3I. Einleitung Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für das smartLAB® rope Springseil mit Bluetooth® Smart und ANT+ drahtloser Datenübertragung entschieden haben. Dieses Produkt kann in Ihre Trainingseinheiten eingebunden werden und ermöglicht Ihnen, die Sprunganzahl, Ihre Springgeschwindigkeit, die Trainingsdauer sowie Kalorienverbrauch zu erfassen und an ein entsprechendes Empfangsgerät zu übermitteln. Dank der integrierten Datenübertragung haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Ihre gemessenen Werte an ein mobiles Gerät zu senden. Hierfür benötigen Sie die fitmefit move App, welche für iOS und Android verfügbar ist. Bitte lesen Sie sich vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme die Gebrauchsanweisung gründlich durch und heben Sie diese für den späteren/weiteren Gebrauch auf. 4

Allgemeine Informationen
Das smartLAB® rope ist ein modernes Springseil - bestehend aus 2
Springseilgriffen - mit integrierter Datenübertragungstechnologie
und weiteren idealen Funktionen für Ihren Fitnessplan.
Dieses intelligente Springseil sammelt alle wichtigen Daten Ihrer
Trainingseinheiten und sendet diese an eine entsprechende App.
Es werden die Anzahl der Sprünge, die Springgeschwindigkeit,
die Trainingsdauer sowie der Kalorienverbrauch dokumentiert. In
einigen Apps werden zusätzlich die Trainingsergebnisse (Minimale,
maximale und durchschnittliche Sprung-Geschwindigkeit) zu jeder
Einheit berechnet.
Dank der integrierten Datenübertragungstechnologien Bluetooth®
Smart und ANT+ können die gemessenen Daten an verschiedene
iOS und Android mobile Geräte automatisch gesendet und verwaltet
werden. Hierfür benötigen Sie die fitmefit move App.
Der interne Speicher des smartLAB® rope kann bis zu 16 Stunden
Ihres Trainings speichern. Dies erlaubt eine Übertragung Ihrer
Werte zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt. Hierdurch müssen Sie während
Ihres Trainings kein Empfangsgerät mitführen.

Allgemeine Hinweise
Das smartLAB® rope hat einen Standby-Modus. Sobald das Gerät
einige Minuten nicht bewegt wird, schaltet es auf Standby - also
in den Energiesparmodus. Sie müssen die Batterie nicht aus dem
Gerät entnehmen, falls es eine Weile nicht benutzen werden sollte.
Für mehr Informationen wenden Sie sich an den Hersteller oder den

Sicherheitsinformationen
Schlucken Sie die Batterien nicht – Lebensgefahr! Bitte be-
wahren Sie die Batterien, das Springseil und dessen Einzel-
teile an einem Ort, den Kinder nicht erreichen können/zu dem
Kinder keinen Zugang haben. Für den Fall, dass eine Batterie
geschluckt wurde kontaktieren Sie bitte unverzüglich einen
Arzt!
Halten Sie Kinder vom Verpackungsmaterial fern –
Erstickungsgefahr!
6Laden Sie die Batterien nicht wieder auf. Zerlegen Sie die

Vermeiden Sie die Lagerung an folgenden Orten:
• Überall in der Nähe von Wasser
• Überall dort, wo das Gerät extremen Temperaturen,
Luftfeuchtigkeit, Feuchtigkeit, direktem Sonnenlicht,
Staub oder salziger Luft ausgesetzt ist
• Überall dort, wo das Risiko von Erschütterungen oder
Herunterfallen besteht
• Überall dort, wo Chemikalien oder korrosive Gase
vorhanden sind
7III. Setup & Funktionen Vor dem Erstgebrauch Vor dem Einsatz des smartLAB® rope Springseils, müssen Sie entweder das Seil oder die beiden kurzen Seile inkl. Gewichte an die Springseilgriffe montieren. Zudem muss das smartLAB® rope über eine App eingestellt werden. Anbringen des Seils Das Seil wird an beiden Griffen angebracht. Um das Seil an die Griffe anzubringen, führen Sie jeweils ein Ende des Seils durch eine Öse und danach zurück durch die andere Ösen an den Handgriffen. Wie Sie die ideale Seillänge zu Ihrer Körpergröße herausfinden können, entnehmen Sie dem Kapitel „Einstellen der richtigen Seillänge“. Anbringen der kurzen Seile inkl. Gewichte Die kurzen Seile dienen dazu, Ihre Trainings-Einheit zu erweitern und weitere Übungen in Ihren Plan zu integrieren. Führen Sie in jeweils einen Griff das Ende des kurzen Seils durch die beiden Ösen (siehe Anbringen des Seils), bis an beiden Griffen ein kurzes Seil mit den Gewichten hängt. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Längen der Seile an beiden Enden gleich sind. Durch Parallelhalten der Griffe können Sie die Länge prüfen. Je Länger das Seil eingestellt ist, desto mehr Kraft wird während des Trainings aufgewandt. 8
Einstellen der richtigen Seillänge

