TÜV-Schild.Lassen Sie den Saunaofen von einem
zugelassenen Elektrofachmann anschließen. Dieser
markiert den installierten Ofen auf dem TÜV-Schild.
Bringen Sie das TÜV-Schild an einer gut sichtbaren
Stelle über dem Ofen an.
Remove the protective film from the accompanying

Verfärbungen oder Schäden am Bodenbelag oder an der Saunawand geleistet.
Der Ofen muss vor der Wandmontage elektrisch angeschlossen werden. Der
Saunaofen ist für Kabinengrößen von 6-14m³ konzipiert.
Montage des Saunaheizgerätes
• Füße mittels beigefügten Schrauben (4 Stück M5 x 12) an Ofenrück-
wandmontieren.
• Bodenblech mit 4 Blechschrauben 3,9 x 9,5 an Innenmantel montieren

• Bei der Montage des Saunaofens ist darauf zu achten, dass der senk-
rechte Abstand zwischen Oberkante Saunaofen und Saunadecke min-
destens 110 cm beträgt, der waagerechte (seitliche) Abstand zwischen
Ofen und Kabinenwand mindestens 7 cm beträgt. Der Abstand zwischen
Ofenunterkante und Fußboden ist durch die Bauart der Geräte (Stellfuß)
vorgegeben. Der Abstand zwischen Ofenrückwand und Kabinenwand ist
ebenfalls durch die Bauart (Wandhalterung) vorgegeben.
• Der Abstand zwischen Ofenschutzgitter bzw. Liegebank und anderer
brennbarer Materialien zum Ofen muss mindestens 7 cm betragen. Die
Schutzgitter-Höhe muss mit der vorderen Ofenhöhe gleich sein.

Bereits einmaliger Fehlanschluss kann die Steuereinrichtung
zerstören. Bei Falschanschluss erlischt der Garantieanspruch.
9 kW Saunaofen interne Steuerung
Anleitung für den Elektroinstallateur:
Für den Anschluss des Ofens und alle elektrischen Anlagen sind die
DIN VDE 0100 und die Unfallverhütungsvorschrift BGV A2 einzuhalten.
Es ist bauseits eine externe, allpolige Trennvorrichtung mit voller Ab-
schaltung entsprechend der Überspannungskategorie III vorzusehen.

Netzanschlussleitungen müssen polychlorophren-ummantelte flexible

Alle Leitungen, die im Inneren der Kabine verlegt werden, müssen für

of the cabin also depends on the design (wall bracket).

Troubleshooting
The stove will not heat up

The stove causes “cracking noises”
• The housing parts and heating elements expand when the stove is
heating up or operating. The heating elements may move the sauna
stones and cause noises. Cracking noises are normal and are not

Attention !
N‘utilisez aucun revêtement de sol en matériau inflammable (bois, ma-
tières plastiques ou autres) sous le poêle ! Les carreaux de céramique Vis 4 x M5 x 12
sont fonctionnels dans les saunas. Dans la zone sous le poêle, les re-
vêtements de sol non inflammables ou le matériau de jointoiement peu-
vent changer de couleur. Les revêtements du sol ou le mur du sauna
dont la couleur a changé ou ceux endommagés ne seront pas rempla-
cés. L‘écartement entre la paroi arrière du poêle et le mur de la cabi-
ne est prévu par le type de construction (support mural). Le poêle doit
être raccordé électriquement sur la fixation murale avant le montage.
Montage de l’appareil de chauffage pour sauna
• Montez les pieds à l’aide des vis jointes à la livraison (4 pièces M5 x
12) sur la paroi arrière du four.
• Tôle de fond montée sur la chemise intérieure par 4 vis à tôle 3,9 x 9,5.
• L’introduction du câble secteur dans la boîte à bornes doit être effec-
tuée au niveau du forage prévu à cet effet.
• Après le raccord électrique du câble secteur, verrouillez la boîte de
bornes avec le couvercle (écarteur vers l’extérieur) verrouillez à nou-
veau.
• Mettre le four de sauna devant la bouche d‘aération. Fixez le support
mural du four de sauna au mur de la cabine à l’aide des vis à bois
fournies. Introduisez la grille de pierres et déposez les sans pierres de
sauna (cf. Description „ Couvrir la grille de pierres avec les pierres „,
chap. „ Nettoyage et entretien „ )
Remarque:
Le dispositif de commande peut être détruit par un mauvais rac-
cordement. La garantie devient caduque en cas de mauvais rac-
cordement.

Pour raccorder le poêle et toutes les installations électriques, il faut res-

Attention
Les câbles de raccordement secteur doivent être des câbles souples
enveloppés de polychlorophène. Les câbles de raccordement ne sont
pas compris dans la livraison ! Tous les câbles posés à l‘intérieur de
la cabine doivent être appropriés à une température ambiante d‘au
moins 170°C. Il faut utiliser des câbles de silicone résistant à la cha-
leur. La section transversale minimale du câble de raccordementet
la taille minimale de la cabine du sauna sont indiquées dans le tab-
leau tbl. 1). Le raccord électrique doit être effectué conformément au
schéma des connexions. Un schéma des connexions est apposé en
sus sur la face intérieure du recouvrement de la boîte de commutation.
Mettez le recouvrement en place après avoir branché le câble réseau !
Veillez au fait que les câbles conduisant l‘électricité doivent rester
invisibles pour des raisons de sécurité au niveau des parois intéri-
eures de la cabine. Dans le cas de cabines de sauna préfabriquées,
des tubes vides sont la plupart du temps dans l‘élément de paroi
avec l‘ouverture d‘entrée d‘air ou une trémie pour la pose des câbles.
Si vous n‘avez pas de préparation à la pose de câbles dans votre ca-
bine, nous vous recommandons d‘installer une boîte de jonction (non
comprise dans la livraison) à l‘extérieur de la cabine. Percez un trou
