Stadt Zürich kulturhistorisch von großer Bedeutung.
Bei der Sanierung mussten die Gestaltung und Trag
struktur unverändert erhalten bleiben, bei gleichzeitiger
Ertüchtigung der Gebäudetechnik und dem Brand-
schutz. Eine zweite innere Schicht bildet die neue
