münzhändlern aus Ländern der Europäischen Union zahlen bei Nachweis einer gültigen Umsatzsteuer- Identifikationsnummer (§27 a UStG) und der sonstigen Voraussetzungen gemäß § 4 Nr. 1b UStG in Verbindung mit § 6 a UStG keine Mehrwertsteuer (=innergemeinschaftliche steuerfreie Lieferung). Ausländische Käufer aus Drittländern zahlen für alle bei der Auktion gekauften Stücke ein Aufgeld von 18,50 % auf den Zuschlagpreis plus Versandkosten, sofern die erworbene Ware von uns exportiert wird oder von uns Exportpapiere ausgestellt werden; ausgestellt von Logsped zu Lasten des Käufers. Zahlungsfrist: Sofern nichts anderes vereinbart wird, ist die Zahlung der Auktionsrechnung bei anwesenden Käufern sofort, bei schriftlichen Bietern spätestens 14 Tage nach Erhalt fällig. Bei Zahlungsverzug werden Zinsen von 1% pro Monat verrechnet. Das Eigentumsrecht geht erst nach voller Bezahlung der Ware an den Käufer über. Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, die Auktionsware zurückzubehalten und erst nach voller Bezahlung auszuliefern. Anwaltskosten, Gerichtskosten und andere im Zusammenhang mit dem Inkasso entstehende Kosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers. Bei Bezahlung mit Kreditkarte oder Paypal werden die vom Kreditinstitut verrechnet Spesen in Höhe von 4 % der Rechnungssumme an den Kunden weiterverrechnet. Bei Vorauskassen, die trotz Mahnung nicht bezahlt werden, verliert der Käufer seine Rechte aus dem Zuschlag und die Auktionsware kann auf seine Kosten versteigert werden. In diesem Fall haftet der Käufer für den Ausfall des uns zustehenden Betrages, der auch gerichtlich eingeklagt wird. Auf den Mehrerlös hat der Käufer aber keinen Anspruch. Der Versand erfolgt auf Kosten und Risiko des Käufers per Post oder FEDEX. Für Porto und Versicherung werden folgende Sätze mindestens in Rechnung gestellt: Inland € 7,--, Europa € 15,-- und außereuropäische Länder € 20,--. Ausländische Kunden kaufen nach den rechtlichen Bestimmungen ihres Landes. Erhält der Kunde innerhalb eines Monats (siehe myHDRauch) keine Sendung oder kommt die Sendung beschädigt an, dann ist der Kunde verpflichtet, uns unverzüglich zu benachrichtigen und den Schaden zu dokumentiert (Zusteller, Foto), damit wir die Versicherung verständigen können. Postalischen Nachforschung können nur innerhalb von 3 Monaten beantragt werden. Bekommen wir die Information des Kunden zu spät, hat er keinen Anspruch auf Ersatz. Reklamationen: Alle Münzen werden grundsätzlich als echt und gemäß der Beschreibung verkauft. Alle anwesenden Bieter kaufen grundsätzlich "wie besehen"; Saalbietern können keine Beanstandung betreffend Qualität und Beschreibung nach erfolgtem Zuschlag geltend machen. Ausgenommen sind verdeckte Mängel wie Henkel- und, Fassungsspuren. Bei persönlicher Übernahme der Ware müssen eventuelle Reklamationen bezüglich Qualität und fehlerhafter Beschreibung sofort vorgebracht werden. Berechtigte Reklamationen werden selbstverständlich anerkannt, nur müssen die reklamierten Stücke in dem von uns gelieferten Zustand sein. Münzen und Medaillen in Erhaltung "schön" oder minderer Qualität sind von der Qualitätsgewährleistung ausgeschlossen, ebenso Lots, die generell nicht reklamiert werden können (die angegebene Stückzahl - wenn nicht wesentlich abweichend - ist nur als Zirka-Angabe zu verstehen). Ausgenommen von der Reklamationsfrist ist die Echtheit der Stücke, die von uns bewertet wurden und für die wir bis zur Höhe des Kaufpreises immer garantieren. Bei Meinungsverschiedenheiten kann der Versteigerer Sachverständige seiner Wahl beiziehen; die Kosten trägt die unterlegene Partei. Die Reklamationsfrist von 10 Tagen ist strikt einzuhalten. Bei Kunden, die auf Vorauskasse kaufen, können Reklamationen nur bis 20 Tage nach der Auktion entgegengenommen werden. Reklamationen werden von uns grundsätzlich für Rechnung der Einlieferer erledigt. Es bleibt uns vorbehalten, die Bieter, soweit Ansprüche gegeben sind, darauf zu verweisen, diese direkt gegen den Einlieferer geltend zu machen. Davon wird immer dann Gebrauch gemacht, wenn mit dem Einlieferer bereits abgerechnet ist. Umgang mit Grading Unternehmen: Bei Münzen, die wir als Einlieferung in eingeschweißten Plastikholdern (Slabs) bekannter Grading Unternehmen erhalten, entfällt die vorhin erwähnte Echtheitsgarantie und Mängelhaftung, da die Münzen von uns nicht überprüft werden können. Münzen, die von uns nach internationalen Qualitätskriterien beurteilt wurden, aber dann bei