Internationale Jugendbegegnungen

Bei einer internationalen Jugendbegegnung treffen sich
Gruppen von jungen Leuten zwischen 14 und 30 Jahren aus
zwei, drei oder mehreren Ländern. Gemeinsam bearbeitet ihr
ein zukunftsweisendes Thema oder ein bestimmtes Projekt.
Daneben stehen gemeinsame Freizeitaktivitäten z.B. Sport,
Besichtigungen oder Ausflüge auf dem Programm. Das
Wichtigste bei einer Jugendbegegnung sind unabhängig vom
Thema das gegenseitige Kennenlernen, der interkulturelle
Austausch und das gemeinsame Leben in der Gruppe.

Kennenlernen - Austauschen - Diskutieren - Mitgestalten

               „Skip the beat“

                    Spanien

          für Jugendliche 15-17 Jahren

EUROPA - gemeinsamer Raum für unterschiedliche Kulturen.
- Was verbindest du mit dem Begriff „Europa"?
- Was weißt du vom Leben in den jeweils anderen Ländern?
- Wie sieht das Leben in der multikulturellen Stadt Benissa aus?

Ihr werdet eure Gastgeberstadt erkunden und bei gemeinsamen
Workshops auch die Bewohner kennenlernen. Das alles fließt
zusammen in ein Video zum Thema ‚Europa'. Bei Konzeption und
Dreh könnt ihr eure Kreativität und eure digitalen Kenntnisse
einbringen und weiter entwickeln. Zum Abschluss gibt es eine
Präsentation des Videos. Außerdem wird es über soziale
Netzwerke geteilt.

Ort: Benissa an der spanischen Mittelmeerküste zwischen
Alicante und Valencia
Unterkunft und Verpflegung: In einem Hostel in großen aber
gemütlichen Räumen.

Verpflegung: Frühstück und Mittagessen bereitet ihr selber zu.
Das Abendessen wird für euch gekocht.

Teilnehmende: 16 Teilnehmende, 15-17 Jahre
aus Deutschland, Frankreich, Italien und Spanien;
gemeinsame Sprachen sind Englisch und Spanisch

Kosten: €120 Vermittlungsgebühr
Programm, Unterkunft und Verpflegung sind kostenfrei.
Die Anreise organisierst und finanzierst du selbst.
Die Fahrtkosten werden bezuschusst (bis 170€ abhängig von
den tatsächlich entstandenen Kosten.)

Internationale Workcamps

 In einem Workcamp treffen sich junge Leute aus den
 verschiedensten Ländern und Kulturen der Welt. Für zwei
 bis drei Wochen leben sie gemeinsam und engagieren sich
 für ein sinnvolles Projekt. Die Arbeitszeit beträgt ca. 5
 Stunden am Tag. Am Abend und an den Wochenenden ist
 Zeit für gemeinsame Freizeitaktivitäten. Die Unterkünfte
 sind einfach z.B. in Zelten oder Turnhallen. Gekocht wird
 reihum, so dass ihr leckere Gerichte aus der ganzen Welt
 probieren könnt. Auch hier stehen der interkulturelle
 Austausch und das gemeinsame Leben in der Gruppe im
 Vordergrund.

International Workcamp
        BASE NATURE VERCORS

„Support the reorganisation of the
    forest land of Villander!”
       France, 01.08.-15.08.2016
          for teens aged 14-17

This project supports the organization Base Nature Vercors,
located on the mountain of the same name in the heart of a
natural park. The organization wants to enable a wider audience
to live in the wilderness.

Work project:
You will work 4 hours a day, in the morning on these projects :
1. You will help reorganize the forest land of Villander.
2. You will do different tasks to keep the Base Nature site alive:
looking after the vegetable garden, writing the asscociation’s blog,
doing little constructions.
3. You will organise an artistic event on the theme of forest.

Accommodation:
You will be accommodated in tents on the site of La Grange aux
Loups. Please bring your own sleeping bag. Be aware that the
facility is comfy but basic, made for outdoor lovers.

Free time activities:
During the afternoon, some games and activities will be organized
in order to get to know each other better and to foster intercultural
exchange. Furthermore you will have the possibility to try out
Aikido, hiking, visiting local food producers or creating a radio show.

Location: Base Nature Vercors is located a few miles from Vassieux
en Vercors, a mountain village of more than 1000m.

Participants:
15 volunteers from all around the world,
the common language is French.

Fees:
120€ placement fee + 380€ Extra-Fee (for the group leaders)
Food, accommodation and free time activities are free of charge.
The journey to the camp will be organized and paid by the
volunteer.

International Workcamp
              Île Ilur 2

        “Pack mit an
auf einer bretonischen Insel”
    Frankreich, 08.-15.08.2016
      für Jugendliche 14 - 18

Die Insel Ilur…
ist eine kleine Insel an der bretonischen Küste. Einst lebten dort 9
Familien, die Kartoffelanbau und Schafhaltung betrieben. Heute ist
„der kleine Schatz im Golf von Morbihan“ wie ein kleines Museum
mit traditionellen Gebäuden und typisch bretonischen Backöfen.