Vor dem Trainingsbeginn ist es wichtig, die richtige Seillänge pas-
send zu Ihrer Körpergröße einzustellen. Gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
Schritt 1
Stellen Sie sich mit EINEM Fuß in die Mitte des Springseils.
Beachten Sie dabei, dass Sie die Sportschuhe, die Sie auch während
des Trainings anhaben werden, tragen.
Schritt 2
Heben Sie das Seil auf Brusthöhe, spannen Sie es an und achten
Sie darauf, dass die Seilspring-Griffe parallel zueinander stehen.
Danach klappen Sie die Griffe einmal um. Wenn Sie nun die beiden
Springseilgriffe nach oben klappen, sollte das Ende der Griffe unter
Ihren Achselhöhlen liegen.
Schritt 3
Testen Sie die Länge des Seils durch einige Probesprünge. Während
des Springens sollte das Springseil den Boden nur minimal berühren.
Falls die Länge des Seils nicht Ihrer Körpergröße entspricht, passen
Sie diese an und führen Sie noch einmal Schritt 3 durch. Die Länge
des Seils können Sie durch Änderung der Seillänge an den Ösen der
Handgriffe vornehmen. Zum Kürzen des Seils ziehen Sie mehr Seil
durch die Öse. Falls das Seil zu kurz eingestellt war, nehmen Sie
wieder etwas mehr Seil aus den Ösen heraus.
Hinweis: Sobald Sie Ihre ideale Seillänge ermittelt haben, können
Sie die herausstehenden Enden kürzen. Achten Sie jedoch darauf,
ca. 3-5 cm Seil an beiden Seiten für mögliche spätere Anpassungen
bestehen bleiben.
9Einsetzen/ Austausch der Batterien
Das smartLAB® rope benötigt eine CR 2032 3V Batterie, welche im
Lieferumfang enthalten ist. Um die Batterie einzusetzen bzw. zu
wechseln, gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
• Öffnen Sie den Batteriedeckel durch Drehen des
Deckels mit Hilfe einer Münze in die vorgegebene
Pfeilrichtung.
• Legen Sie die Batterie mit der Plusseite zum
Deckel in den Deckel ein. Bei einem Wechsel ent-
nehmen Sie zuvor die eingelegte Batterie vorsich-
tig aus dem Deckel des Geräts.
• Danach legen Sie den Deckel wieder in den Griff
und schließen diesen durch Drehen des Deckels
mit Hilfe der Münze in die entgegengesetzte
Richtung.
Das smartLAB®rope hat einen Standby-Modus. Sobald das Gerät

geltenden Bestimmungen entsorgt werden.
Nach einlegen der Batterie muss das smartLAB® rope über die App

Kapitel.
Hinweis: Nach dem Wechsel der Batterie müssen Sie Datum und
Uhrzeit erneut automatisch über die App einstellen lassen. Ihre
gespeicherten Werte bleiben erhalten.
10Anbindung des smartLAB rope an eine App

Die Datenübertragung gemessener Werte erfolgt über Bluetooth®
Smart oder ANT+. Die Anbindung ist über die meisten iOS mobilen
Geräten sowie Android Geräten ab der Android Version 4.3 möglich.

