Kašnjenje na tretman - u slučaju nepredvidivih situacija ako zakasnite duže od 15 minuta, tretman možda nećemo biti u mogućnosti pružiti. Tretmani završavaju u točno predviđeno vrijeme kako kašnjenje ne bi utjecalo na sljedećeg klijenta. U slučaju kašnjenja, tretman će biti naplaćen u cijelosti. Djeca u wellnessu – korištenje bazena za djecu do 3 godine nije preporučljivo. Djeca do 16 godina mogu koristiti bazen uz pratnju roditelja, a djeci do 18 godina nije dozvoljeno koristiti zonu sauna. Pušenje i konzumacija alkoholnih pića – nije dozvoljena u unutarnjem prostoru wellness centra.