Vorlage durch den Käufer von Grading Firmen anders beurteilt wurden, können aufgrund dieser anderen Bewertung nicht reklamiert werden. Gerichtsstand für alle Verfahren aus diesen Versteigerungsbedingungen ist Wien. Wir behalten uns jedoch das Recht vor, den Schuldner an seinem Wohnsitz zu klagen. AU TI N TER S AND RE UIRE ENTS The auction is conducted on behalf and for the account of the owner of the goods according to Austrian Trade Regulation Acts. Any Person participating or registering for the Auction agrees to be bound by and accepts these Terms and onditions of Auction Description: The descriptions and the grading of the material represented in the catalogue have been executed with great care. The illustrations are part of the description and in case of doubt the text is authoritative. The grading of coins is a personal judgement but corresponds to the accepted grading scale in the European coin business. Auction procedures: The auction sale is conducted in Euros (€). The prices in the catalogue are minimum prices and bids below these prices cannot be accepted. The highest ualified bidder recognized by the auctioneer shall be the buyer; he cannot claim to have acted on behalf of a third party. We can only accept orders from collectors not kno n to us if the identity of the person can be established. Due to the Data Protection Act now in force we ask to send us a copy of the identity card or passport together with satisfactory card information. Another possibility is to lodge a deposit. New clients have to register at least two business days before the auction. Absentee bids can be sent to us by post, fax, e-mail or by using the facilities of the online catalogue. The bids must be received by us at least by 7 a.m. ME on the day of the auction. We do not accept any liability for bids which we may receive during the auction. Bids received in the last two days before the auction cannot be confirmed in writing. To optimize the chance of winning, absentee bidders can give either or bids or limit the total bidding sum (exclusive the commission). H.D. Rauch GmbH cannot be made responsible for errors in bidding, so carefully check that every bid is entered correctly. Oral bids should be confirmed in writing (fax or e-mail) to avoid mistakes. Telephone bidding: for real-time telephone bidding during the auction the client has to make preliminary arrangements with the Auction House at least one business day before the auction starts. Telephone bidding is accepted exclusively on lots with a starting price of more than € 100,--. The bidder has to give us the lot numbers for which he wants to bid by phone and a valid telephone number. We take it for granted that the telephone bidder bids at least the starting price on these lots. We are not liable for failure to execute such bids if telephone bidding gets interrupted or cannot be achieved. loor bidding: Any client needs to take a bidding card or paddle on the floor before going in the auction room. Viewing can be done before and during the auction without problems. A floor bidder may re uest the auctioneer to accept a bid at half of the increment (“cut bid ) only once per lot. As soon as the client closes his biddings he can ask for the invoice and the coins. The invoice can be paid in cash (if the sum is more then € 5.000 we have to ask according to law for a personal document). Byers who attend the auction buy “as seen as each lot is available for examination before the sale; except for reasons of hidden repairs on the coin, mounting or authenticity lots cannot be claimed. The bidding increments as a general rule are 5 to 10 %. Bids that do not conform to a full increment will be rounded up to a full increment and this revised amount will be considered your high bid. In case of identical bids, the earliest incoming bid wins. No „buy“ or „unlimited“ bids will be accepted ammer price: The hammer price will be executed at one bidding increment over the next highest bid. All auction sales are final. A written bid has priority over an identical floor bid. The auctioneer reserves the right to combine or to separate lots; to withdraw lots or reoffer the lot for bidding again in case of error or dispute. In oice: The hammer price represents the basis for the buyer s premium of 18,5 % and VAT (Value Added Tax). A letter in front of the lot number marks for the purchaser the applicable VAT rate. All shipping charges will be borne by the successful bidder. B = zero