Um das smartLAB® rope an Ihr individuelles Empfangsgerät zu
koppeln, benötigen Sie die fitmefit move App.
fitmefit move App
Zur Anbindung Ihres smartLAB® rope an die fitmefit move App
gehen Sie folgendermaßen vor:
Schritt 1
Aktivieren Sie Bluetooth® auf Ihrem mobilen Empfangsgerät.
Schritt 2
Starten Sie die entsprechende App. Rotieren Sie den Handgriff mit
der eingebauten Batterie um eine Synchronisierung des smartLAB®
rope mit der App zu starten.
Schritt 3
Die Seriennummer Ihres smartLAB® rope wird in der fitmefit
move App angezeigt. Nun fügen Sie die Seriennummer hinzu. Ihr
smartLAB® rope wird nach der Synchronisation mit der App richtig
eingestellt. Die fitmefit move App senden Uhrzeit und Datum an
das smartLAB® rope.
11Wichtige Hinweise zur Nutzung der Apps
• Die Anbindung des smartLAB® rope erfolgt über die App und
nicht über die Bluetooth-Einstellungen
• Starten Sie das smartLAB® rope nach der Installation der App
durch Einlegen der Batterie
• Die Seriennummer des Geräts wird von der App automatisch er-
kannt. Nachdem die Seriennummer hinzugefügt wurde, werden
Datum und Uhrzeit mit dem Gerät synchronisiert
• Um eine Anbindung des smartLAB® rope mit anderen Apps zu
ermöglichen, wird vermutlich eine manuelle bzw. automatische
Gerätesuche über die jeweilige App gestartet werden
• Sobald Ihr Springseil über die App eingestellt wurde, können
Sie Ihr Training starten. Bei aktiver App können Sie Ihre Werte
direkt einsehen.
• Falls Sie kein Empfangsgerät während Ihrer Trainingseinheit in
der Nähe haben, werden die Daten auf Ihrem smartLAB® rope
gespeichert und können zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt übertra-
gen werden. Wichtig ist nur, dass das smartLAB® rope vorher
über die App eingestellt wurde, sodass die Daten mit Zeitstem-
pel gespeichert werden können.
• Wichtiger Hinweis für Android Nutzer: Zur Datenübertragung
muss die App aktiv jedoch nicht im Vordergrund laufen
• Wichtiger Hinweis zur Nutzung der iOS App: Um eine
Datenübertragung bei iOS mobilen Geräten zu ermöglichen,
muss die App im Aktiv und im Vordergrund arbeiten

Wartung & Pflege
• Von Zeit zu Zeit sollte das Gerät mit einem feuchten Tuch ge-
reinigt werden. Benutzen Sie keine scharfen Reinigungsmittel
und halten Sie das Gerät niemals unter fließendes Wasser.
• Schützen Sie das Gerät vor Stößen, Feuchtigkeit, Staub, Chemi-
kalien oder starken Temperaturschwankungen. Stellen Sie es
nicht in unmittelbare Nähe von Wärmequellen wie Öfen oder
Heizkörper.
• Nehmen Sie das Gerät NIEMALS selbst auseinander. Ansonsten
verliert das Produkt seine Garantie. Reparaturen dürfen nur
über einen autorisierten Händler durchgeführt werden. Prüfen
Sie jedoch vor jeder Reklamation zuerst die Batterien und
tauschen Sie diese ggf. aus.

I. Introduction
Thank you for choosing our smartLAB® rope skipping rope with
Bluetooth® Smart and ANT+ wireless data transmission.
ENGLISH
This product can be included into your training sessions and
enables you to collect your jump counts, jumping speed, exercise
duration and calorie consumption. This collected data will then be
transmitted to an accordant receiving device.
With the integrated wireless data transmission you can transfer
your measured data to any receiving mobile device. Required is the
fitmefit move App, which is available for iOS and Android.
Please read the instructions carefully before you first use the device
and keep the instructions for a future use.
21II. Your smartLAB® rope General Instructions The smartLAB® rope is a modern skipping rope with integrated data transfer technology and further features for your fitness plan. This intelligent jumping rope collects all important data of your training and sends these to a corresponding App. The following data is collected by the rope: Count of jumps, jumping speed, exercise duration and calorie consumption. Some Apps will additionally show your training achievements such as minimal and maximal jumping speed as well as the jumping speed average. With the integrated data transmission technologies Bluetooth® Smart and ANT+ the collected data can be automatically transferred to several iOS and Android mobile Devices and administrated in the corresponding App. Required is the fitmefit move App, available for iOS and Android. The internal memory can save up to 16 hours of your training and allows a data transmission of the collected data later on. General information
The smartLAB® rope has a Stand-By Mode. As soon as the device
has not been moved for several minutes, it will go into the Stand-
By Mode - to reduce the energy consumption. This is why there is
no need to remove the battery when not using the device for some
time.

Security information
Do not swallow the batteries – danger of life. Please store
batteries and device at a place children cannot reach. In case
a battery has been swallowed, please consult a physician im-
mediately.
Keep children away from the packaging materials - danger of
asphyxiation!
Do not recharge the batteries. Do not take them to pieces. Do
not throw them into a fire. Do not short-circuit them.

