In sämtlichen Gebäuden des CAMPUS SURSEE haben Sie die Möglichkeit,
kostenlos unseren HOTSPOT zu nutzen.
1. Schalten Sie bei Ihrem Gerät das WLAN ein (unter Einstellungen).
Aktivieren Sie das Netzwerk «CAMPUS SURSEE».
2. Starten Sie Ihren Webbrowser. Wählen Sie «Free SMS Login».
Geben Sie Ihre Mobilnummer ein.
3. Danach erhalten Sie einen Zugangscode (Passwort) per SMS auf Ihre Mo-
bilnummer.
4. Geben Sie den zugestellten Zugangscode (Passwort) ein, um die Verbin-
dung freizuschalten.
5. Lesen und akzeptieren Sie die Vertragsbedingungen. Sie werden nun auf
www.campus-sursee.ch weitergeleitet und können 7 Tage kostenlosen
Zugang nutzen. Nach 7 Tagen müssen Sie sich neu registrieren.
Der WLAN Zugang kann mit bis zu drei Geräten genutzt werden.

11RAUCHEN
Aufgrund feuerpolizeilichen Vorschriften und Hygienebestimmungen ist das
Rauchen in sämtlichen Räumen und Gebäude des CAMPUS SURSEE (inklusive
Treppen, Korridore, Balkone) verboten. Die Raucherzonen befinden sich bei den
bereitgestellten Aschenbechern ausserhalb der Gebäude. Gerne bedienen wir Sie
auch in unserem Fumoir in der BAULÜÜT-Bar.
REINIGUNG
Während Ihrem Aufenthalt werden die Zimmer zwischen 7.20 und 16.00 Uhr
gereinigt.
REGENSCHIRM
Regenschirme stehen Ihnen zur Gebrauchsleihe oder zum Verkauf an der
Réception zur Verfügung. Preis pro Deposit oder Kauf: CHF 24.00.
SAFE
Der Zimmerschrank ist abschliessbar. Im Gepäckraum befinden sich zudem Wert-
sachenschliessfächer.
SCHUHPUTZMASCHINE
Eine Schuhputzmaschine steht im EG des Gebäude 17 (Hauptgebäude) und in den
Eingangsbereichen aller Hotelgebäude zur Verfügung.
SEMINARE UND KONGRESSE
Der Campus Sursee verfügt über 65 Seminarräume und einen Konferenzsaal. Wenn
Sie eine Veranstaltung bei uns organisieren, stellt die Réception gerne den Kontakt
zu unseren Eventspezialisten her.

Vous pouvez utiliser gratuitement notre HOTSPOT dans tous les bâtiments
du CAMPUS SURSEE.
1. Activez le WiFi sur votre appareil (dans les paramètres).
Sélectionnez le réseau «CAMPUS SURSEE».
2. Démarrez votre navigateur Web. Choisissez l’option «Free SMS Login».
Indiquez votre numéro de mobile.
3. Vous recevrez ensuite un code d’accès (mot de passe) par SMS sur votre
mobile.
4. Saisissez le code d’accès fourni (mot de passe) afin d’activer la
connexion.
5. Lisez et acceptez les conditions générales d’utilisation. Vous serez alors
redirigé vers la page www.campus-sursee.ch et pourrez utiliser l’accès gratuite-
ment pendant 7 jours. Au bout de 7 jours, vous devrez vous enregistrer à nouveau.
L’accès WiFi peut être utilisé sur trois appareils au maximum.

Vous pourrez emprunter des adaptateurs ou des chargeurs pour téléphones mobi-

ARTICLES D‘HYGIÈNE
Vous obtiendrez à la réception les articles d’hygiène de base, comme des brosses
à dents, de la pâte dentifrice, etc.
BANQUE / AUTOMATE BANCAIRE
L’automate bancaire le plus proche se trouve à la gare de Sursee. De l’argent liqui-
de pourra être retiré à la réception contre une commission de 5,00 CHF.

Le courrier reçu sera gardé pour vous à la réception. Vous en serez informés par

HOUSEKEEPING
Notre équipe du service de chambre peut vous fournir des oreillers, des serviettes,
des couvertures ou des cintres en plus. Veuillez vous adresser à la réception.
ISSUES DE SECOURS
Vous trouverez un plan indiquant l’issue de secours la plus proche à l’intérieur de la
porte de la chambre. Toutes les issues de secours sont indiquées par un panneau
lumineux.
JOURNAUX ET MAGAZINES
Vous trouverez divers journaux et magazines du jour au Grill-Restaurant BAULÜÜT,
au PIAZZA et au Sportbistro.
LINGE DE LIT
Par respect de l’environnement, le linge de lit est changé au bout de trois nuitées.
Nous pouvons toutefois le changer tous les jours sur votre demande.
LIT POUR BÉBÉS
Nous pouvons mettre un lit pour bébés gratuitement à disposition dans votre
chambre (selon disponibilité).
MÉDECIN
Nous sommes à votre disposition pour contacter un médecin en cas d’urgence
médicale.