rated coins. Gold coins issued after 1800 and which were or still are legal tender and investment gold coins are exempted from VAT if granted by the European commission. The customer pays 18,5 % premium. D = Auctioneer s Margin Scheme is 22 % are added on the hammer price. VAT and the buyer s premium are included. V = for lots signed with V the VAT is 20 %. The customer pays a buyer s premium 18,5 % + 20% VAT rate (Germany 1 %). Dealers in EE countries (other than Austria) may purchase received goods tax free upon presentation of their valid VAT ID number. Buyers resident outside the EE pay a buyer s premium of 18,5 % and no VAT if the goods are delivered by us. If the Buyer wants to export the lots by himself we will be furnished by us with the export papers of Logsped according to his instructions at his own expense. Purchasers from abroad will have to observe all applicable laws and regulations in respect of custom duties and taxation in their country. Pa ment period: Title to any goods shall only pass to the purchaser upon payment in full. Unless mutually agreed otherwise, payment of the auction bill is due immediately if the buyer is present on the floor; this is also valid for bidders who have acted on behalf of another client. From purchasers who have submitted written bids, bidden by phone or live, payment is due within 10 days after receipt of the goods. We are entitled to ask pa ment in ad ance of all clients. Rauch GmbH reserves the right to resell the material of an auction for which a bidder has not paid and the bidder is obliged to pay for the reasonable costs of such a sale and also pay any difference between the resale price and the previously successful bid. The payment can also be done by credit card (VISA and MASTER) or PayPal if the client adds a surcharge of to the total sum of the invoice for the handling. US Dollar che ues drawn to an US bank are accepted, not che ues in Euro unless the clients includes into the sum of the invoice the high bank costs. After the period of 30 days has expired 1 % interests are charged per month. Shipment: All shipping charges will be borne by the buyer of the auction goods. Instructions for shipping must be given right after the auction. We ship the goods according to postal regulations or by FEDEX. The minimum costs are: Domestic: € 7,--; Europe: € 15,--; overseas: € 20,--. Any shipment is insured. Insurance regulations re uire that losses or damages in shipment have to be reported immediately and confirmed by evidence (photo, damaged envelops) The buyer or recipient is liable for the costs of shipment which are returned by post because of the carelessness of the buyer or recipient. If the client does not receive the shipment in time (visit myHDRauch) he has to give notice; postal investigations are warrented only 3 months omplaints and authenticit First of all please be aware that an auction sale is not an approval sale. All coins in this sale are guaranteed genuine and as described. There is no limit of time to claim the genuineness of coins sold in our auctions. The authenticity of the coins and medals is warranted up to the total purchase price. All other claims which are due to an error in description (like plugging of a hole, traces of mounting etc.) must be made within 20 days after receiving the auction material. If bidders who have to pay in advance fail to settle the sum due within 20 days the time for claims because of errors in description has run out. oins and medals graded as fine or less as well as multiple lots are excluded from warranty. Lots also cannot be claimed. laims are handled on behalf of the owner or seller i.e. the person or company who instructed the auctioneer to offer the material for sale. We reserve for us the right to ask the buyer to turn directly to the owner with his claim. This will always be the case when the account with the seller has been settled. Any and all disputes should be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of Vienna courts, except for those to recover payment for lots sold hereunder which may be pursued wherever the buyers may be found. Descri ione: la descrizione del materiale e la stima della conservazione sono state eseguite con estrema cura nel catalogo. Le fotografie sono parte integrante della descrizione ma in caso di dubbio fa fede il testo. Variazioni di colore sono possibili in ualsiasi immagine elettronica o stampata e non sono accettabili come pretesto per restituire