• Where the device may be exposed to extreme temperature,
humidity, moisture, direct sunlight, dust or salt air

24III. Setup & Operating functions
Before first use
Before first using the smartLAB® rope skipping rope you need to

either install the long rope or the two short ropes with weights.
Additionally the smartLAB® rope needs to be set by an App.
Mounting the long rope
The rope is applied on both skipping handles. To mount the rope,
first pull the rope through on of the holes on the handle. Then pull
the rope back through the other hole. This needs to be repeated on
the other handle. To adjust the rope according to your body height
please read chapter “ Adjusting the correct rope length”.
Mounting short rope including weights
The short ropes with weights allow an integration of additional
exercises to expand your training sessions. Mount the ropes each
into one handle by pulling it through a hole and then back into
the other. After mounting a rope into each handle, please make
sure that both ropes have the same length by holding the handles
parallel to each other. The longer the rope is the more strength is
needed during the training.
25Adjusting the correct rope length Before training it is important that the rope has the perfect length according to your body height. To determine the correct length according to your height please follow these steps: Step 1 Step onto the middle of the rope with just ONE foot. Please make sure that you are wearing the sport shoes you are planning on wearing during your training sessions. Step 2 Pull the rope on a level with your chest. Make sure that the rope is under tension. The skipping handles should be held parallel to each other. Now turn the handles in the up direction. The ends of the handles should reach directly under your armpit. Step 3 Check if the rope length suites your height by doing some skipping tests. During the jump the skipping rope should only slightly touch the floor. If the length does not work with your body height please adjust the length of the rope and repeat from step 3. The length can be adjusted by shortening or extending the rope. You can shorten the rope by pulling more through the holes in the handles. To make the rope longer you need to push some rope back through the holes in the other direction. Notice: After you have adjusted the rope according to your body height, you can cut of the parts of the rope that are sticking out. Please make sure to not cut off too much as you might need to adjust the rope at some point. 26
Insert/ Change of batteries
The smartLAB® rope uses a CR 2032 3V battery. This battery is
included in the set. To insert or change the battery please follow

these instructions:
• To exchange the battery you need to open the
battery lid with a coin in direction of the arrow.
• Insert the battery into the battery lid with the
plus side to the lid. If exchanging, first remove
the battery carefully
• Close the lid by using the coin again.
The smartLAB® rope has a Stand-By Mode. As soon as the de-
vice has not been moved for several minutes, it will go into the
Stand-By Mode - to reduce the energy-consumption.
The skipping rope, the handels as well as the batteries must be
disposed of according to the local regulations.
Note: After a battery change, you need to set date and time of
the device again. Your saved data will stay on your device when
changing the batteries. An automatic setting of your data is en-
abled by an App.
27Connecting the smartLAB® rope to an App
The data transfer of measured data is enabled by either Bluetooth®
Smart or ANT+ wireless. The connection is enabled by most iOS
mobile devices such as Android devices with an Android Version
4.3 or higher.
To connect the smartLAB® rope to your individual receiving device
you need the fitmefit move App. Please find more information on
the Apps on our Support Website www.support.hmm.info.
fitmefit move App
Please follow these steps to connect your smartLAB® rope:
Step 1
Activate Bluetooth® on your receiving device.
Step 2
Open the App. Rotate the handle with the integrated battery to
activate the synchronization of the smartLAB® rope with the App.
Step 3
The serial number of the smartLAB® rope should be displayed in
the fitmefit move App. Add the serial number by accepting the
request. Now the smartLAB® rope will be set up by the App. The
App synchronizes date and time, as this is important for saving
your training data.
28Important information using the HMM Apps
• The connection of the smartLAB® rope is enabled through the
App and not through the Bluetooth menu

• Activate the smartLAB® rope after installing the App by in-
serting the battery
• The serial number is automatically detected by the App. After
adding the SN, date and time will be automatically synchro-
nized with the device
• To enable the connection of the to other Apps than the ones
mentioned, you might need to start an automatic or manuall
device search
• After setting date and time through the App you can start your
training. When the App is activated, you can display your cur-
rent training status
• If no receiving device is within reach, your training data will
be saved on the smartLAB® rope and can be transferred at a
later time. It is important though, to have set date and time
on the device through the App, so the data can be saved with
a time stamp
• Important information for iOS Users:
Please be aware that under iOS the App should be active and
in the front. This way the App can receive the data from the
smartLAB® rope.
• Important information for Anroid Users:
On Android it is enough to have the app active. It is not
necessary for the App to work in front

29IV. Miscellaneous
Maintenance
• Please clean your device regularly with a wet soft cloth. Use a
dry soft cloth to dry up the device. Do not use caustic cleaning
solutions. Do not put the device under fluent water.
• Protect the device from impacts, humidity, dust, chemicals or
fluctuations of temperature. Do not store near heat sources
such as ovens or heating installations.
• NEVER take the device to pieces by yourself. In this case the
warranty will not be valid anymore. Only the manufacturer or
the authorized trader is allowed to repair the scale. Please
check the batteries before any complaint and change them if
necessary.