22NETTOYAGE
Pendant votre séjour, votre chambre sera nettoyée entre 7 h 20 et 16 h 00.
NETTOYAGE DE CHAUSSURES
Une machine est mise à disposition pour le nettoyage de vos chaussures au
rez-de-chaussée du bâtiment 17 (bâtiment principal) et dans l’entrée de tous les
bâtiments de l’hôtel.
OBJETS TROUVÉS
Si vous avez perdu un objet sur le site de l’hôtel, veuillez vous renseigner à la
réception.
PAIEMENTS SANS ESPÈCES
Chargez de l’argent sur votre Campus-Key à l’une des stations de
chargement, et bénéficiez ainsi de tarifs réduits dans nos restau-
rants en libre-service et sur les automates Selecta. Vous pourrez
décharger votre Key à la fin de votre séjour, soit à l’une des stations
soit à la réception. La Campus-Key sert également de clé pour la chambre.

Vous pouvez acheter ou emprunter un parapluie à la réception.

Vous trouverez une liste de blanchisserie et une housse dans votre armoire. Veuil-
lez déposer vos vêtements à laver dans la housse de blanchisserie à la réception.
Nous retournerons les vêtements lavés directement à votre chambre.
SERVICE DE REPASSAGE
Notre lingerie peut repasser votre linge sur demande. Veuillez vous renseigner à la
réception. Le retour des vêtements se fera selon accord.
SERVIETTES
Vous souhaitez des serviettes fraîches? Veuillez déposer les serviettes utilisées
dans la douche. Nous les changerons à l’occasion du prochain service de chamb-
re. Pour des serviettes supplémentaires, veuillez contacter la réception.

En raison des prescriptions anti-incendie et des directives d’hygiène, il est interdit
de fumer dans toutes les pièces et bâtiments du CAMPUS SURSEE (y compris
dans les escaliers, les couloirs et sur les balcons). Les zones fumeurs sont situées
auprès des cendriers mis à disposition à l’extérieur des bâtiments. Nous vous
servons également volontiers dans notre fumoir du Bar BAULÜÜT.

Le CAMPUS SURSEE met gratuitement à votre disposition des téléphones publics
sur l’ensemble de son site, pour tous les appels sur le réseau fixe et mobile en
Suisse. Les services payants sont exclus de cette offre. Faites le «0» avant de

FREE WIFI
In all buildings of CAMPUS SURSEE you have the possibility to use our
HOTSPOT free of charge.
1. Switch on the WiFi network of your device (under Settings).
Activate the network “CAMPUS SURSEE”.
2. Start your web browser. Choose a “Free SMS Login”. Enter your mobile
phone number.
3. You will then receive an access code (password) via SMS to your mobile
phone number.
4. Enter the access code (password) you received to unlock the connection.
5. Read and accept the contractual terms. You will now be taken to
www.campus-sursee.ch and can use 7 days free access. After 7 days you
have to register again.
The WiFi access can be used with up to three devices.

ADAPTERS & CHARGING CABLES
Adapters or charging cables for mobile phones can be borrowed at the reception.
BABY COT
We will be happy to put a baby cot in your room free of charge (subject to availabi-
lity).
BANK / ATM
You will find the nearest ATM at Sursee railway station. Cash can be withdrawn at
the reception for a surcharge of CHF 5.00.
BED LINEN
In consideration of our environment the bed linen will be changed after three
nights. If you wish, we can change them daily as well.
CASHLESS PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS
Load money onto your Campus-Key at one of the charging stations
and benefit from discounted prices in our self-service restaurants
and at Selecta vending machines. At the end of your stay, you can
pay the accrued value booked onto your key at the stations or at the
reception. The Campus-Key also serves as a room key.
CHECKOUT
Thank you for checking out your room on the day of departure before the start of
the event or by 10 am at latest and handing the key over at the reception.
CLEANING
During your stay the rooms will be cleaned between 7.20 am and 04.00 pm.
DOCTOR
For medical help we will gladly arrange a doctor for you.
ELECTRIC PLUG-IN MOSQUITO REPELLENTS
We will gladly provide you with electric plug-in mosquito repellents free of charge.

Our laundry service will iron your laundry upon request. Please ask the reception
for more information. The return takes place upon arrangement.

dirty laundry in the laundry bag to the reception. The washed laundry will be re-
turned directly to your room.

In BAULÜÜT grill restaurant, in PIAZZA and in the Sports Bistro you will find vari-

The wardrobe in the room is lockable. In the luggage compartment there are also

Campus Sursee has 65 seminar rooms and a conference hall. If you organize an
event with us, the reception will be happy to forward your contact to our event spe-
cialists.
SEWING SERVICE
We are at your disposal for smaller repairs. Please ask the reception for more infor-
mation. You can also order a sewing kit at the reception.
SHOE POLISHING MACHINE
A shoe polishing machine is available on the ground floor of building 17 (main
building) and in the entrance areas of all hotel buildings.
SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited in all CAMPUS SURSEE rooms and buildings (including
stairs, corridors, balconies) due to fire and hygiene regulations. The smoking areas
are located outside the buildings at the provided ashtrays. We are also happy to
serve you in our smoking lounge in the BAULÜÜT bar.
