Der VGP Park Erfurt ist der erste Standort in Thüringen. Das
Projekt bietet ca. 25.000 m² vermietbare Fläche für Logistik
Erfurt
und produzierende Unternehmen. Der Gewerbepark ist
20 Autominuten östlich von der Erfurter Altstadt und 30 Minuten 7
zum Flughafen Erfurt-Weimar entfernt und befindet sich in Erfurt
einer für Landwirtschaft, Industrie und Handel wirtschaftlich
bedeutsamen Region. Die Gegend in und um Erfurt gilt als das

VGP Park Erfurt is our first project in Thuringia in Germany.
The park will offer approx. 25,000 m² of rentable space for
logistics and manufacturing companies. The site is located
on the east side of Erfurt and is 20 minutes by car away from
the old town and 30 minutes from the Erfurt-Weimar Airport.
It is strategically located in an economically important area for
agriculture, industry and trade. The region in and around Erfurt
is considered the political and economic center of Thuringia
with a focus on mechanical engineering, technology, media
and services. The industrial area of Erfurt is home to over A71