Instructions générales
La smartLAB® rope est une corde à sauter moderne intégrée la
technologie de transfert de données et d’autres fonctionnalités
pour votre plan de remise en forme.
Cette corde de saut intelligente recueille toutes les données
importantes de votre la formation et les envoie à un App

Configuration et utilisation des fonctions Avant la première utilisation Avant la première utilisation de la corde à sauter smartLAB® rope vous devez soit installer la longue corde ou les deux cordes courtes avec des poids. Montage de la longue corde La corde est appliquée sur les deux poignées à sauter. Pour monter la corde, tirez d’abord la corde à travers sur des trous sur la poignée. Ensuite, tirez la corde en arrière à travers l’autre trou. Cela doit être répété sur l’autre poignée. Pour régler la corde selon la hauteur de votre corps s’il vous plaît lire le chapitre “Réglage de la longueur de la corde correcte”. Montage corde court y compris les poids Les courtes cordes avec des poids permettent une intégration de plus exercices pour développer vos sessions de formation. Monter les cordes chacun dans une poignée en le tirant à travers un trou, puis de nouveau en L’autre. Après le montage d’une corde dans chaque poignée, s’il vous plaît faire assurer que les deux cordes ont la même longueur en maintenant les poignées parallèles entre elles. Plus la corde est plus de force est nécessaire au cours de la formation. 42
Réglage de la longueur de la corde correcte
Avant la formation, il est important que la corde a la longueur
parfaite selon la hauteur de votre corps. Pour déterminer la longueur
correcte selon à votre hauteur s’il vous plaît suivez ces étapes:
Étape 1
Montez sur le milieu de la corde avec un seul pied. S’il vous plait
faites vous que vous portez des chaussures de sport vous projetez
sur porter lors de vos sessions de formation.

Étape 2
Tirer la corde au niveau de votre poitrine. Assurez-vous que la corde
est sous tension. Les poignées à sauter devraient être organisées
parallèlement à l’un et l’autre. Maintenant, tournez les poignées
dans la direction vers le haut. Les extrémités de les poignées doi-
vent parvenir directement sous votre aisselle.
Étape 3
Vérifiez si la longueur de la corde les suites de votre hauteur en
faisant quelques sauts tests. Pendant le saut de la corde à sauter
devrait légèrement toucher le plancher. Si la longueur ne fonctionne
pas avec la hauteur de votre corps s’il vous plaît ajuster la longueur
de la corde et répétez l’étape 3.
La longueur peut être ajustée par le raccourcissement ou l’extension
de la corde. Vous pouvez raccourcir le câble en tirant davantage à
travers les trous dans la poignées. Pour rendre la corde plus vous
avez besoin de pousser une corde de retour à travers les trous dans
l’autre sens.
Note: Après avoir réglé la corde en fonction de votre corps hauteur,
vous pouvez couper des parties de la corde qui dépasse faire. S’il
vous plaît assurez-vous de ne pas couper trop car vous pourriez
avoir besoin de ajuster la corde à un moment donné.
43Changement de batteries
La smartLAB® rope utilise une batterie CR 2032 3V. Cette batterie
est inclus dans l’ensemble. Pour changer la pile s’il vous plaît suivre
ces instructions:
• Pour changer la batterie, vous devez ouvrir la
Couvercle de pile avec une pièce dans le sens de
la flèche
• Insérez la batterie dans le couvercle de la batte-
rie avec le côté positif du couvercle. Si l’échange,
retirez d’abord soigneusement la batterie.
• Fermez le couvercle en utilisant à nouveau la
pièce de monnaie.
La smartLAB® rope a un mode stand-by. Dès que le dispositif n’a
pas été déplacé pendant plusieurs minutes, il ira dans le En mode
veille - pour réduire la consommation énergétique.
La corde à sauter, les handels ainsi que les batteries doivent être

Prima del primo utilizzo
Prima della prima messa corda per saltare smartLAB® rope è
necessario installare la lunga corda o due brevi corde con pesi.
Montaggio della lunga corda
La corda viene applicato su entrambe le maniglie saltare. Per montare
la fune, prima tirare la corda attraverso su dei fori sul manico.

Le brevi corde con pesi consentono una integrazione di ulteriore
esercizi per espandere le sessioni di allenamento. Montare le corde
ciascuno in una maniglia tirandola attraverso un foro e poi di nuovo
in l’altro. Dopo aver montato una corda in ogni maniglia, si prega
di fare Assicurarsi che entrambe le corde hanno la stessa lunghezza
tenendo le maniglie paralleli tra loro. Più a lungo la corda è il più
forza è necessario durante l’allenamento.