alcun lotto. La stima della conservazione di una moneta un giudizio personale ma corrisponde alla scala di conservazioni accettata nell ambiente europeo del commercio della numismatica. Quando si partecipa all asta per una moneta il cui grading stato eseguito da terze parti, come P GS o NG , si sottintende accettato il sistema di giudizio della conservazione di ueste ultime. Rauch GmbH e possono essere usate da essa per pubblicit , promozioni, come documentazione d archivio etc. Procedura d asta: Si prega di tener presente che la vendita all asta non contempla il diritto di recesso i casi specifici sopra elencati. La vendita all asta condotta in Euro (€). I clienti che partecipare all asta H.D. Rauch GmbH devono registrato. I nuovi clienti dovranno registrarsi almeno 2 giorni lavorativi prima dell inizio dell asta per dare alla asa d Aste la possibilit di verficare le referenze fornite. Se non posso di fornire informazioni personali soddisfacenti incluse due referenze di clienti conosciuti o pagare un deposito pari al 25 % della somma offerta. Spediamo i dati completi di una carta di credito valida insieme con una fotocopia di una carta d identit . Questa cauzione sar utilizzata per il pagamento dei lotti aggiudicati, e l eventuale eccedenza sar restituita. Offerte scritte: Offerte anticipate scritte possono esserci inviate via posta, fax, e-mail o usando gli istrumenti del catalogo online. Le offerte devono essere da noi ricevute antro le 7 del mattino (orario dell Europa entrale) del giorno dell asta. Quelle ricevute negli ultimi due giorni prima di essa non potranno essere da noi confermate per iscritto. Per ottimizzare le possibilit di vincita, i battitori assenti possono trasmettere offerte con alternative o limitare la somma totale da battere (escluse commissioni). I partecipanti sono responsabili dei propri errori nelle offerte, uindi si prega di controllare attentamente i numeri dei lotti per cui si offer. Le offerte anticipate fornite per telefono devono essere confermate per iscritto (fax o e- mail) per evitare errori. Quando vengono inoltrate offerte identiche, la preferenza viene accordata alla prima ricevuta. Offerte telefoniche: per le offerte fatte al telefono durante l asta, il cliente dovr prendere accordi preliminari con la asa d Aste due giorni prima dell inizio dell asta. L offerente dovr fornirci i numeri di lotto per cui vorr offrire per telefono e un numero di telefono attivo. Le offerte telefoniche sono accettate unicamente per il lotti la cui base d asta superi i € 100 e sar dato per scontato che si offra almeno uella cifra. La asa d Aste non sar ritenuta responsabile di problemi tecnici dovuti a fraintendimenti telefonici. Offerte in sala: ogni cliente dovr munirsi di una paletta prima di recarsi nella stanza dove si tiene l asta. La visione dei lotti potr effettuarsi prima e durante l asta senza problemi. Non appena il cliente chiuda l offerta, potr chiedere la sua fattura e le monete: La fattura potr essere pagata in contanti (per cifre superiori a € 5.000 sar richiesto un documento personale in accordo con la legge vigente) Ai clienti che abbiano la possibilit di visionare i lotti prima dell asta, non saranno garantiti privilegi di recesso, eccetto che per riparazioni nascoste o segni di mantatura. Gli incrementi delle offerte sono generalmente tra il 5 e il 10 %. Non verranno accettate offerte illimitate (“compra o “illimitato ). Pre o battuto: gli articoli saranno battuti dopo che il la maggiore offerta sar stata chiamata tre volte. Il prezzo battuto e uivarr all incremento sucessivo all offerta pi alta. Tutte le vendite all asta sono definitive. Un offerta scritta prioritaria rispetto alla medesima offerta in sala. In sala un cliente pu chiedere al battitore di accettare un offerta a met dell incremento fisso (cut bid offerta tagliata); uesto pu accadere solo una volta per lotto e il suddetto cliente deve rinunciare a offrire ancora per esso. Il battitore si riserva il diritto di combinare o separare, ritirare o mettere nuovamente all asta i lotti, in caso di errore o disputa. attura: il prezzo battuto rappresenta la base su cui vengono applicati i diritti del 18,5 %. Una lettera abbinata al numero del lotto indica il regime fiscale applicabile. B = moneta senza IVA; monete d oro emesse dopo il 1800 e che erano o sono tuttora incorso legale e monete d oro da investimento. Queste monete in oro non soggette a IVA sono annualmente descritte dalla ommissione