Microplatten 96 Well mit festem Boden transparent Greiner Bio-One
Aus Polystyrol, unsteril oder steril erhältlich, in medium binding und high binding Qualität,

Aus Polystyrol, mit dünnem Folienboden, dem sog. µClear®-Boden. Diese sind nach
einem patentierten Verfahren hergestellt und eignen sich, im Gegensatz zu den Standard
Microplatten mit festem Boden besonders für Anwendungsfelder in den Bereichen
Zellkultur und Mikroskopie.

Microplatten 96 Well Half Area Greiner Bio-One
Für viele Anwendungen im Labor ist die Reduktion des Probenvolumens (50%) ein
wichtiges Kriterium. Für das pharmazeutische Wirkstoff Screening besteht die einfachste
Möglichkeit hierzu in der Verwendung von hochformatigen Microplatten, wie 384 oder
1536 Well Microplatten. Viele Arbeitsgruppen im Entwicklungsbereich oder Unternehmen
im Bereich der ELISA Diagnostik scheuen jedoch den Wechsel zu hochformatigen Platten
aufgrund der damit verbundenen notwendigen Automatisierung. Die 96 Well Half Area
Microplatten bieten hier eine interessante Alternative.

Pour de nombreuses applications en laboratoire, une réduction du volume (50%) de
l’échantillon est un critère déterminant. Pour le screening de molécules, la façon la plus 96 Well
simple de réduire le volume d’échantillon est d’utiliser des microplaques haut format, 96 puits
telles que les microplaques 384 et 1536 puits. Cependant, de nombreux groupes de Half Area
recherche ou les sociétés de diagnostic pratiquant ELISA peuvent être réfractaires à l’uti-
lisation de ces formats, compte tenu de l’automatisation que cela entraîne. Les plaques
96 puits à demi-puits offrent ici une alternative intéressante.

Microplatten 96 Well Polypropylen Greiner Bio-One
Polypropylen (PP) bindet kaum Biomoleküle, hat eine hohe Temperaturtoleranz und ist
gegen viele gebräuchliche Laborchemikalien, wie z.B. DMSO beständig. Erhältlich sind
schwarze für Fluoreszenzpolarisation oder weisse für Scintillation Proximity Assays (SPA).

Die „Rounded Square Well“ Näpfchengeometrie: Alle Näpfchen der 384 Well Micro-
platten mit Ausnahme der Näpfchen der 384 Well Small Volume Microplatte sind „roun-
ded square well“, d.h. quadratisch mit abgerundeten Ecken. Dieses Design kombiniert

Microplatten 384 Well Small Volume™ HiBase und LoBase Greiner Bio-One
Aus Polystyrol. Ein geringes Probenvolumen ist ein wichtiges Ziel im Hochdurch-
satz-Screening. Die zu testenden Substanzen und verwendeten Reagenzien sind meist
knapp, teuer und aufwändig in ihrer Herstellung. Neben einem hohen Automatisierungs-
grad und dem Einsatz empfindlicher Reader-Systeme hat die Einführung höherformatiger
Microplatten, wie der 384 Well oder der 1536 Well Microplatte, entscheidend zur Reduk-
tion des Probenvolumens beigetragen. Um ein zur 1536 Well Microplatte vergleichbares
Einsparungspotenzial im 384 Well Format zu ermöglichen, wurden die 384 Well Small
Volume Microplatten entwickelt. Die Platten verfügen über runde Näpfchen und eine
konische Geometrie.

Microplaques HiBase et LoBase 384 Puits Small Volume™ Greiner Bio-One
En polystyrène. Un volume faible d'échantillon est un objectif important à atteindre en
criblage haut débit. Les substances à tester et les réactifs utilisés sont généralement HiBase
rares, coûteux et longs à produire. En dehors d'un niveau d'automatisation de plus en
plus poussé et de l'accès à des systèmes de lecture de plus en plus sensibles, l'intro-
duction de microplaques en format plus important comme le 384 puits et le 1536 puits
contribué de façon décisive à la réduction des volumes d'échantillons. De façon à rendre
possible une économie sur le format 384 puits comparable à celle du format 1536 une
nouvelle plateforme a été développé avec la microplaque 384 puits Small Volume. Elles
ont un puitsrond avec une géométrie conique.

Microplatten 1536 Well aus Polystyrol HiBase Greiner Bio-One
Zwei Versionen der 1536 Well Microplatten wurden entwickelt; die LoBase Version und
die HiBase Version. Die 1536 Well µClear® LoBase Version ist besonders gut für von der
Plattenunterseite messende Auswertesysteme geeignet. HiBase Versionen sind beson-
ders gut für Auswertesysteme geeignet, die von oben lesen. Alle Näpfchen der 1536
Well Microplatten sind „rounded square well“, das heisst quadratisch mit abgerundeten
Ecken. Dieses Design kombiniert die Vorteile eines quadratischen Näpfchens, das heisst
ein flexibles Arbeitsvolumen von 3 – 10 µl, mit den Vorteilen eines runden Näpfchens, wie
geringes Kriechen und verminderte Meniskusbildung.

Microplaques 1536 Puits en Polystyrène HiBase Greiner Bio-One
Deux versions de la microplaque 1536 puits ont été développées, les versions HiBase et
2 LoBase. La version 1536 puits µClear® LoBase est idéalement conçue de façon optimale
pour les lecteurs lisant par le fond de la plaque. Les Versions HiBase sont conçues pour
les lecteurs qui lisent par le dessus. Tous les puits des microplaques 1536 puits sont de
format «carrés à coins arrondis». Ce format combine les avantages du puits carré, par
exemple un volume de travail compris entre 3 et 10 µl avec les avantages du puits rond
HiBase
comme la réduction des projections et des bulles.

Erfassung von Laborartikeln mittels Strichcode (Barcode oder Datamatrix-Codes) bietet
zusätzliche Effizienz durch Zeitersparnis und vermindert das Risiko eines manuellen
Übertragungsfehlers. Daher gewinnt die Barcode-Kennzeichnung von Microplatten und
Cryo.sTM in grossen wie in kleinen Forschungseinrichtungen an Bedeutung.
Barcodierte Microplatten:
• Klebeetiketten in verschiedenen Grössen
• Durch automatische Prozesse können die Etiketten an beliebiger Stelle seitlich an

Lorsqu'un grand nombre d'échantillons et d'informations sont traités, l'identification
automatique offre un moyen efficace d'organisation et de gestion. L'application de codes
à barres individuels unidimensionnels ou code Datamatrix sur des microplaques ou Cryo.
sTM constitue un moyen rapide et facile permettant l'identification, la manipulation et
le stockage des échantillons biologiques et médicaux. Des étiquettes identifiables par
lecteur peuvent être mises en oeuvre dans tout système de workflow, ce qui diminue le
risque d'erreurs de transcription manuelle, ainsi que les délais et les coûts liés à la ges-
tion des échantillons.
Microplaques avec Code à Barres:
• Des processus automatisés peuvent être utilisés pour coller les étiquettes sur les
bords des microplaques selon des spécifications transmises
• Ces options concernent les microplaques 96, 384 ou 1536 puits en polypropylène,
polystyrène, COC, ainsi que d'autres matières
• Des étiquettes code-barres pré-imprimées peuvent également être fournies en
rouleaux
• Les étiquettes sont résistantes aux solvants, aux variations de température et à la
poussière. Précision de lecture garantie.

• Impression directe sur Cryo.sTM adaptée au stockage en azote liquide (-196°C)