Arbeitsprojekt:
Eure Aufgabe während des Workcamps ist es, die Insel auf
Vordermann zu bringen. Dazu werden ihr unter anderem
- das traditionell-bretonischen Dorf der Insel verschönern
- eine Trockenmauer erneuern
- Unkraut jäten und Gestrüpp entfernen

Unterkunft:
Camping in Zweier- Zelten auf der Insel. Ein Koch- und
Gemeinschaftsraum stehen zur Verfügung.

Freizeit:
Da die Insel vom Wasser umgeben ist gehören Ausflüge ans Meer
natürlich zum täglichen Programm. Außerdem stehen sportliche
Aktivitäten (z.B. Wanderungen, Mountainbike-Touren, Segeln,
Kayak-Touren, Tauchen und Schnorcheln) und kulturelle Angebote
(Besuchen von Märkten, Museen und Konzerten) auf dem
Programm.

Teilnehmende:
15 Freiwillige aus Deutschland und Frankreich
gemeinsame Sprachen sind Englisch (Französisch und Deutsch)

Kosten:
80€ Vermitlungsgebühr, 50€ Extra-Gebühr für die Gruppenleitung,
Unterkunft, Verpflegung und das Freizeitprogramm sind kostenfrei.
Die Reise organisierst und finanzierst du selbst.

Internationales Workcamp
                   ERDEVEN

“Bring die Dünen und den Wanderpfad
           auf Vordermann!“
           Frankreich, 14.-21.7.2016
     für Jugendliche zwischen 14 und 18

Erdeven…
ist eine kleine Gemeinde zwischen Ria d'Etel und dem Golf von
Morbihan, direkt an der Küste der Bretagne. Der sechs Kilometer
lange Strand ist gesäumt von einer naturbelassenen Düne.

Arbeitsprojekt:
Da diese Düne eine besonders zu schützende Naturbeschaffenheit
hat, stehen für euch mehrere Aufgaben an: - Sauberhaltung des
Strandes - Unkrautjäten und Entfernen von Gestrüpp - Konstruktion
eines Wanderpfades, der zu Bunkern des 2. Weltkrieges führt.

Unterkunft:
Camping in Zweier- Zelten auf dem Gelände Campingplatz in
Erdeven Für den Camp-Alltag stehen ein Kochzelt und ein
Gemeinschaftszelt zur Verfügung.

Freizeit:
Ausflüge ans Meer und das Besichtigen der Küste gehören genauso
zu dem Freizeitprogramm wie das Kennenlernen der bretonischen
Kultur. Nur 10 km von Roscanvel entfernt, bietet sich die Halbinsel
Crozon zum Besichtigen von Megalithen, Meeresgrotten und des
Cidre- Haus an. Sowohl eine geführte Besichtigungstour der
Halbinsel als auch Kinobesuche oder sportliche Aktivitäten wie
Kayaktouren sind möglich.

Teilnehmende:
15 Freiwillige aus Deutschland und Frankreich
gemeinsame Sprachen sind Englisch (Französisch und Deutsch)

Kosten:
80€ placement fee + 50€ Extra-Fee für die Gruppenleitung
Unterkunft, Verpflegung und das Freizeitprogramm sind kostenfrei.

International Workcamp
FROM KITCHEN TO GARDEN AND VICE VERSA

„Built a common kitchen and an
   ecofriendly greenhouse.“
       France, 12.7.-30.07.2016
         for teens aged 15-17

Support the association Citrus with their project of building a large
common kitchen with measures of eco-construction.

Work project:
The main work will be in masonry, gardening and eco-construction:
The construction of a large common kitchen in the Citrus
association’s facilities to host groups; landscaping on the
Mayounelle Garden and reception site (decoration, outside
furniture); construction of an environmentally friendly greenhouse.
The works will be supervised by Citrus members, and every day you
will work with the organisation professional insertion team.

Accommodation:
You will stay in tents on the Citrus site at La Mayounelle, with
access to covered toilet unit and kitchen.

Location and free time activities:
Laguépie is a small place 100km Northeast of Toulouse, between
Albi and Villefranche de Rouerge.
Outside of the work time, you will have the opportunity to go for
walks, go swimming, meet peers from the workcamp and Laguepie,
organise outdoor -oven pizza evenings, game nights, visit
exceptional medieval cities such as Najac, Cordes sur Ciel, Saint-
Antonin-Noble-Val. Food and nutrition workshops will also be
planned to better understand the basics of a balanced diet.

Participants:
15 volunteers from France, Germany and Czech,
the common language is English and French.