Europea. D = Regime del Margine. Viene aggiunto il 22 % sul prezzo battuto: IVA e diritti d asta sono inclusi in esso. V = IVA al 20 %.Viene aggiunto il 20 % sul prezzo battuto e i diritti del 18,5 %. I commercianti dei paesi EE (eccetto l Austria) riceveranno il materiale esentasse su presentazione della loro partitia IVA valida. I compratori residenti fuori dalla EE pagheranno i diritti d asta pari al 18,5 % e non saranno soggetti a IVA se il materiale verr spedito da noi. Gli ac uirenti esteri dovranno osservare tutte le leggi vigenti in materia riguardanti dazi doganali e tassazione dei loro paesi. Pagamento: a meno di diversi precedenti accordi, il pagamento della fattura immediatamente dovuto se il compratore presente in sala; uesto vale anche per offerenti che hanno agito su conto di altro cliente. Per coloro che hanno trasmesso offerte scritte, telefoniche o via internet, il pagamento docuto entro 14 giorno dopo il ricevimento del materiale. hiederemo il pagamento anticipato ai nuovi clienti, cosi come siamo autorizzati a chiederlo a tutti. Se il pagamento non regolato nei tempi suddetti, Rauch GmbH si riserva il diritto di giudicare la vendita nulla e di rimettere in vendita il materiale aggiudicato; il compratore tenuto a pagare una cifra ritenuta congrua per I costi sostenuti nella nuova vendita e a pagare un eventuale differenza tra il nuovo prezzo battuto e uello precedente. Il pagamento pu essere eseguito anche tramite carta di credito (VISA e Mastercard) o Paypal con una maggiorazione del 4 % sulla somma totale in fattura. Il passaggio di propriet dei lotti non avverr finch il prezzo totale non verr pagato pienamente. Dopo un periodo di 30 giorni, verr addebitato un tasso di interesse pari all 1 % ogni mese. Spedi ione: tutti i costi di spedizione saranno sostenuti dall aggiudicatario della merce. Istruzioni relative alla spedizione devono essere fornite immediatamente dopo l asta. Spediamo la merce in base alla regolamentazione postale o con FEDEX se richiesto dal cliente o necessario a fini assicurativi. I costi minimi sono: spedizione nazionali € 7; spedizione in Europa € 15 e spedizione resto del monto € 20. Ogni spedizione assicurata. Le regole assicurative prevedono che ualsiasi perdita o danno dovuto alla spedizione debba essere immediatamente riferito e che una prova di essi ( uali fotografie, pacchi o buste danneggiate) sia inviata. Se il cliente non riceve la merce nei tempi previsti o se essa danneggiata, deve informarci il prima possible, in uanto I reclami sono accettati dal sistema postale solo entro tre mesi dalla spedizione. I costi delle spedizioni che ci sono restituite a causa della noncuranza del cliente sono a carico di uest ultimo. Reclami e autenticit : si tenga presente che la vendita all asta non soggetta a diritto di recesso. Tutte le monete all asta sono garantite autentiche e conformi alla descriczione. Non c un limite di tempo entro il uale si possa fare un reclamo relativo all autenticit delle monete vendute alle nostre aste eccettuate le monete certificate al Grading Service private. L autenticit delle monete e delle medaglie garantita fino al prezzo totale di ac uisto. In caso di disputa sull autenticit , l articolo sar sottoposto a un esperto di chiara fama o all IBBS di Londra. I costi dell operazione saranno sostenuti dalla parte perdente in accordi con la decisione dell esperto. Tutti gli altri reclaim dovuti a errori nella descrizione (come mancata segnalazione di forature tappate o segni di montatura) decono essere fatti entro 10 giorni dopo il ricevimento della merce. Se I clienti che devono pagare in anticipo non versano la somma dovuta entro 20 giorni, non avranno la possibilit di effettuare reclami per errori nella descrizione dei lotti. Monete e medaglie classificate come “B (fine) o inferiori, cosi come i lotti multipli, sono escluse dalla garanzia. I reclaim sono gestiti per conto del proprietario o venditore. i riserviamo il diritto di chiedere all ac uirente di rivolgersi direttamente al proprietario per I propri reclaim, il che succeder sempre se I conti col venditore sono gi stati da noi regolati. Trattamento con ompagnie di Grading: le monete che sono state incapsulate (in slab)) da una compagnia di Grading non possono essere restituite per alcuna ragione, inclusa la dubbia autenticit . Lamentele basate su una diversa valutazione di ualit da una ompagnia di Grading non autorizzano il ompratore a cancelllare la transazione di ac uisto.