Fees:
120€ placement fee + 165€ Extra-Fee covering the group leaders.
Food, accommodation and free time activities are free of charge.
The journey to the camp will be organized and paid by the
volunteer (the costs will be partly reimbursed after the camp).

International Workcamp
          RURAL TEAM IV

Think about sustainability!
 Protect natural and cultural
         heritage!

      Spain, 09.08.-20.8.2016
      for teens aged 15 to 17

In this workcamp you can support the association Sierra
Carpetania who create a new natural and agricultural reserve.

Work
The work of volunteers will be manual and diverse. The type of
tasks are: to clean and maintain an ecological garden, construction
of bird boxes and hives, discovery of natural springs, troughs for
feeding animals, walls, mantaining touristic paths. We will also
support to mantain a local trail between two towns.

Location and leisure:
The workcamp takes place in Gargantilla del Lozoya, a small village
of Sierra Norte about 80km far away from Madrid. Gargantilla is
part of several municipalities of the Valley of Lozoya, most of these
are little villages but you can find all you need to live. Near by are
larger villages, where you can find banks and bigger shops as well.
Also, the distance from Madrid is approximately 80 Km, and you can
reach the capital in an hour more or less.

Accommodation:
You will live in small tents (places for 1 or 2) to share within
participants, in the Camping Monte Holiday
(http://www.monteholiday.com/en/home), with toilet area, hot
water, washing machines and recreation areas, swimming pool and
wi-fi connection contained. You need to bring mat and sleeping bag.

Participants:
12 volunteers from all around the world,
the common languages are English and Spanish.

Fees:
120€ placement fee, Extra fee of 200 € for the group leaders
Food, accommodation and free time activities are free of charge
The journey to the camp will be organized and paid by the
volunteer.

International Workcamp
             SHORT FILM - DRAMA

You are creative? You like working with
       cameras and computers?
           Come to Turkey!

         Turkey, 28.07. - 05.08.2016
           for teens aged 14 to 17

Be part of an international film project.

Work
Together with young people from all over the world you will
produce a short film during this camp. The majority of the group will
be Turkish teens. But the camp language is English. You will use
your creativity and express your ideas to write your scenario, act,
shoot and direct your film in this camp.

Location and leisure:
Yenisakran is in the west of Turkey. The center is by the seaside. The
nearest city is Izmir.
Besides filming, different activities like sports, arts and crafts,
creative drama, music, etc. will be in the daily program of the camp.
Turkish and international volunteers will be leading or assisting the
daily activities.

Accommodation
At Afacan Youth House, in 3-6 bedded rooms with shower and
toilet. Sleeping bag and mat are not necessary. Food will be served
in the center. The campsite is a secure place and participants will
not be allowed to leave the camp site on their own.

Participants:
15 volunteers from different countries
the common language is English

Fees:
120€ placement fee, 210 € extra fee for instructors and technical
equipment
food, accommodation and free time activities are free of charge
The journey will be organized and paid by the volunteer.

International Workcamp
             TEEN DOWN MULTI

You love getting to know new cultures
           and languages?
          Come to Estonia!

        Estonia, 11.08. - 19.08.2016
          for teens aged 14 to 17

You don’t want to speak English but rather practice French,
Spanish or German? This is the right camp for you.

Work
Camp program includes sightseeing in Estonian capital, meetings
with organizations, social games, performances in the open air,
actions for peace and nature protection, discussions at the round
table, presentations of the countries camp participants and
volunteers represent, team projects, etc. Each day of the camp will
have a country presentation, a subject to learn or discuss and a
related activity. Teenagers will stay in the camp activities zone from
10.00 to 17.00.There is at least one day of travel outside Tallinn. To
activate teenagers and run the program there will be 3 international
volunteers and members of a local school staff.

Location and leisure:
Tallinn is the capital of Estonia, country s largest city with 430 000
inhabitants and nearly as many tourists during summer. You can get
a lot of information on Tallinn on www.tallinn.ee There are a lot of
possibilities for leisure time activities since camp will take place in
the Estonian capital Tallinn where one can find attractions for any
taste: sightseeing, museums, festivals, concerts, etc.

Accommodation
In the apartments of the host families in Tallinn and its suburbs.
Travel cards or pick up service will be provided. Participants will stay
in a separate or shared room. Participants will have breakfasts and
dinners in their host families, lunches i all together in the city.

Participants:
8 volunteers from different countries

Fees:
120€ placement fee, 200 € extra fee for instructors
Food, accommodation and free time activities are free of charge
The journey will be organized and paid by the volunteer.

Die ijgd sind
ein gemeinnütziger Verein, der seit mehr als 60 Jahren
unterschiedliche Freiwilligendienste im In- und Ausland
organisiert. Wir arbeiten mit Methoden der non-formalen Bildung
und unterstützen informelles Lernen. Dazu schaffen wir Räume, in
denen Jugendliche ihre eigenen Potentiale und Kompetenzen
entdecken und sich ausprobieren können.
